Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Spritzvorrichtung zum druckluftzerstäubten Spritzen einer Spritz- flüssigkeit, insbesondere eines Beschichtungsmaterials in einem automatischen Betrieb. Hierbei weist die Spritzvorrichtung ein Automatik-Spritzmodul und ein Versorgungsmodul auf, wobei das Automatik-Spritzmodul wenigstens einen Spritzmodulkörper, eine Spritzdüse, eine Spritzflüssigkeitsleitung zum Zuführen von Spritzflüssigkeit zu der Spritzdüse und eine Zerstäubungsdruckluftleitung zum Zuführen von Zerstäubungsdruckluft zur Spritzdüse auf. Der Spritzmodulkörper ist außerdem mit einer Anschlussfläche versehen, welche zum Ver- sorgen des Automatik-Spritzmoduls mit der Spritzflüssigkeit und der Zerstäubungsdruckluft lösbar an einer Anschlussfläche des Versorgungsmoduls befestigbar ist und die Zerstäu- bungsdruckluft- und Spritzflüssigkeitsleitung in der Anschlussfläche münden. Weiter sind zu beachten, dass die Anschlussfläche (59; 51) des Automatik-Spritzmoduls (1) und/oder des Versorgungsmoduls (2, 2a, 2b) gegenüber angrenzenden Umfangsflächenabschnitten des Spritzmodulkörpers (3) bzw. des Versorgungsmodulkörpers (2, 2a, 2b) rückversetzt ist.
