本申请要求于2016年10月25日提交中国专利局、申请号为201610949117.3、发明名称为“数据备份的方法、装置及系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明属于通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种数据备份的方法、装置、存储介质、服务器及系统。
背景技术
随着通信技术的发展,云端服务也越来越普及,云端服务就是指运用网络沟通多台计算机的运算工作,或是透过网络联机取得由远程主机提供的服务等。为了防止用户由于丢失终端或更换终端导致的联系人的个人信息的丢失,终端可以向云端服务器上传终端数据,或者从云端服务器上下载需要的数据。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供一种数据备份的方法、装置、存储介质、服务器及系统,可以提升云端服务器存储的数据的安全性。
技术解决方案
本发明实施例提供一种数据备份的方法,包括:
接收数据备份请求,所述数据备份请求携带备份账号信息以及需要备份的目标数据;
根据所述数据备份请求,确定备份账号信息对应的备份区域集合,所述备份区域集合包括公共备份区域以及私有备份区域;
从所述备份区域集合中确定所述目标数据的目标备份区域;
将所述目标数据备份至所述目标备份区域。
本发明实施例还提供一种数据备份的装置,包括:
接收单元,用于接收数据备份请求,所述数据备份请求携带备份账号信息以及需要备份的目标数据;
第一确定单元,用于根据所述数据备份请求,确定备份账号信息对应的备份区域集合,所述备份区域集合包括公共备份区域以及私有备份区域;
第二确定单元,用于从所述备份区域集合中确定所述目标数据的目标备份区域;

本发明的原理使用许多其它泛用性或特定目的运算、通信环境或组态来进行操作。所熟知的适合用于本发明的运算系统、环境与组态的范例可包括(但不限于)手持电话、个人计算机、服务器、多处理器系统、微电脑为主的系统、主架构型计算机、及分布式运算环境,其中包括了任何的上述系统或装置。
目前,为了便于用户登录,一个云端账号可以对应多个终端,即可以利用多个终端以及相同的云端账号登录云端服务器;然而,一个账号对应多个终端存在一定的安全性威胁,比如如果其中一个终端丢失,则不法分子可能会利用该云端账号登录到云端服务,看到该云端账号内所有信息,从而会造成用户信息泄露,数据安全性较低。
本发明实施例提供一种数据备份的方法,包括:
接收数据备份请求,所述数据备份请求携带备份账号信息以及需要备份的目标数据;
根据所述数据备份请求,确定备份账号信息对应的备份区域集合,所述备份区域集合包括公共备份区域以及私有备份区域;
从所述备份区域集合中确定所述目标数据的目标备份区域;
将所述目标数据备份至所述目标备份区域。
在一种实施方式中,所述数据备份请求还携带目标备份区域的指示信息;所述从所述备份区域集合中确定所述目标数据的目标备份区域包括:根据所述目标备份区域的指示信息,从所述备份区域集合中确定所述目标数据的目标备份区域。
在一种实施方式中,所述从所述备份区域集合中确定所述目标数据的目标备份区域,包括:对所述目标数据进行分析,确定所述目标数据相应的预设文件类型;根据所述预设文件类型,从所述备份区域集合中确定所述目标数据的目标备份区域。
在一种实施方式中,所述数据备份请求还携带验证信息;所述根据所述数据备份请求,确定备份账号信息对应的备份区域集合之前,还包括:检测所述验证信息是否验证成功;当所述验证信息验证成功时,触发执行根据所述数据备份请求,确定备份账号信息对应的备份区域集合的步骤。
在一种实施方式中,所述确定备份账号信息对应的备份区域集合,包括:根据所述备份账号信息,确定公共备份区域的指示信息;根据所述验证信息,确定私有备份区域的指示信息;基于公共备份区域的指示信息以及私有备份区域的指示信息,确定对应的备份区域集合。
在一种实施方式中,所述根据所述预设文件类型,从所述备份区域集合中确定所述目标数据的目标备份区域,包括:当确定出目标数据相应的预设文件类型为私人数据时,确定出目标备份区域为私有备份区域;当确定出目标数据相应的预设文件类型为共享数据时,确定出目标备份区域为公共备份区域。
在一种实施方式中,所述将所述目标数据备份至所述目标备份区域,包括:当确定出目标备份区域为私有备份区域时,将所述目标数据备份至私有备份区域;当确定出目标备份区域为公共备份区域时,将所述目标数据备份至公共备份区域。
在本实施例中,将从数据备份的装置的角度进行描述,该数据备份的装置可以集成在服务器或网关等网络设备中,如云端服务器等等。
请参阅图1,图1是本发明实施例提供的数据备份的方法的流程示意图。所述方法包括:
在步骤S101中,接收数据备份请求,该数据备份请求携带备份账号信息以及需要备份的目标数据。
比如,云端服务器接收由终端发送的数据备份请求,该数据备份请求用于请求云端服务器对终端中的目标数据进行备份,该数据备份请求携带备份账号信息以及需要备份的目标数据。
其中,备份账号信息可以指终端登录云端服务器时使用的云账号信息,如云账号名称、注册云账号的邮箱、注册云账号的手机号等等;需要备份的目标数据可以指短信数据、聊天记录数据、通话记录数据、或者照片数据等等,此处不作具体限定。
在步骤S102中,根据该数据备份请求,确定备份账号信息对应的备份区域集合,该备份区域集合包括公共备份区域以及私有备份区域。
比如,云端服务器根据终端发送的数据备份请求中,读取备份账号信息,并根据该备份账号信息对应的备份区域集合,该备份区域集合用于存储需要备份的目标数据。
可以理解的是,一般的,一个云账号可以对应多个终端,即用户可以利用多个终端以及相同的云账号登录云端服务器,这几个终端拥有相同的备份区域,这几个相关联的多个终端利用相同的云账号登录云端服务器,可以互相查看上传至备份区域中的数据。
基于此,本发明实施中,将备份区域进行划分,即备份账号信息对应的备份区域集合可以包括公共备份区域以及私有备份区域;也就是说,相同云账号对应的多个终端拥有同一公共备份区域以及相互独立的私有备份区域。
其中,这几个终端均可以查看公共备份区域内存储的数据,但是私有备份区域内的数据则只有对应的终端才拥有权限进行查看,比如,该数据备份请求还可以携带验证信息,云端服务器可以根据该验证信息来确定当前发送数据备份请求的终端是否有权限查看备份区域集合的内容。
在一些实施方式中,根据该数据备份请求,确定备份账号信息对应的备份区域集合之前,还可以包括如下步骤:
(11)检测该验证信息是否验证成功。
(12)当该验证信息验证成功时,触发执行根据该数据备份请求,确定备份账号信息对应的备份区域集合的步骤。
其中,该验证信息用于确定当前发送数据备份请求的终端是否有权限查看备份区域集合的内容。
比如,在云端服务器接收到数据备份请求后,先读取该数据备份请求中的验证信息并检测,如果检测到该验证信息验证成功,则允许登录云端服务器,查看备份区域集合中存储的内容。
在一实施方式中,该验证信息可以包括密码信息、指纹信息、虹膜信息以及语音信息等等中的一个或多个的组合,此处不作具体限定。
此外,该验证信息还可以用于确定备份账号信息对应的私有备份区域的信息,比如,确定备份账号信息对应的备份区域集合,可以包括如下步骤:
(21)根据备份账号信息,确定公共备份区域的指示信息。
(22)根据验证信息,确定私有备份区域的指示信息。
(23)基于公共备份区域的指示信息以及私有备份区域的指示信息,确定对应的备份区域集合。
可以理解的是,每一备份账号信息登录云端服务器,均会设置一独立的验证信息,也就是对于每一备份区域集合都会对应一独立的验证信息,从而,在云端服务器读取到备份账号信息,就可以确定出公共备份区域的指示信息,进而,在验证信息通过时,可以根据该验证信息确定出私有备份区域的指示信息,最后,就可以基于公共备份区域的指示信息以及私有备份区域的指示信息,确定出对应的备份区域集合。
在步骤S103中,从该备份区域集合中确定该目标数据的目标备份区域。
可以理解的是,本实施例中,从该备份区域集合中确定该目标数据的目标备份区域的方式有很多,比如,在一些实施方式中,该数据备份请求还可以携带目标备份区域的指示信息。
则从该备份区域集合中确定该目标数据的目标备份区域可以包括:根据目标备份区域的指示信息,从该备份区域集合中确定目标数据的目标备份区域。
比如,云端服务器在确定出对应的备份区域集合后,可直接读取数据备份请求中的目标备份区域的指示信息,确定出目标备份区域为公共备份区域还是私有备份区域。
又比如,在一些实施方式中,从该备份区域集合中确定该目标数据的目标备份区域可以包括:
(31)对目标数据进行分析,确定目标数据相应的预设文件类型。
(32)根据该预设文件类型,从备份区域集合中确定目标数据的目标备份区域。
比如,云端服务器预先对终端数据进行分类,得到预设文件类型,如短信数据、聊天记录数据、通话记录数据等可以分类为私人数据,如终端应用安装包、娱乐视频等可以分类为共享数据。
进一步的,当云端服务器确定出目标数据相应的预设文件类型为私人数据时,可以确定出目标备份区域为私有备份区域;当云端服务器确定出目标数据相应的预设文件类型为共享数据时,可以确定出目标备份区域为公共备份区域。
在步骤S104中,将该目标数据备份至该目标备份区域。
比如,当云端服务器确定出目标备份区域为私有备份区域时,将该目标数据备份至私有备份区域;当云端服务器确定出目标备份区域为公共备份区域时,将该目标数据备份至公共备份区域。
根据上述实施例所描述的方法,以下将举例作进一步详细说明。
本发明实施例中以数据备份的系统的应用场景为例进行分析,其中,该数据备份的系统主要包括数据备份的装置以及终端,其中,该数据备份的装置可以集成在服务器或网关等网络设备中,如云端服务器等等,该终端可以为如台式电脑、平板电脑,手机等终端,该云端服务器与终端可通过无线网络进行连接。
比如,请参考图2,图2为本发明提供的数据备份的系统的场景示意图,该数据备份的装置集成在云端服务器中,主要用于接收终端发送的数据备份请求,其中该数据备份请求携带备份账号信息以及需要备份的目标数据,如短信数据、聊天记录数据、通话记录数据、或者照片数据等等;然后,根据该数据备份请求,确定备份账号信息对应的备份区域集合,其中该备份区域集合包括公共备份区域以及私有备份区域;最后,从该备份区域集合中确定目标数据的目标备份区域为公共备份区域还是私有备份区域,将目标数据备份至公共备份区域或者私有备份区域,并将确定的目标备份区域以及数据备份结果反馈至终端,以便用户查阅,等等。
如图2所示,该终端数据的处理系统还可以包括终端,如手机;其中,该终端用于接收用户通过点击、触摸、滑动等方式输入的数据备份请求,并将该数据备份请求发送至云端服务器,其中该数据备份请求携带备份账号信息以及需要备份的目标数据;或者,该终端还用于接收云端服务器返回的数据备份结果,等等。
本实施例将从云端服务器的角度进行描述,请参阅图3,图3为本发明实施例提供的数据备份的方法的另一流程示意图。所述方法包括:
在步骤S201中,为不同终端上传的数据分配不同的备份区域集合,该备份区域集合包括公共备份区域以及私有备份区域。
一般的,一个云账号可以对应多个终端,即用户可以利用多个终端以及相同的云账号登录云端服务器,同时这几个终端拥有相同的备份区域。
比如,终端A、终端B、终端C以及终端D对应同一个云账号,其中,终端A、终端B、终端C以及终端D可认为是相关联的终端,相关联的多个终端利用相同的云账号登录云端服务器,可以互相查看各自上传至备份区域中的数据。
其中,本实施例中的不同终端就是指对应同一云账号的终端(如终端A、终端B、终端C以及终端D)。
可以理解的是,本实施例中,云端服务器为这多个不同终端上传的数据分配不同的备份区域集合,包括公共备份区域以及私有备份区域,其中公共备份区域是指相关联的几个终端均可以上传或查阅的区域,私有备份区域则是指只有对应的终端才拥有权限进行查看或上传的区域,每一终端均对应一私有备份区域。
在步骤S202中,为每一备份区域集合设置权限验证信息。
比如,云端服务器为每一备份区域集合都设置权限验证信息,只有终端发送的数据备份请求与权限验证信息匹配,才会允许该终端访问该备份区域集合,大大提高了数据访问的安全性。
也就是说,在云端服务器读取到备份账号信息,就可以确定出公共备份区域的指示信息,进而,在数据备份请求与权限验证信息匹配时,可以确定相应的私有备份区域的指示信息。
在一些实施方式中,也可以基于私有备份区域再独立设置另一权限验证信息,以对用户身份进行进一步验证,也增强了数据访问的安全性,此处不作具体介绍。
在步骤S203中,设置私人数据以及共享数据两种文件类型并保存。
比如,云端服务器可以预先对终端数据进行分类,得到预设文件类型,如短信数据、聊天记录数据、通话记录数据等可以分类为私人数据,如终端应用安装包、娱乐视频等可以分类为共享数据,等等,并将该设置的文件类型进行保存。
在步骤S204中,接收终端发送的数据备份请求,该数据备份请求携带备份账号信息、需要备份的目标数据以及验证信息。
在步骤S205中,当确定权限验证信息以及验证信息匹配时,确定出备份账号信息对应的公共备份区域以及私有备份区域。
比如,云端服务器接收到终端A发送的数据备份请求,携带有账号信息a、需要备份的目标数据以及验证信息;对验证信息以及权限验证信息进行比较,当确定权限验证信息以及验证信息匹配时,就可以根据备份账号信息,确定公共备份区域,根据验证信息,确定私有备份区域。
在步骤S206中,对目标数据进行分析,确定目标数据相应的预设文件类型为私人数据。
在步骤S207中,将该目标数据备份至确定的私有备份区域。
比如,对目标数据进行分析,当云端服务器确定出目标数据相应的预设文件类型为私人数据时,可以确定出目标备份区域为私有备份区域,并将该目标数据备份至私有备份区域。
在一些实施方式中,当云端服务器确定出目标数据相应的预设文件类型为共享数据时,可以确定出目标备份区域为公共备份区域,并将该目标数据备份至公共备份区域,此处不作具体介绍。
也就是说,本实施例将备份区域进行划分为公共备份区域以及私有备份区域,云端服务器为相关联的多个不同终端上传的数据分配不同的公共备份区域以及私有备份区域,其中公共备份区域是指相关联的几个终端均可以上传或查阅的区域,私有备份区域则是指只有对应的终端才拥有权限进行查看或上传的区域,每一终端均对应一私有备份区域,可以提升云端服务器空间的利用。
本发明实施例提供一种数据备份的装置,包括:
接收单元,用于接收数据备份请求,所述数据备份请求携带备份账号信息以及需要备份的目标数据;
第一确定单元,用于根据所述数据备份请求,确定备份账号信息对应的备份区域集合,所述备份区域集合包括公共备份区域以及私有备份区域;
第二确定单元,用于从所述备份区域集合中确定所述目标数据的目标备份区域;
备份单元,用于将所述目标数据备份至所述目标备份区域。

其中,备份账号信息可以指终端登录云端服务器时使用的云账号信息,如云账号名称、注册云账号的邮箱、注册云账号的手机号等等;需要备份的目标数据可以指短信数据、聊天记录数据、通话记录数据、或者照片数据等等,此处不作具体限定。
第一确定单元302,用于根据所述数据备份请求,确定备份账号信息对应的备份区域集合,所述备份区域集合包括公共备份区域以及私有备份区域。
比如,云端服务器根据终端发送的数据备份请求中,读取备份账号信息,并根据该备份账号信息对应的备份区域集合,该备份区域集合用于存储需要备份的目标数据。
可以理解的是,一般的,一个云账号可以对应多个终端,即用户可以利用多个终端以及相同的云账号登录云端服务器,这几个终端拥有相同的备份区域,这几个相关联的多个终端利用相同的云账号登录云端服务器,可以互相查看上传至备份区域中的数据。
基于此,本发明实施中,将备份区域进行划分,即备份账号信息对应的备份区域集合可以包括公共备份区域以及私有备份区域;也就是说,相同云账号对应的多个终端拥有同一公共备份区域以及相互独立的私有备份区域。
第二确定单元303,用于从所述备份区域集合中确定所述目标数据的目标备份区域。备份单元304,用于将所述目标数据备份至所述目标备份区域。
比如,当云端服务器确定出目标备份区域为私有备份区域时,将该目标数据备份至私有备份区域;当云端服务器确定出目标备份区域为公共备份区域时,将该目标数据备份至公共备份区域。
可以理解的是,本实施例中,第二确定单元303从该备份区域集合中确定该目标数据的目标备份区域的方式有很多,比如,在一些实施方式中,该数据备份请求还可以携带目标备份区域的指示信息。
基于此,该第二确定单元303用于根据所述目标备份区域的指示信息,从所述备份区域集合中确定所述目标数据的目标备份区域。
比如,云端服务器在确定出对应的备份区域集合后,可直接读取数据备份请求中的目标备份区域的指示信息,确定出目标备份区域为公共备份区域还是私有备份区域。
又比如,在一些实施方式中,该第二确定单元303用于:对所述目标数据进行分析,确定所述目标数据相应的预设文件类型;根据所述预设文件类型,从所述备份区域集合中确定所述目标数据的目标备份区域。
比如,云端服务器预先对终端数据进行分类,得到预设文件类型,如短信数据、聊天记录数据、通话记录数据等可以分类为私人数据,如终端应用安装包、娱乐视频等可以分类为共享数据。
进一步的,当云端服务器确定出目标数据相应的预设文件类型为私人数据时,可以确定出目标备份区域为私有备份区域;当云端服务器确定出目标数据相应的预设文件类型为共享数据时,可以确定出目标备份区域为公共备份区域。
需要说明的是,相同云账号对应的多个终端均可以查看公共备份区域内存储的数据,但是私有备份区域内的数据则只有对应的终端才拥有权限进行查看,比如,该数据备份请求还可以携带验证信息,云端服务器可以根据该验证信息来确定当前发送数据备份请求的终端是否有权限查看备份区域集合的内容。
请一并参阅图5,图5为本发明实施例提供的数据备份的装置的另一结构示意图。在一些实施方式中,该数据备份的装置400还可以包括:
检测单元305,用于检测所述验证信息是否验证成功。
触发单元306,用于当所述验证信息验证成功时,触发第一确定单元302执行根据所述数据备份请求,确定备份账号信息对应的备份区域集合的步骤。
其中,该验证信息用于确定当前发送数据备份请求的终端是否有权限查看备份区域集合的内容。
比如,在云端服务器接收到数据备份请求后,先读取该数据备份请求中的验证信息并检测,如果检测到该验证信息验证成功,则允许登录云端服务器,查看备份区域集合中存储的内容。
在一实施方式中,该验证信息可以包括密码信息、指纹信息、虹膜信息以及语音信息等等中的一个或多个的组合,此处不作具体限定。
此外,该验证信息还可以用于确定备份账号信息对应的私有备份区域的信息,比如,如图5所示,该第一确定单元302可包括:
第一确定子单元3021,用于根据所述备份账号信息,确定公共备份区域的指示信息。
第二确定子单元3022,用于根据所述验证信息,确定私有备份区域的指示信息。
第三确定子单元3023,用于基于公共备份区域的指示信息以及私有备份区域的指示信息,确定对应的备份区域集合。
可以理解的是,每一备份账号信息登录云端服务器,均会设置一独立的验证信息,也就是对于每一备份区域集合都会对应一独立的验证信息,从而,在云端服务器读取到备份账号信息,就可以确定出公共备份区域的指示信息,进而,在验证信息通过时,可以根据该验证信息确定出私有备份区域的指示信息,最后,就可以基于公共备份区域的指示信息以及私有备份区域的指示信息,确定出对应的备份区域集合。
在一种实施方式中,以上各个单元可以作为独立的实体来实现,也可以进行任意组合,作为同一或若干个实体来实现,以上各个单元的具体实施可参见前面的方法实施例,在此不再赘述。
该数据备份的装置可以集成在服务器或网关等网络设备中,如云端服务器等等。
另外,本发明还提供一种数据备份的系统,可参考如图2所示的数据备份的系统,包括云端服务器以及终端,其中该云端服务器可以包括如上实施例所提供的任一数据备份的装置。
比如,该云端服务器主要用于接收数据备份请求,该数据备份请求携带备份账号信息以及需要备份的目标数据;根据该数据备份请求,确定备份账号信息对应的备份区域集合,该备份区域集合包括公共备份区域以及私有备份区域;从该备份区域集合中确定目标数据的目标备份区域;将目标数据备份至目标备份区域。
在一些实施方式中,该数据备份请求还可以携带目标备份区域的指示信息,该云端服务器从该备份区域集合中确定目标数据的目标备份区域的方式有很多,比如,根据该目标备份区域的指示信息,从该备份区域集合中确定目标数据的目标备份区域。
又比如,对目标数据进行分析,确定目标数据相应的预设文件类型,根据该预设文件类型,从该备份区域集合中确定目标数据的目标备份区域。
在一些实施方式中,该数据备份请求还可以携带验证信息,该云端服务器在根据所述数据备份请求,确定备份账号信息对应的备份区域集合之前,还包括:检测所述验证信息是否验证成功;当所述验证信息验证成功时,触发执行根据所述数据备份请求,确定备份账号信息对应的备份区域集合的步骤。
进一步的,云端服务器确定备份账号信息对应的备份区域集合,可包括:根据所述备份账号信息,确定公共备份区域的指示信息;根据所述验证信息,确定私有备份区域的指示信息;基于公共备份区域的指示信息以及私有备份区域的指示信息,确定对应的备份区域集合。
可以理解的是,该数据备份的装置的结构以及功能实现可以参见上文针对数据备份的装置的详细描述,此处不再赘述。
本发明实施例提供了一种服务器600,其中可以集成如上实施例所提供的任一数据备份装置,参考图6,其示出了本发明实施例所涉及的服务器600的结构示意图,包括:
该服务器600可以包括一个或者一个以上处理核心的处理器601、一个或一个以上计算机可读存储介质的存储器602、通讯单元603等部件。
处理器601是该服务器的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个服务器的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器602内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器602内的数据,执行服务器的各种功能和处理数据,从而对服务器进行整体监控。处理器601可包括一个或多个处理核心;处理器601可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器601中。
存储器602可用于存储软件程序以及模块,处理器601通过运行存储在存储器602的软件程序以及模块,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理。
通讯单元603可用于收发信息过程中,信号的接收和发送,特别地,通讯单元603接收终端发送的信号,并将信号交由一个或者一个以上处理器601处理;同时,通讯单元603将处理器601发出的反馈信号发送给终端。
服务器中的处理器601会按照如下的指令,将一个或一个以上的应用程序的进程对应的可执行文件加载到存储器602中,并由处理器601来运行存储在存储器602中的应用程序,执行如下步骤:
接收数据备份请求,所述数据备份请求携带备份账号信息以及需要备份的目标数据;
根据所述数据备份请求,确定备份账号信息对应的备份区域集合,所述备份区域集合包括公共备份区域以及私有备份区域;
从所述备份区域集合中确定所述目标数据的目标备份区域;
将所述目标数据备份至所述目标备份区域。
如图7所示,在一种实施方式中,服务器还可以包括电源604、输入单元605、以及显示单元606等部件。本领域技术人员可以理解,图6中示出的服务器结构并不构成对服务器的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。其中:
电源604可以通过电源管理系统与处理器601逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。电源604还可以包括一个或一个以上的直流或交流电源、再充电系统、电源故障检测电路、电源转换器或者逆变器、电源状态指示器等任意组件。
该输入单元605可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与用户设置以及功能控制有关的键盘、鼠标、操作杆、光学或者轨迹球信号输入。
该显示单元606可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及服务器的各种图形用户接口,这些图形用户接口可以由图形、文本、图标、视频和其任意组合来构成。显示单元606可包括显示面板,在一实施方式中,该显示单元606可以采用液晶显示器(LCD,Liquid Crystal Display)、有机发光二极管(OLED,Organic Light-Emitting Diode)等形式来配置显示面板。
在一实施方式中,处理器601在执行所述从所述备份区域集合中确定所述目标数据的目标备份区域时,可以包括:根据所述目标备份区域的指示信息,从所述备份区域集合中确定所述目标数据的目标备份区域。
在一实施方式中,处理器601在执行所述从所述备份区域集合中确定所述目标数据的目标备份区域时,可以包括:对所述目标数据进行分析,确定所述目标数据相应的预设文件类型;根据所述预设文件类型,从所述备份区域集合中确定所述目标数据的目标备份区域。
在一实施方式中,处理器601在执行所述根据所述数据备份请求,确定备份账号信息对应的备份区域集合之前,还可以包括:检测所述验证信息是否验证成功;当所述验证信息验证成功时,触发执行根据所述数据备份请求,确定备份账号信息对应的备份区域集合的步骤。
在一实施方式中,处理器601在执行所述确定备份账号信息对应的备份区域集合时,可以包括:根据所述备份账号信息,确定公共备份区域的指示信息;根据所述验证信息,确定私有备份区域的指示信息;基于公共备份区域的指示信息以及私有备份区域的指示信息,确定对应的备份区域集合。
在一实施方式中,处理器601在执行所述根据所述预设文件类型,从所述备份区域集合中确定所述目标数据的目标备份区域时,可以包括:当确定出目标数据相应的预设文件类型为私人数据时,确定出目标备份区域为私有备份区域;当确定出目标数据相应的预设文件类型为共享数据时,确定出目标备份区域为公共备份区域。
在一实施方式中,处理器601在执行将所述目标数据备份至所述目标备份区域时,可以包括:当确定出目标备份区域为私有备份区域时,将所述目标数据备份至私有备份区域;当确定出目标备份区域为公共备份区域时,将所述目标数据备份至公共备份区域。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见上文针对数据备份的方法的详细描述,此处不再赘述。
本发明实施例提供的所述数据备份的装置,譬如为计算机、平板电脑、具有触摸功能的手机等等,所述数据备份的装置与上文实施例中的数据备份的方法属于同一构思,在所述数据备份的装置上可以运行所述数据备份的方法实施例中提供的任一方法,其具体实现过程详见所述数据备份的方法实施例,此处不再赘述。
本发明实施例提供一种存储介质,所述存储介质中存储有多条指令,所述指令适于由处理器加载以执行本发明实施例提供的任一项所述的数据备份的方法的步骤。
需要说明的是,对本发明所述数据备份的方法而言,本领域普通测试人员可以理解实现本发明实施例所述数据备份的方法的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来控制相关的硬件来完成,所述计算机程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,如存储在终端的存储器中,并被该终端内的至少一个处理器执行,在执行过程中可包括如所述数据备份的方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read Only Memory)、随机存取记忆体(RAM,Random Access Memory)等。
对本发明实施例的所述数据备份的装置而言,其各功能模块可以集成在一个处理芯片中,也可以是各个模块单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上模块集成在一个模块中。上述集成的模块既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。所述集成的模块如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中,所述存储介质譬如为只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
以上对本发明实施例所提供的一种数据备份的方法、装置、存储介质、服务器及系统进行了详细介绍,本文中应用了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想;同时,对于本领域的技术人员,依据本发明的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处,综上所述,本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种数据备份的方法,其中,包括:
    接收数据备份请求,所述数据备份请求携带备份账号信息以及需要备份的目标数据;
    根据所述数据备份请求,确定备份账号信息对应的备份区域集合,所述备份区域集合包括公共备份区域以及私有备份区域;
    从所述备份区域集合中确定所述目标数据的目标备份区域;
    将所述目标数据备份至所述目标备份区域。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的数据备份的方法,其中,所述数据备份请求还携带目标备份区域的指示信息;
    所述从所述备份区域集合中确定所述目标数据的目标备份区域包括:
    根据所述目标备份区域的指示信息,从所述备份区域集合中确定所述目标数据的目标备份区域。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的数据备份的方法,其中,所述从所述备份区域集合中确定所述目标数据的目标备份区域,包括:
    对所述目标数据进行分析,确定所述目标数据相应的预设文件类型;
    根据所述预设文件类型,从所述备份区域集合中确定所述目标数据的目标备份区域。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的数据备份的方法,其中,所述数据备份请求还携带验证信息;
    所述根据所述数据备份请求,确定备份账号信息对应的备份区域集合之前,还包括:
    检测所述验证信息是否验证成功;
    当所述验证信息验证成功时,触发执行根据所述数据备份请求,确定备份账号信息对应的备份区域集合的步骤。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的数据备份的方法,其中,所述确定备份账号信息对应的备份区域集合,包括:
    根据所述备份账号信息,确定公共备份区域的指示信息;
    根据所述验证信息,确定私有备份区域的指示信息;
    基于公共备份区域的指示信息以及私有备份区域的指示信息,确定对应的备份区域集合。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的数据备份的方法,其中,所述根据所述预设文件类型,从所述备份区域集合中确定所述目标数据的目标备份区域,包括:
    当确定出目标数据相应的预设文件类型为私人数据时,确定出目标备份区域为私有备份区域;
    当确定出目标数据相应的预设文件类型为共享数据时,确定出目标备份区域为公共备份区域。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的数据备份的方法,其中,所述将所述目标数据备份至所述目标备份区域,包括:
    当确定出目标备份区域为私有备份区域时,将所述目标数据备份至私有备份区域;
    当确定出目标备份区域为公共备份区域时,将所述目标数据备份至公共备份区域。
  8. 一种数据备份的装置,其中,包括:
    接收单元,用于接收数据备份请求,所述数据备份请求携带备份账号信息以及需要备份的目标数据;
    第一确定单元,用于根据所述数据备份请求,确定备份账号信息对应的备份区域集合,所述备份区域集合包括公共备份区域以及私有备份区域;
    第二确定单元,用于从所述备份区域集合中确定所述目标数据的目标备份区域;
    备份单元,用于将所述目标数据备份至所述目标备份区域。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的数据备份的装置,其中,所述数据备份请求还携带目标备份区域的指示信息;
    所述第二确定单元用于根据所述目标备份区域的指示信息,从所述备份区域集合中确定所述目标数据的目标备份区域。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的数据备份的装置,其中,所述第二确定单元用于:
    对所述目标数据进行分析,确定所述目标数据相应的预设文件类型;根据所述预设文件类型,从所述备份区域集合中确定所述目标数据的目标备份区域。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的数据备份的装置,其中,所述数据备份请求还携带验证信息;
    所述数据备份的装置还包括:
    检测单元,用于检测所述验证信息是否验证成功;
    触发单元,用于当所述验证信息验证成功时,触发所述第一确定单元执行根据所述数据备份请求,确定备份账号信息对应的备份区域集合的步骤;
    所述第一确定单元包括:
    第一确定子单元,用于根据所述备份账号信息,确定公共备份区域的指示信息;
    第二确定子单元,用于根据所述验证信息,确定私有备份区域的指示信息;
    第三确定子单元,用于基于公共备份区域的指示信息以及私有备份区域的指示信息,确定对应的备份区域集合。
  12. 一种存储介质,其中,所述存储介质中存储有多条指令,所述指令适于由处理器加载以执行如权利要求1至7任一项所述的数据备份的方法的步骤。
  13. 一种服务器,包括存储器,处理器,其中,所述处理器通过调用所述存储器中存储的计算机程序,用于执行如下步骤:
    接收数据备份请求,所述数据备份请求携带备份账号信息以及需要备份的目标数据;
    根据所述数据备份请求,确定备份账号信息对应的备份区域集合,所述备份区域集合包括公共备份区域以及私有备份区域;
    从所述备份区域集合中确定所述目标数据的目标备份区域;
    将所述目标数据备份至所述目标备份区域。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的服务器,其中,所述处理器执行如下步骤:
    所述从所述备份区域集合中确定所述目标数据的目标备份区域包括:
    根据所述目标备份区域的指示信息,从所述备份区域集合中确定所述目标数据的目标备份区域。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的服务器,其中,所述处理器执行如下步骤:
    对所述目标数据进行分析,确定所述目标数据相应的预设文件类型;
    根据所述预设文件类型,从所述备份区域集合中确定所述目标数据的目标备份区域。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的服务器,其中,所述处理器执行如下步骤:
    所述根据所述数据备份请求,确定备份账号信息对应的备份区域集合之前,还包括:
    检测所述验证信息是否验证成功;
    当所述验证信息验证成功时,触发执行根据所述数据备份请求,确定备份账号信息对应的备份区域集合的步骤。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的服务器,其中,所述处理器执行如下步骤:
    根据所述备份账号信息,确定公共备份区域的指示信息;
    根据所述验证信息,确定私有备份区域的指示信息;
    基于公共备份区域的指示信息以及私有备份区域的指示信息,确定对应的备份区域集合。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的服务器,其中,所述处理器执行如下步骤:
    当确定出目标数据相应的预设文件类型为私人数据时,确定出目标备份区域为私有备份区域;
    当确定出目标数据相应的预设文件类型为共享数据时,确定出目标备份区域为公共备份区域。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的服务器,其中,所述处理器执行如下步骤:
    当确定出目标备份区域为私有备份区域时,将所述目标数据备份至私有备份区域;
    当确定出目标备份区域为公共备份区域时,将所述目标数据备份至公共备份区域。
  20. 一种数据备份的系统,包括云端服务器以及至少一个终端,其中,所述云端服务器包括如权利要求8至11任一项所述的数据备份的装置。
