Abstract
L'invention concerne un article comprenant un corps de base réalisé en matière polymère et ayant des propriétés élastiques, notamment un élément en métal-caoutchouc pour véhicules ferroviaires. Aux fins d'amélioration des propriétés retardant le feu, l'article, notamment l'élément en métal-caoutchouc, possède un corps de base en matériau polymère aux propriétés élastiques, le corps de base possédant une surface d'article qui est pourvue, en totalité ou en partie, d'au moins un revêtement, le revêtement étant formé au moins d'un mélange de caoutchouc, et le mélange de caoutchouc du revêtement contenant au moins un retardateur de flamme ou étant par nature ignifuge.
