Definitions
- the present invention relates to a coin, a game table, and a management system.
- Patent Documents 1 and 2 disclose techniques for detecting the placement state of casino chips. These documents include a table provided with an antenna for transmitting radio waves in the X direction of the table and an antenna for transmitting radio waves in the Y direction of the table in order to read information of the ID tag chip embedded in the casino chip. It is disclosed. Then, by transmitting radio waves in the X direction and the Y direction, radio waves due to flux are transmitted at points (cross points) where these radio waves intersect. Information on the ID tag chip embedded in the casino chip placed on the cross point is read by the radio wave generated by the flux, and the placement state of the casino chip is detected.
- Patent Document 3 discloses a table having a plurality of antennas for reading identification information from a game medium. In the technique of Patent Document 3, while transmitting the radio wave of one of the adjacent antennas while changing the output level, the transmission of the radio wave of the other antenna is stopped. And it is disclosed that the game media placed in the placement area is specified by collating the data read by each antenna.
- Patent Documents 1 and 2 there are cases where a casino chip placed on an adjacent cross point is erroneously detected due to the diffusion of radio waves due to flux. In order to prevent this erroneous detection, it is necessary to suppress the output level of the radio wave. However, if the output level of radio waves is suppressed, information on the ID tag chip embedded in the casino chip cannot be read when a large number of casino chips are stacked.

- the receiving unit 21 uses the same type of coin provided at the same position on the outer periphery, a positional shift occurs.
- the coins are not necessarily stacked so as to match the position of the receiving unit 21.
- the position of the stacked coin receiving unit 21 is directly opposite the center of the coin, the position corresponding to one coin is placed even though the coin is stacked on the same table. This will cause a deviation.
- this deviation may be further increased.
- the determination unit 22 determines the position (the center part 27 in FIG. 8) determined as the center point of the coin 20 as the position of the coin 20. In this way, by sharing a point that serves as a reference for determining the position of each coin 20, variation in position information determined by the coin 20 can be reduced.
- an offset between the position of the receiving unit 21 of the coin 20 and the position of the central part 27 of the coin 20 is obtained in advance.
- This offset is a vector 8v from the position of the receiving unit 21 to the central portion 27.
- the determination unit 22 adds the previously obtained offset to the determined position.
- the position of the coin 20 is determined as the position of the central portion 27.
- the first position determined by the determination unit 22 first is not the position of the center portion 27 but the position where the reception unit 21 is provided.
- the determination unit 22 determines the position of the coin 20 from the first position in consideration of the vector 8v with respect to the second position that is the position of the central portion 27 of the coin. That is, the determination unit 22 can determine the position of the coin 20 based on the relative positional relationship between the position where the receiving unit 21 is provided and the position of the central portion 27 of the coin 20.
- the distance 8d from the receiving unit 21 to the central portion 27 may be obtained by measuring in advance.
- the direction from the receiving unit 21 to the central unit 27 when a coin is placed may be specified by various methods. For example, a weak radio wave may be output from the reception unit 21 and the determination unit 22 may detect and specify the direction of the radio wave. In addition, any method may be used.
- the position determined by the coin 20 is the position of the central portion 27 of the coin 20, so that variation in position information determined by each coin 20 can be reduced.
- FIG. 9 is a diagram for explaining an effective area where coins can be placed.
- FIG. 9 is an enlarged view of a part of the roulette betting area.
- the notation 911 is a notation indicating that the area is a bet on the number “18”
- the notation 912 is an notation indicating that the area is a bet on the number “19”.
- Line 910 is a boundary line. In the case of roulette, placing a coin on this line 910 places a bet on both the numbers “18” and “19”. That is, a bet is made with the numbers “18” and “19” as a group of bets. In such a case, if the coin is placed slightly off the right side of the line 910, for example, whether the bet is placed on the number “19” alone, or both the numbers “18” and “19” are bet. It is unclear whether they are present.
- an effective area 950 in which betting is possible is provided.
- the effective area 950 is managed by the management device 550 in association with position information (section) on the table, for example.
- the specifying unit 552 treats the bet as valid, and when the coin is located outside the valid area 950, treats the bet as invalid. If the bet is not valid, the notification unit 553 outputs an error.
- the determination unit 22 can determine the position of the coin as the position of the central portion 27 of the coin.
- the notification unit 553 outputs an error.
- the coin 20 b has the central portion 27 b located on the line 910 and is within the effective area 950.
- the central portion 27c is shifted to the right side of the line 910, and as a result, a part of the region is located outside the effective region 950. Therefore, the notification unit 553 outputs an error.
- FIG. 10 is a diagram for explaining an effective height position when the coin 20 is placed on the game table 10.
- the position determined by the determination unit 22 is a position that also includes height information.
- a coin may fall under the table of the game table 10 like the coin 20f.
- an inappropriate bet is placed on the management device 550 side.
- inconsistency occurs between the information managed by the management apparatus 550 and the amount of money recognized by the user.
- the specifying unit 552 stores the height of the table surface 12 of the game table 10 in advance, and uses the identification information of one or more coins within a predetermined range 10h from the height to determine the coin amount. Identify. That is, the identifying unit 552 does not have to treat coins that transmit position information outside the predetermined range 10 h from the height of the table surface 12 as valid coins. Alternatively, the notification unit 553 may notify an error when there is a coin that is not within the predetermined range 10 h from the table surface 12 of the game table 10.
- a sheet on which a betting area on the table surface of the gaming table 10 is described can be exchanged according to a game.

Abstract
Description
A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. (In addition, in each figure, what attached | subjected the same code | symbol has the same or similar structure.)
<Explanation of terms>
In this specification, terms are defined as follows.
“Game table”: A table on which various games are played in a game hall. Generally, one dealer is assigned to one table. In addition, a plurality of users can participate in the game simultaneously per table.
“Dealer”: A person on the playground side that controls the progress of the game, such as distributing cards used in the game.
"User": A guest person who comes to the game hall and participates in the game.
“Roulette”: A game in which a dealer throws a ball into a rotating disk and the user predicts where the ball will fall. There are various types of items to bet, such as red or black, bet that includes a plurality of numbers such as odd or even, and bet on a specific number.
“Baccarat”: A traditional card game in which a user predicts and wins a card game by a bunker (body role) and a player (customer role). Users simply expect the game to win or lose and are gaining popularity at casinos around the world due to their ease of use. The dealer distributes 2 to 3 playing cards to each of the bunker and player according to a certain rule, and the first digit of the total number distributed is closer to “9”.
“Coin”: a medium used when participating in a game. Also called a chip. Although a circular thing is common, what kind of shape may be sufficient. The size may be any size.
“Bet” means that a user bets by expressing his / her expectation. For example, in roulette, it means that the user predicts where a ball falls on the rotating disk and bets on the expected destination. In Baccarat, a bet is made in anticipation of whether a bunker wins, a player wins, or a match ends in a draw (Tie), and the player wins or loses.
“Bet amount”: an amount used for betting. Each user can arbitrarily designate a bet amount by placing a desired type and number of coins on the game table. When the user's prediction is won, a payout corresponding to the bet amount is obtained.
“BET AREA”: An area where the user asserts the bet amount by placing a coin. That is, it is an area where the user bets coins. For example, in the roulette, a number existing on the turntable, an item including a plurality of numbers (for example, “RED” including the number of red frames), and the like are clearly indicated on the table as bet areas. Further, the boundary portion between the numbers described on the table is also a bet area. When a bet is placed on the boundary between numbers, these numbers are treated as a lump of bets. In Baccarat, a region for betting according to whether a bunker wins, a player wins or a match ends in a draw is clearly shown on the table.
“Credit”: A balance held by the user. If a dividend is obtained, the amount of credit increases, and if it is not expected, the amount of credit decreases.
<Advantages of specifying the coin position>
First, an advantage of specifying the position of a coin in a game table in a game hall such as a casino will be described.
<Example of game table>
