Abstract
電動モータ部Aと、減速機部Bと、車輪用軸受部Cとから構成され、ケーシング22を備えており、減速機部Bが平行軸歯車による減速構造を有するインホイールモータ駆動装置21において、平行軸歯車は、入力側中間歯車31と出力側中間歯車32を備えた1つ又は複数の中間軸S1と最終出力歯車35を備えた出力軸36とから構成され、中間軸S1と出力軸36のそれぞれの両端部が転がり軸受44、45、48、49によって回転自在に支持され、転がり軸受44、45、48、49のうち、入力側中間歯車31に近接する転がり軸受44と最終出力歯車35に近接する転がり軸受48の少なくとも一方が、近接する歯車31、35の内径側凹部33、47に配置されていることを特徴とする。
