本实用新型涉及电子烟技术领域,尤其涉及一种电子烟烟嘴、烟弹及电子烟。
现有的电子烟,通常使用硬质塑料材质的烟嘴,或者软质材质的烟嘴。其中软质材质的烟嘴口感较好,应用较广,但是现有的软质材质的烟嘴连接不牢靠,而且使用寿命没有硬质塑料烟嘴的寿命长,且容易变色,被污染。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题,提供一种结构简单且能提高用户触感的烟嘴、烟弹及电子烟。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种电子烟烟嘴,包括硬质基材,所述硬质基材内部设有上下贯通的通孔,所述硬质基材外部设置有软质基材,所述硬质基材设有底端以及顶端,从底端到顶端之间设有内凹端,在内凹端上设置有凹槽,所述软质基材嵌入所述凹槽。
在其中一个实施例中,所述软质基材为硅树脂、乳胶或TPE中一种。
在其中一个实施例中,所述硬质基材相对的两侧设有凹槽,两块所述软质基材分别嵌入凹槽处。
在其中一个实施例中,所述软质基材环绕硬质基材一周设置。

本实用新型的有益效果:
通过在烟嘴的硬质基材上设置软质基材,从而使得用户的嘴唇与烟嘴接触时获得一个柔软、舒服的触感体验。同时使用硬质基材与软质基材相配合的方式既保证了烟嘴的可靠性,减少被污染的风险,延长使用寿命。
通过扁平状的烟嘴的前后两侧设置凹槽,在凹槽处嵌入软质基材,只需要在烟嘴上与嘴唇接触的地方加入少量的软质基材,即可获得极好的触感,用材较少,工艺简单。
通过在圆筒状烟嘴外周环绕设置软质基材,在获得很好的触感的同时,不用调整角度,更加方便。

如图1-4所示,一种电子烟烟嘴,其包括硬质基材10,所述硬质基材10外部设置有软质基材20。在其中一个实施例中,所述硬质基材10包括硬质塑料,不锈钢,玻璃中一种,可以理解的,其它起支撑作用的硬质基材同样适用。所述硬质基材10内部设有上下贯通的通孔(未示出),所述通孔在用户抽吸时主要起烟雾通道的作用,可以理解的,如果是自动点烟的电子烟,可以在通孔内单独隔离出感应气道。
在其中一个实施例中,所述硬质基材10大致成扁平状,所述硬质基材10设有相对较宽的底端12以及相对较窄的顶端11,所述底端12用于与烟弹主体31连接,所述底端12的形状为长方体形,圆筒形等任意形状。在其中一个实施例中,所述底端12与烟弹主体31的连接为可拆卸连接,例如卡接、螺接等。可以理解的,用卡扣卡死等其它固定连接方式同样适用,本实施例中采用卡扣结构19将烟弹主体31与烟嘴固定连接。本实施例中顶端11为长方体形,可以

所述硬质基材10内部设有上下贯通其顶端11和底端12的通孔,所述通孔位于顶端11的开口为出烟口17。
用户抽吸时,可以从顶端11的出烟口17吸出烟雾,嘴唇抵靠在内凹端18的软质基材20上,获得一个舒服的触感。

如图5、图6所示,在其中一个实施例中,所述软质基材20环绕硬质基材10一周设置,所述软质基材20为套筒状,套设在硬质基材10外周。在其中一个实施例中,所述硬质基材10内凹端18上设有限位凸起13,所述软质基材20开设有与限位凸起13配合的限位孔21,所述限位凸起13卡入限位孔21中,从而防止软质基材20滑落。
可以理解的,在硬质基材10靠近顶端11和底端12位置的外周各设置一圈限位凸起13,将软质基材20套设在限位凸起13之间同样起到限位作用。
如图7-9所示,在其中一个实施例中,所述烟嘴的硬质基材10大致为圆筒
状,并且所述硬质基材10分为上下直径不同的两段,即上段15和下段16。所述硬质基材10内部设有贯通上段15和下段16的通孔,所述通孔顶端为出烟口17,其中上段15直径相对较小,下段16直径相对较大。所述上段15外周设有环形的凹槽14,所述软质基材20环绕上段15一周设置,所述软质基材20为套筒状,嵌入凹槽14处,所述软质基材20嵌入凹槽14后,整个上段15的外表面为平滑的弧形面。
在其中一个未示出的实施例中,所述硬质基材10不设置内凹端18,即所述顶端11与底端12之间不设置偏向电子烟烟嘴中轴线的曲面或直面,进一步地,所述硬质基材10为圆柱形、棱台形、圆台形中一种。更进一步的,所述硬质基材10表面设置有凹槽14,所述软质基材20设置在凹槽14内;或者所述硬质基材10不设置凹槽14,所述软质基材20直接设置在所述硬质基材10表面上。
在其中一个未示出的实施例中,所述软质基材20与硬质基材10的连接方式包括但不限于粘接、嵌套。
在其中一个实施例中,还提供了一种烟弹,包括烟弹主体31以及设置在烟弹主体31顶端的烟嘴,所述烟弹主体31内部设有储液腔。所述烟嘴为前述实施例中任一所述烟嘴。
在其中一个实施例中,还提供了一种电子烟,所述电子烟包括一种烟弹,所述烟弹为前述实施例中的烟弹。
在其中一个实施例中,还提供了一种电子烟,所述电子烟包括前述任一实施例中的烟嘴。
本实用新型通过在烟嘴的硬质基材10上设置软质基材20,从而使得用户的嘴唇与烟嘴接触时获得一个柔软、舒服的触感体验。同时使用硬质基材10与软质基材20相配合的方式既保证了烟嘴的可靠性,减少被污染的风险,延长使用寿命。

Claims (29)
- 一种电子烟烟嘴,其特征在于:包括硬质基材(10),所述硬质基材(10)内部设有上下贯通的通孔,所述硬质基材(10)外部设置有软质基材(20),所述硬质基材(10)设有底端(12)以及顶端(11),从底端(12)到顶端(11)之间设有内凹端(18),在内凹端(18)上设置有凹槽(14),所述软质基材(20)嵌入所述凹槽(14)。
- 如权利要求1所述的电子烟烟嘴,其特征在于:所述软质基材(20)为硅树脂、乳胶或TPE中一种。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的电子烟烟嘴,其特征在于:所述硬质基材(10)相对的两侧设有凹槽(14),两块所述软质基材(20)分别嵌入凹槽(14)处。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的电子烟烟嘴,其特征在于:所述软质基材(20)环绕硬质基材(10)一周设置。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的电子烟烟嘴,其特征在于:所述软质基材(20)为圆形、方形、椭圆形中一种。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的电子烟烟嘴,其特征在于:所述顶端(11)相对所述底端(12)较窄,所述软质基材(20)嵌入凹槽(14)后,整个内凹端(18)的外表面为弧形面。
- 如权利要求6所述的电子烟烟嘴,其特征在于:所述硬质基材(10)的内凹端(18)上设有限位凸起(13),所述软质基材(20)开设有与限位凸起(13)配合的限位孔(21),所述限位凸起(13)卡入限位孔(21)中。
- 一种烟弹,其特征在于:包括烟弹主体(31)以及设置在烟弹主体(31)顶端的电子烟烟嘴,所述电子烟烟嘴为权利要求1-7任一所述的电子烟烟嘴。
- 一种电子烟,其特征在于:包括权利要求8所述的烟弹。
- 一种电子烟烟嘴,其特征在于:包括硬质基材(10),所述硬质基材(10)内部设有上下贯通的通孔,所述硬质基材(10)外部设置有软质基材(20),所述硬质基材(10)上设有凹槽(14),所述软质基材(20)嵌入所述凹槽(14)处。
- 如权利要求10所述的电子烟烟嘴,其特征在于:所述软质基材(20)为硅树脂、乳胶、EVA、硅橡胶以及TPE中一种。
- 如权利要求10所述的电子烟烟嘴,其特征在于:所述软质基材(20)环绕所述硬质基材(10)一周设置。
- 如权利要求10所述的电子烟烟嘴,其特征在于:所述电子烟烟嘴的硬质基材(10)分为上段(15)和下段(16),其中所述上段(15)直径小于所述下段(16)直径,所述上段(15)外周设有环形的凹槽(14),所述软质基材(20)环绕上段(15)一周设置。
- 一种烟弹,其特征在于:包括烟弹主体(31)以及设置在烟弹主体(31)顶端的电子烟烟嘴,所述电子烟烟嘴为权利要求10-13任一所述的电子烟烟嘴。
- 如权利要求14所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述烟弹主体(31)与所述电子烟烟嘴可拆卸连接。
- 一种电子烟,其特征在于:包括如权利要求14-15任一项所述的烟弹。
- 一种电子烟烟嘴,其特征在于,所述电子烟烟嘴包括硬质基材(10)以及软质基材(20),所述硬质基材(10)内部设有贯通所述硬质基材(10)上下两端的通孔,所述通孔形成烟雾通道,所述通孔位于顶端(11)的开口为出烟口(17),所述软质基材(20)设置在所述硬质基材(10)外部,且所述硬质基材(10)支撑所述软质基材(20)。
- 如权利要求17所述的电子烟烟嘴,其特征在于,所述硬质基材(10)包括顶端(11)和底端(12),在所述顶端(11)和所述底端(12)之间设置有内凹端(18),所述内凹端(18)上设置有凹槽(14),所述软质基材(20)嵌设在所述凹槽(14)中。
- 如权利要求18所述的电子烟烟嘴,其特征在于,所述凹槽(14)设置在所述硬质基材(10)的相对两侧,所述软质基材(20)为两块,分别嵌设在对应的所述凹槽(14)中。
- 如权利要求19所述的电子烟烟嘴,其特征在于,所述软质基材(20) 呈中间厚两端薄的片状。
- 如权利要求19所述的电子烟烟嘴,其特征在于,所述软质基材(20)高温熔融后粘连在所述凹槽(14)中。
- 如权利要求18所述的电子烟烟嘴,其特征在于,所述软质基材(20)环绕所述硬质基材(10)一周设置。
- 如权利要求22所述的电子烟烟嘴,其特征在于,所述内凹端(18)上设有限位凸起(13),所述软质基材(20)上开设有限位孔(21),通过所述限位凸起(13)与所述限位孔(21)相配合,使得所述软质基材(20)设置在所述硬质基材(10)外部,或者,所述硬质基材(10)上在靠近所述顶端(11)处和靠近所述底端(12)处各设置有一圈限位凸起(13),所述软质基材(20)设置在两圈所述限位凸起(13)之间。
- 如权利要求17所述的电子烟烟嘴,其特征在于,所述硬质基材(10)包括上段(15)和下段(16),所述上段(15)的外周设置有凹槽(14),所述软质基材(20)环绕所述上端一周设置在所述凹槽(14)中。
- 如权利要求17-24任一项所述的电子烟烟嘴,其特征在于,所述硬质基材(10)由硬质塑料、不锈钢以及玻璃中的任意一种制成。
- 如权利要求17-24任一项所述的电子烟烟嘴,其特征在于,所述软质基材(20)由硅树脂、乳胶、TPE、EVA以及软质硅橡胶中的任意一种制成。
- 一种烟弹,其特征在于,所述烟弹包括烟弹主体(31)以及如权利要求17-26任意一项所述的电子烟烟嘴,所述电子烟烟嘴设置在所述烟弹主体(31)上。
- 一种电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟包括如权利要求27所述的烟弹。
- 一种电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟包括如权利要求17-26任意一项所述的电子烟烟嘴。
