Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a fastener tape used for a slide fastener, and more particularly to a woven fastener tape.
After the woven fastener tape is manufactured, an element is attached to one side edge. In general, there is common technical knowledge that if the woven fastener tape is thick, it is difficult to attach the element. For example, when an element row made of monofilament is sewed on a woven fastener tape, it is difficult to attach the element row if the fastener tape is thick because the needle is difficult to pass.
Also, as an example of a fastener tape, there is a fabric using two types of yarns that can be post-dyed to make the front and back surfaces have a desired color (Patent Document 1). More specifically, the fastener tape is a yarn in which a first yarn that can be dyed with a predetermined dye and a second yarn that can be dyed with another dye without being dyed with a dye that dyes the first yarn can be post-dyed. The first woven fabric is exposed on the front side of the fabric more than the back side, and the second yarn is exposed on the back side of the fabric more than the front side. And after this fastener tape becomes a textile fabric, the 1st thread | yarn and 2nd thread | dye are dye | stained to a desired color by the inkjet dyeing | staining method or a spray dyeing | staining method, and the front and back can be made into a desired color. Accordingly, by post-dying the first yarn and the second yarn in different colors, the fastener tape becomes a woven fabric that exhibits different appearances on the front and back sides.
However, since the above-mentioned fastener tape is a post-dyed woven fabric, its color quality is poor compared to a woven fabric made of pre-dyed yarn.
The fastener tape of the present invention has been created in consideration of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to provide a woven fabric that makes it easy to attach element rows and has different appearances on the front and back sides, and has the color as high as possible. is there.
The fastener tape for a slide fastener of the present invention is a woven fabric including a single woven portion located at one end in the weft direction and a double woven portion adjacent to the single woven portion in the weft direction. The double woven portion includes, as warp yarns, a front yarn to be exposed on the front side of the double woven portion and a back yarn to be exposed on the back side of the double woven portion. The front yarn is exposed more on the front side of the double woven portion than the back yarn, and the back yarn is exposed more on the back side of the double woven portion than the front yarn. In addition, the front yarn and the back yarn are dyed yarns of different colors.
In order to distinguish the single woven portion and the double woven portion by color on both the front side and the back side of the fastener tape, it is desirable to do the following.
That is, the front yarn and the back yarn of the double woven portion are made into a dyed yarn having a different color from the warp yarn of the single woven portion.
In order to distinguish the single woven portion and the double woven portion by color on only one of the front side and the back side of the fastener tape, it is desirable to do as follows.
That is, one of the front yarn and the back yarn of the double woven portion is a pre-dyed yarn having the same color as the warp yarn of the single woven portion, and the other is a pre-dyed yarn having a different color from the warp yarn of the single woven portion.
Further, the double woven portion may be provided with only the front yarn and the back yarn as the warp yarn, but it is desirable to reinforce the durability as the woven fabric as follows.
That is, the double woven portion is provided with a reinforcing yarn in addition to the front yarn and the back yarn as warp yarns, and the reinforcing yarn is exposed more on the back side of the double woven portion than the front yarn, and the front side of the double woven portion than the back yarn. To be exposed to a lot.
The density of the warp and weft in the double woven part is not limited, but the color of the double woven part reflects the color of the warp rather than the color of the weft so that the single woven part and the double woven part can be easily distinguished from each other by color. It is desirable to do the following.
That is, the density of the warp yarn in the double woven portion is higher than the density of the weft yarn.
The density of the warp yarns of the single woven portion and the double woven portion is not limited. However, in order to make the single woven portion and the double woven portion easily distinguishable by color, it is desirable to do the following.
That is, the density of the warp in the double woven part is larger than the density of the warp in the single woven part.
According to the fastener tape of the present invention, since the single woven portion is thinner than the double woven portion and the thin woven portion is provided at one end in the weft direction, the element row can be easily attached to the single woven portion. Further, since the pre-dyed yarn is used for the warp yarn of the double woven portion, for example, the color of the fastener tape (double woven portion) becomes high quality as compared with the yarn dyed with the warp after becoming a woven fabric. The front side of the double woven part is affected by the color of the front thread, and the back side of the double woven part is affected by the color of the back thread, so the fastener tape has a different appearance on the front side and the back side. become.
In addition, according to the fastener tape in which the front yarn and the back yarn of the double woven portion are different from the warp yarn of the single woven portion, the single woven portion and the double woven portion are colored in appearance on both the front side and the back side of the fastener tape. Can be distinguished from above.
According to the fastener tape, one of the front yarn and the back yarn of the double woven portion is a pre-dyed yarn having the same color as the warp yarn of the single woven portion, and the other is a pre-dyed yarn having a different color from the warp yarn of the single woven portion. Only one of the front side and the back side of the tape can distinguish the single woven portion and the double woven portion by color.
In addition, according to the fastener tape having the reinforcing yarn in addition to the front yarn and the back yarn as the warp yarn of the double woven portion, the reinforcing yarn is exposed more on the back side of the double woven portion than the front yarn, and the double woven portion is more than the back yarn. Therefore, as compared with a double woven portion using only the front yarn and the back yarn as the warp, for example, the strength as the fabric is improved and the thickness as the fabric is reduced.
Moreover, according to the fastener tape in which the density of the warp in the double woven part is larger than the density of the weft, the color of the warp appears more in the color of the double woven part than in the color of the weft. It becomes easy to distinguish in appearance.
Also, according to the fastener tape in which the density of the warp in the double woven part is larger than the density of the warp in the single woven part, the double woven part is easier to see the warp than the single woven part. It becomes easy.
FIG. 4 shows an example of the
The fastener tape T according to the first embodiment of the present invention is a woven fabric. In explaining the present invention, the direction is determined as follows. The “warp direction” is a direction in which a warp extends between warp and weft constituting the fabric when the fabric is viewed from the thickness direction. The “weft direction” is a direction in which the weft extends when the fabric is viewed from the thickness direction. 4 shows the
1 and 4, the fastener tape T according to the first embodiment of the present invention is a woven fabric in which a single woven portion T1, a double woven portion T2, and a single woven portion T1 are sequentially arranged in the weft direction. It is woven in. In other words, the fastener tape T of the present embodiment is provided with a single weaving portion T1 at both ends in the weft direction and a double weaving portion T2 adjacent to each other between the two single weaving portions T1 and T1. One of the two single woven portions T1, T1 is a portion to which the element row E is attached by sewing. The other is a portion attached to an object such as clothing by sewing. Hereinafter, the single woven portion T1 and the double woven portion T2 will be described in detail.
FIG. 1 shows an enlarged view of a part of the fastener tape T in addition to the fastener tape T. In this enlarged view, a combination of the warp Y and the weft X is expressed. In the enlarged view, in order to clarify the combination, the warp Y is indicated by three types of thick lines, and the weft X is indicated by one type of lines.
The three types of thick lines representing the warp Y are a thick black solid line (hereinafter referred to as “black line”) and a line in which black dots are scattered between two parallel solid lines (hereinafter referred to as “polka dot pattern”). ”, A line in which parallel diagonal lines are arranged at equal intervals between two parallel solid lines (hereinafter referred to as“ line with diagonal lines ”). The line indicating the weft X is a line in which the space between two parallel solid lines is white (hereinafter referred to as “white line”).
In FIG. 1, the intermediate portion in the weft direction of the left single woven portion T1 is omitted, the right portion of the double woven portion T2 is omitted, and the right portion of the right single woven portion T1 is omitted.
The single weave portion T1 is a woven fabric composed of a single warp and a weft. The single woven portion T1 may have any structure, such as a plain weave structure, a twill weave structure, and a satin weave structure. Incidentally, in FIG. 1, the warp of the single weave portion T1 is indicated by a polka dot line, and is denoted by the symbol Y0.
The double weave portion T2 is any one of a warp double weave, a weft double weave, and a warp double weave.
The warp double weave is a woven fabric composed of a single weft X and front and back double warps Y and Y with respect to the single weft X.
The weft double weave is a woven fabric composed of a single warp Y and double wefts X and X on the front and back sides of the single warp Y.
The warp double weave is a woven fabric in which the warp Y and the weft X are both double.
Further, the double weaving portion T2 is a warp double weaving in this embodiment, and three types of yarns are used for the warp Y and one type of yarn is used for the weft X.
The first type of warp Y is a yarn to be exposed on the front side of the double woven portion T2, that is, the front yarn Y1. The second type of warp Y is a yarn to be exposed on the back side of the double woven portion T2, that is, the back yarn Y2.
The front yarn Y1 is exposed more on the front side of the double woven portion T2 than the back yarn Y2, and more specifically, in this embodiment, the yarn is exposed more on the front side than the back side of the double woven portion T2. This is a yarn with a large amount located on the front side of the weft X. Therefore, the length located on the front side of the weft X in the entire length of the front yarn Y1 is longer than the length located on the back side of the weft X. The front yarn Y1 is a black line in the enlarged view of FIG.
The back yarn Y2 is more exposed on the back side of the double woven portion T2 than the front yarn Y1, and more specifically, in this embodiment, the yarn is exposed on the back side more than the front side of the double woven portion T2. This is a yarn with a large amount located behind the weft X. Therefore, the length located on the back side of the weft X in the total length of the back yarn Y2 is longer than the length located on the front side of the weft X. In the enlarged view of FIG. 1, it is a diagonal line.
The third type of warp Y is a yarn for reinforcing the strength of the fabric as compared with the double woven portion using only the front yarn Y1 and the back yarn Y2 as the warp Y, that is, the reinforcing yarn Y3. The reinforcing yarn Y3 is exposed more on the back side of the double woven portion T2 than the front yarn Y1, and more exposed on the front side of the double woven portion T2 than the back yarn Y2, more specifically, in this embodiment. This thread is equally exposed on the front and back sides of the fabric. In the enlarged view of FIG. 1, it is a polka dot line.
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram showing the double woven portion T2 in an enlarged manner in the portion of the schematic diagram of FIG. In the example of FIG. 2, eighteen warps Y are shown in the weft direction, and
As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 (A), the front yarn Y1 is woven by repeating the same weaving method for every eight wefts X. The 1st and 5th surface yarns Y1 overlap the front side of the 1st to 6th weft yarns X with respect to the 1st to 8th weft yarns X, and two weft yarns 7th to 8th It is woven so as to overlap with the back side of X, and this weaving method is also used for the following eight
Among the warp Y, the back yarn Y2 is also woven by repeating the same weaving method for each of the eight wefts X as shown in FIGS. The 2nd and 6th back yarns Y2 overlap and weave so that they overlap the back side of the 6 wefts X of 1st to 4th, 7th and 8th, and the front side of the 2nd wefts X of 5th to 6th In this weaving method, the next eight to eight wefts X are also woven. The 4th and 8th back yarns Y2 overlap and weave so that they overlap the front side of the
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 (A), the reinforcing yarn Y3 of the warp Y occupies a very small portion of the warp Y constituting the double woven portion T2, and is spaced from the intermediate portion in the weft direction of the double woven portion T2. It is arranged with a gap. The reinforcing yarn Y3 is woven by repeating the same weaving method for every four yarns. The No. 9 reinforcing yarn Y3 is woven so as to overlap the back side of the No. 1 and No. 2 wefts X and the upper side of the No. 3 and No. 4 wefts X. It is also woven for the four wefts X of No. 8.
The double woven portion T2 includes a plurality of sets (four sets in the present embodiment) in which the front yarns Y1 and the back yarns Y2 are alternately arranged in the weft direction at intervals in the weft direction. Is provided with a reinforcing yarn Y3. In the present embodiment, the reinforcing yarn Y3 is the 9, 18, 27th warp Y3 as shown in FIG. Further, the warp Y located on both sides of the double weave T2 is the warp Y0 of the two single weaves T1 and T1, and is the No. 0 and No. 36 warp Y0 in FIG. Y0 is also woven in the same weaving method as the reinforcing yarn Y3, as shown in FIGS.
The 38th warp Y0 of the single weaving portion T1 is woven by repeating the same weaving method every eight pieces. The 38th warp Y0 overlaps with the back side of the 1st, 2nd, 7th and 8th wefts X and is woven so as to overlap the front side of the 2nd and 3rd wefts X. This is also woven for the following eight weft yarns 9-16.
Further, the fastener tape T according to the first embodiment of the present invention has a double weaving portion T2 at a plurality of times, more specifically at least twice as long as the weft X is folded at at least one end of the fabric when weaving the fabric. As a result, it is woven so that the warp yarn Y is overlapped on the front side or the back side of the weft X of at least two units. By the way, the shed is a gap formed by the warp Y by moving a number of warps Y up and down with a loom, and is used to pass the weft X.
The front yarn Y1 appears at a ratio of 6: 2 on the front side and the back side of the double woven portion T2, and the back yarn Y2 appears at a ratio of 2: 6 on the front side and the back side of the double woven portion T2. In other words, since both the warp Y and the weft X exist on the front side of the woven fabric, if only this is taken into consideration, both the front yarn Y1 and the back yarn Y2 are 6: 2 on the front side of the double woven portion T2 in terms of appearance. Seems to exist. However, in reality, it appears that only the front yarn Y1 exists for the front side appearance of the fabric, and only the back yarn Y2 exists for the back side appearance of the fabric. Below, the cause about the external appearance of a textile fabric is described, and the cause about the external appearance of a back side is abbreviate | omitted.
Since the front yarn Y1 overlaps the front side of the “six” wefts X adjacent to each other, the length of the front yarn Y1 in this portion is sufficiently longer than the weft direction. As a result, the weft X is strongly restrained at both ends in the warp direction of the front yarn Y1, but the restraint of the weft X is weak at the middle portion in the warp direction, and the front yarn Y1 is spread in the weft direction. On the other hand, since the back yarn Y2 overlaps the front side of the "two" wefts X adjacent to each other, the back yarn Y2 is not so different in the length in the warp direction and the length in the weft direction for this portion, and therefore in the weft direction. It will be in a straight line with little spread. Therefore, the ratio of the front yarn Y1 and the back yarn Y2 existing on the front side of the double weaving portion T2 is not 6: 2, but a larger proportion of the front yarn Y1 corresponds to the portion where the front yarn Y1 spreads in the weft direction. Will be occupied.
Further, due to the above-described restraint relation of the weft X, the front yarn Y1 not only spreads in the weft direction at the middle part in the warp direction but also spreads in the overlapping direction of the warp Y and the weft X. On the other hand, the back yarn Y2 does not spread in the overlapping direction of the warp yarn Y and the weft yarn X and is in a straight line state. Therefore, the front yarn Y1 comes to be positioned more on the front side than the back yarn Y2 as it goes to the middle portion in the vertical direction, and the front yarn Y1 is more easily recognized than the back yarn Y2.
In addition, in the weaving machine, the tension of the weft X is higher than that of the warp Y at the time of manufacture. (As shown in the enlarged view of FIG. 1, the two adjacent wefts X and X are bent at one end in the weft direction of the fabric. Therefore, when the woven fabric is placed on a plane, all the wefts X appear to exist on the same plane. Accordingly, the front yarn Y1 overlaps the front side of a large number of wefts X existing on the same plane, and the front yarn Y1 is conspicuous, but the weft X is inconspicuous. Since the front yarn Y1 is spread in the weft direction, the weft X is covered with the front yarn Y1, and the weft X becomes less conspicuous.
Further, the density of the warp Y in the double weave T2 is larger than the density of the weft X. As a specific example, the thickness of the warp Y and the weft X is 330T, the density of the warp Y is 220 / inch, and the density of the weft X is 98 / inch. Therefore, the ratio of the density of the warp Y and the density of the weft X is 220: 98 = 2.24: 1. By setting the density ratio of the warp Y to 2.24 or more, the weft X is less noticeable in the double woven portion T2 in the present embodiment.
In addition, the relationship between one back yarn Y2 and the two front yarns Y1 on both sides thereof is as follows. The relationship is that the portion of the front yarn Y1 located on the front side of the double woven portion T2 always exists on both sides of the portion located on the front side of the double woven portion T2 of the back yarn Y2. More specifically, this relationship includes not only the second back yarn Y2 on the front side of the fifth and sixth wefts X but also the first and third front yarns Y1. Therefore, the presence of the back yarn Y2 is not noticeable in the double woven portion T2 in the present embodiment.
Due to the above causes, only the front yarn Y1 appears to be present on the front side of the double woven portion T2 in terms of appearance.
In the fastener tape T of the first embodiment of the present invention, the warp yarn Y and the weft yarn X are yarns dyed before weaving with a loom, that is, pre-dyed yarns, and among the warp yarns Y of the double woven portion T2 For the front yarn Y1, the back yarn Y2, and the warp yarn Y0 of the single woven portion T1, different dyed yarns are used. More specifically, the warp yarn Y0 of the two single weave portions T1 located on both sides of the double weave portion T2, the reinforcing yarn Y3 of the warp yarns Y of the double weave portion T2, and all the wefts X of one color of the same color. A pre-dyed yarn is used, and a pre-dyed yarn having a color different from that of the pre-dyed yarn is used for the front yarn Y1 and the back yarn Y2 of the warp yarn Y of the double woven portion T2. In addition, the front yarn Y1 and the back yarn Y2 of the warp yarn Y of the double woven portion T2 are different dyed yarns.
And as mentioned above, since only the front yarn Y1 appears to exist on the front side of the double woven portion T2 with respect to the front side appearance of the double woven portion T2, the fastener tape of the first embodiment of the present invention is related to the front side appearance. As shown in FIG. 1, T only appears that the double woven portion T2 exists in a thick straight line extending in the warp direction between two single woven portions T1 of the same color located on both sides of the double woven portion T2. Instead, the color is different from the color of the single woven portion T1 (the color of the front yarn Y1). As shown in FIG. 4, the fastener tape T of the present embodiment looks like a design in which a narrow line extends in the warp direction along the element row E of the fastener tape T.
Although not shown in the drawing, the fastener tape T according to the first embodiment of the present invention also has a double woven portion T2 between two single woven portions T1 of the same color located on both sides of the double woven portion T2. Not only appears in a thick straight line extending in the warp direction, but also appears in a color different from the color of the single woven portion T1 (color of the back yarn Y2).
Further, for example, the front yarn Y1 of the double woven portion T2 is a pre-dyed yarn having a different color from the warp yarn Y0 of the single woven portion T1, and the back yarn Y2 of the double woven portion T2 is a pre-dyed yarn having the same color as the warp yarn Y0 of the single woven portion T1. In this case, the front side of the fastener tape T appears to have a double woven portion T2 in a thick straight line extending in the warp direction between two single woven portions T1 of the same color located on both sides of the double woven portion T2. Not only the color of the single woven portion T1 is visible (the color of the front yarn Y1). On the other hand, on the back side of the fastener tape T, the color difference between the single woven portion T1 and the double woven portion T2 cannot be confirmed. Therefore, only on the front side of the fastener tape T, the double woven portion T2 appears to exist in a thick straight line extending in the warp direction with a color different from that of the single woven portion T1.
The fastener tape T of the present embodiment uses a pre-dyed yarn not only for the warp Y of the double woven portion T2 but also for the warp Y of the single woven portion T1, and therefore, for example, compared to a yarn dyed with warp after becoming a woven fabric. In this case, the color of the fastener tape T becomes high quality. Further, since the color of the front yarn Y1 has an influence on the appearance on the front side of the double woven portion T2, and the color of the back yarn Y2 has an influence on the appearance on the back side of the double woven portion T2, the fastener tape T is on the front side. And it looks different on the back side.
In the fastener tape T according to the first embodiment of the present invention, the density of the warp Y in the double woven portion T2 is larger than the density of the warp Y0 in the single woven portion T1. As described above, in the double woven portion T2, the ratio of the density of the warp Y to the density of the weft X is 2.24: 1. On the premise of the density ratio in the double woven portion T2, the ratio of the density of the warp Y in the double woven portion T2 and the density of the warp Y0 in the single woven portion T1 is 1.61: 1. Accordingly, since the density of the warp Y in the double woven portion T2 is larger than the density of the warp Y0 in the single woven portion T1, the double woven portion T2 makes it easier to see the warp Y than the single woven portion T1 (the weft X becomes less visible), It becomes easy to distinguish the woven portion T1 and the double woven portion T2 by color.
The fastener tape T according to the first embodiment of the present invention has the element row E attached to the single woven portion T1, and the single woven portion T1 is thinner than the double woven portion T2, and the warp yarn of the double woven portion T2. Since the density of the warp Y0 of the single woven portion T1 is smaller than the density of Y, for example, as the element row E, it is easy to attach when sewing a coiled monofilament.
Further, the fastener tape T of the first embodiment of the present invention includes a reinforcing yarn Y3 in addition to the front yarn Y1 and the back yarn Y2 as the warp yarn Y of the double woven portion T2, and the reinforcing yarn Y3 is two more than the front yarn Y1. Since it is exposed more on the back side of the heavy woven portion T2 and more on the front side of the double woven portion T2 than the back yarn Y2, for example, compared to the double woven portion in which only the front yarn Y1 and the back yarn Y2 are warp yarn Y, The durability as a woven fabric is improved. Moreover, the fastener tape T according to the first embodiment of the present invention has a plurality of reinforcing yarns Y3 arranged at intervals in the weft direction of the fabric, so that only the front yarn Y1 and the back yarn Y2 are used as warps Y. Compared with the heavy weave, the thickness of the fabric is reduced.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be changed as appropriate without departing from the spirit of the present invention. As described above, the double woven portion T2 is not limited to the warp double weave but may be a weft double weave or a warp double weave. In the present embodiment, the front yarn Y1, the back yarn Y2, and the reinforcing yarn Y3 are used for the double woven portion T2. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and only the front yarn Y1 and the back yarn Y2 are used for the double woven portion T2. It may be.
In the case of warp double weaving, the double weaving portion T2 includes a front side single weaving fabric composed of only the front yarn Y1 and the weft X, and a back side single weaving fabric composed only of the back yarn Y2 and the weft X. May be simply overlapped with each other, or a reinforcing yarn Y3 for reinforcing the strength of the double woven portion T2 as a woven fabric is used, and the front side woven fabric at an appropriate position in the weft direction of the double woven portion T2. And the fabric on the back side may be joined with a reinforcing yarn Y3. Further, the reinforcing yarn Y3 may be one in which the total number of front yarns Y1 or the total number of back yarns Y2 constituting the double woven portion T2 or a plurality of the same are used as the reinforcing yarn Y3. The total number of front yarns Y1 and back yarns Y2 constituting the woven portion T2 are completely different yarns, and exclusive binding yarns for connecting the front fabric and the back fabric may be used. Also in this case, the reinforcing yarn Y3 is more exposed on the back side of the double woven portion T2 than the front yarn Y1, and more exposed on the front side of the double woven portion T2 than the back yarn Y2.
By the way, when the front side fabric and the back side fabric are simply overlapped, the front yarn Y1 is exposed only on the front side of the fastener tape T, is not exposed at all on the back side, and the back yarn Y2 is the back side of the fastener tape T. It is only exposed to the surface and not exposed at all.
