一种旋转伸缩机芯(3),包括:驱动机构(31)、传动机构(32)、输出转轴(33);传动机构(32)包括转动传动机构(321)和升降传动机构(322);转动传动机构(321)受驱动机构(31)驱动而转动,并带动输出转轴(33)绕其轴向转动;升降传动机构(322)受驱动机构(31)驱动而转动,输出转轴(33)具有连动件(332),连动件(332)与升降传动机构(322)顶抵,并且升降传动机构(322)在转动过程中,连动件(332)与升降传动机构(322)的顶抵配合面高度连续变化,带动输出转轴(33)沿着其轴向上下运动。还提供了使用旋转伸缩机芯(3)的皮肤护理设备。旋转伸缩机芯(3)及使用其的皮肤护理设备,通过设置升降传动机构(322),使得输出转轴(33)在转动的过程带动清洁组件(2)在转动的同时上下往复运动,实现更好的清洁和按摩效果。

Description

一种旋转伸缩机芯及使用其的皮肤护理设备 技术领域
本实用新型涉及个人护理用具技术领域,尤其涉及一种适用于皮肤护理设备的旋转伸缩机芯。
背景技术
人们在使用洗面奶对面部肌肤进行清洁时,一般是先将洗面奶在手掌上揉搓起泡后涂于脸上对面部肌肤进行清洁后冲洗。这种传统的洁面方式清洁不够彻底,只能清除面部表层的脏污,无法进行深入清洁。为了解决这个问题,市面上出现了一种洁面刷,将洗面奶涂于洁面刷的刷毛上,通过洁面刷的转动,同时实现了对脸部肌肤的清洁和洗面奶的揉搓起泡,清洁效果比起传统方式有了不小的进步。但是目前市面上现有的面刷对皮肤伤害较大,噪音大,使用时手握机身会有强烈的震动感,360度旋转面刷在清洁时由于刷头的端面与脸部接触,而脸部又不是平面,会造成脸部与刷面刚好接触的面积小,刷面一部分是硬压在脸部,一部份是悬空,硬压部分会对皮肤伤害较大。且平面的旋转不利于清洁两侧鼻翼和下巴部位。
为了解决这个问题,市面上出现一种洁面刷,其刷头在转动的同时,绕中心轴发生小角度的摆动,从而更加贴合人体面部曲线。但是这个方案也有其局限性,刷头的越靠近中心轴的部分,其摆动幅度越小,而远离中心轴的部分,摆动幅度较大。这样就造成摆动不均匀,洁面效果也不够均匀。并且洁面刷边缘部分的摆动幅度过大,对皮肤会有一定的伤害作用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的主要技术问题是提供一种旋转伸缩机芯,其输出转轴在转动的过程中沿着其轴向上下往复运动。
为了解决上述的技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种旋转伸缩机芯,包括:驱动机构、传动机构、输出转轴;
所述传动机构包括转动传动机构和升降传动机构;所述转动传动机构受所述驱动机构驱动而转动,并带动所述输出转轴绕其轴向转动;
所述升降传动机构受所述驱动机构驱动而转动,所述输出转轴具有连动件,该连动件与所述升降传动机构顶抵,并且所述升降传动机构在转动过程中,该连动件与升降传动机构的顶抵配合面高度连续变化,带动该输出转轴沿着其轴向上下运动。
在一较佳实施例中:所述升降传动机构与转动传动机构同轴连动设置。
在一较佳实施例中:所述升降传动机构沿着其外周分布方向具有高度连续变化的蜗槽。
在一较佳实施例中:所述连动件为与所述输出转轴同轴设置的滚轮;该滚轮部分置入该蜗槽内;所述蜗槽随着转动传动机构转动时,该滚轮在其轴向上受到蜗槽的导向而上下运动。
在一较佳实施例中:所述转动传动机构为第一齿轮;所述输出转轴具有一与其同轴连动设置的第二齿轮;该第二齿轮与第一齿轮咬合传动配合。
在一较佳实施例中:所述第一齿轮与驱动机构的输出轴之间还设置减速齿轮组。
本实用新型还提供了一种皮肤护理设备,包括:本体,清洁组件和如上所述的旋转伸缩机芯;所述旋转伸缩机芯设置在本体内,所述本体具有暴露所述 输出转轴的开孔;所述输出转轴的暴露端与所述清洁组件连动连接。
在一较佳实施例中:所述输出转轴的暴露端连接一用于固定该清洁组件的固定件。
在一较佳实施例中:所述清洁组件为清洁刷头;该清洁刷头的前端设置刷毛或硅胶清洁凸点或化妆海绵。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型的技术方案具备以下有益效果:
本实用新型提供了一种旋转伸缩机芯及使用其的皮肤护理设备,通过设置升降传动机构,使得输出转轴在转动的过程中沿着其轴向上下移动。也就使得与输出转轴连接的清洁组件在转动的同时上下往复运动。能够起到更好地清洁效果,并且具有一定的按摩效果。

具体实施方式
下文结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型做进一步说明。
参考图1,一种皮肤护理设备,包括:本体1,清洁组件2和旋转伸缩机芯3;所述旋转伸缩机芯3设置在本体1内,所述本体1具有暴露转伸缩机芯3的输出转轴33的开孔;所述输出转轴33的暴露端与所述清洁组件2连动连接。所述输出转轴33的暴露端连接一用于固定该清洁组件2的固定件21。
所述旋转伸缩机芯3,包括:驱动机构31、传动机构32、输出转轴33;本实施例中,所述驱动机构31为电机,其输出轴与一减速齿轮组34连动设置;
所述传动机构32包括转动传动机构321和升降传动机构322;所述转动传 动机构321为第一齿轮;该输出转轴33具有一同轴连动设置的第二齿轮331;所述第一齿轮分别与减速齿轮组34和第二齿轮331咬合连动配合。因此,电机转轴的转动经过减速齿轮组34减速后带动第一齿轮转动,第一齿轮又带动第二齿轮331绕着输出转轴33的轴向转动,从而带动输出转轴33转动。
所述升降传动机构322与第一齿轮同轴连动设置,因此,第一齿轮转动时,该升降传动机构322也绕着第一齿轮的转动轴同轴转动。所述升降传动机构322沿着其外周分布方向具有高度连续变化的蜗槽323。
所述输出转轴33还设有一与其同轴连动设置的连动件,本实施例中,该连动件为滚轮332。该滚轮332部分置入该蜗槽323内,并与蜗槽323的内壁顶抵。当升降传动机构322随着第一齿轮转动时,蜗槽323与滚轮332的顶抵配合面地高度连续发生变化。因此,也就带动了滚轮332沿着输出转轴33的轴向上下移动。也就使得与输出转轴33连接的清洁组件2在转动的同时上下往复运动。能够起到更好地清洁效果,并且具有一定的按摩效果。
所述清洁组件2为清洁刷头;该清洁刷头的前端设置刷毛或硅胶清洁凸点或化妆海绵。
以上所述,仅为本实用新型较佳的具体实施方式,但本实用新型的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本实用新型揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本实用新型的保护范围之内。因此,本实用新型的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种旋转伸缩机芯,包括:驱动机构、传动机构、输出转轴,其特征在于:
    所述传动机构包括转动传动机构和升降传动机构;所述转动传动机构受所述驱动机构驱动而转动,并带动所述输出转轴绕其轴向转动;
    所述升降传动机构受所述驱动机构驱动而转动,所述输出转轴具有连动件,该连动件与所述升降传动机构顶抵,并且所述升降传动机构在转动过程中,该连动件与升降传动机构的顶抵配合面高度连续变化,带动该输出转轴沿着其轴向上下运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转伸缩机芯,其特征在于:所述升降传动机构与转动传动机构同轴连动设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转伸缩机芯,其特征在于:所述升降传动机构沿着其外周分布方向具有高度连续变化的蜗槽。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种旋转伸缩机芯,其特征在于:所述连动件为与所述输出转轴同轴设置的滚轮;该滚轮部分置入该蜗槽内;所述蜗槽随着转动传动机构转动时,该滚轮在其轴向上受到蜗槽的导向而上下运动。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转伸缩机芯,其特征在于:所述转动传动机构为第一齿轮;所述输出转轴具有一与其同轴连动设置的第二齿轮;该第二齿轮与第一齿轮咬合传动配合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种旋转伸缩机芯,其特征在于:所述第一齿轮与驱动机构的输出轴之间还设置减速齿轮组。
  7. 一种皮肤护理设备,其特征在于包括:本体,清洁组件和如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的旋转伸缩机芯;所述旋转伸缩机芯设置在本体内,所述本体具有暴露所述输出转轴的开孔;所述输出转轴的暴露端与所述清洁组件连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种皮肤护理设备,其特征在于:所述输出转轴的暴露端连接一用于固定该清洁组件的固定件。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种皮肤护理设备,其特征在于:所述清洁组件为清洁刷头;该清洁刷头的前端设置刷毛或硅胶清洁凸点或化妆海绵。
