Description

安装板及开关插座 技术领域
本发明涉及装修装饰电气设备领域,尤其涉及一种安装板及开关插座。
背景技术
现有的应用于装修装饰电气设备领域内的开关插座一般包括功能件、与功能件配合的面板及与功能件与面板配合的安装底板等元件。上述开关插座按尺寸标准可以分为86型、118型及120型。其中,以86型开关插座为例,该类型的开关插座还包括186型、286型、386型、486型和586型联体开关插座。然而,目前的如上述86型的五种不同的开关插座的安装底板的尺寸、结构不同,因此,一般需要不同的模具来分别制造加工,这无疑增加了一个类型开关插座的整体开模成本,进而增加了安装底板及开关插座的生产制造成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术问题,提供一种制造成本低的安装板及开关插座。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种安装板,其应用于开关插座内,所述安装板包括至少两个结构相同且并排邻接的基本安装单元,每个所述基本安装单元呈中心对称。
进一步的,所述邻接的基本安装单元之间具有邻接线,所述邻接的基本安装单元关于邻接线对称。
进一步的,所述基本安装单元设有第一通孔、两个相对的第一外边缘、两个相对的第二外边缘、两个相对的第一内边缘和两个相对的第二内边缘。
进一步的,所述基本安装单元的第一外边缘上分别设置有凸起部和配合部。
进一步的,所述基本安装单元的第一内边缘上分别设置有第一限位部、所述基本安装单元的第二内边缘分别设置有第二限位部和定位 凸肋。
进一步的,所述第一限位部及第二限位部为缺口,所述第一限位部的长度大于所述第二限位部的长度。
进一步的,所述基本安装单元上设有装配定位孔、第一安装孔和第二安装孔。

进一步的,所述外框设有与所述第一通孔对应的第二通孔。
进一步的,所述外框缘设有供凸起部穿过的第三通孔及与凸起部卡扣配合的定位块。
进一步的,所述功能件包括接线座和与接线座连接的开关元件,所述接线座的一部分穿过外框及安装板。
进一步的,所述接线座设置有与所述第一限位部相配合的第一凸块、与所述定位凸肋卡扣配合的第一卡扣部及第二卡扣部,以及与所述第二限位部相配合的第二凸块。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的安装板上至少两个基本安装单元结构相同且每个基本安装单元呈中心对称,因此,上述包括至少两个基本安装单元的安装板可以通过一套模具来加工制造,从而节约了模具开发的成本,进而降低了安装板及开关插座的制造成本。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明具体实施例及相应的附图对本发明技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1至图3所示,本发明实施例提供了一种开关插座100,在本实施例中,其具体为一种86型开关。当然,在其它可替换的实施方式中,开关插座100也可以为插座、或开关与插座的组合体。在本实施例中,开关插座100包括外框2、设置于外框2后表面的安装板3和设置于外框2前表面且部分穿过外框2及安装板3的功能件1。具体地,安装板3即为开关插座100的安装底板,其为一个中心对称的基本安装单元。
以下针对开关插座100内的各元件的结构及相互之间的连接关系作详细说明。
如图3至图5所示,安装板3呈矩形框状结构,且大致呈平板状,其由金属材质制成。安装板3的中心区域设有第一通孔31,该第一通孔31可供功能件1的一部分穿过。
具体地,安装板3设有两个相对的第一外边缘32、两个相对的第二外边缘33、两个相对的第一内边缘35及两个相对的第二内边缘34。 安装板3的两个相对的第一外边缘32上分别设有两个凸起部321和两个配合部322。需要进一步说明的是,第一外边缘32上的四个凸起部321及两个配合部322关于安装板3的中心点(未标示)对称,即中心对称。上述凸起部321由后表面(未标示)向前冲压而成。
进一步地,安装板3的两个相对的第一内边缘35上分别设置有一个第一限位部351和一个定位凸肋352。安装板3的两个相对的第二内边缘34上分别设置有两个第二限位部341。在本实施例中,第一及第二限位部351、341的具体结构均为一个缺口,且设置于安装板3的前表面(未标示),第一限位部351的长度大于第二限位部341的长度。第一及第二限位部351、341可以使得功能件1在一个方向上与安装板3配合。另外,定位凸肋352形成于安装板3的后表面,第一及第二限位部351、341形成于安装板3的前表面。
进一步地,安装板3上设有靠近第一外边缘32的四个装配定位孔36、靠近第二内边缘34的两个第一安装孔37、位于四个拐角处的四个第二安装孔38。上述装配定位孔36可与外框2上的结构配合定位,第一及第二安装孔37、38用于将安装板3定位于安装面上。
如图6、图7及图9所示,外框2呈矩形框状结构,其具有位于其中间区域的第二通孔21,其中,第二通孔21与第一通孔31相对应。具体地,外框2的后表面(未标示)设置有收容安装板3的收容槽25。外框2的边缘设置可供凸起部321穿过的第三通孔22及与凸起部321卡扣配合的定位块24,定位块24呈楔形状。通过凸起部321与定位块24的卡扣配合,可以实现外框2与安装板3之间的固定连接。需要说明的是,第三通孔22贯穿外框2的前后表面,定位块24设置于第三通孔22的边缘。另外,外框22上还设有与安装板3上的配合部322配合的第四通孔23。
如图3及图8所示,在本实施例中,功能件1为一开关,当然在其它可替换的实施方式中,功能件1也可以为插座、或开关与插座的组合体。在本实施例中,功能件1包括接线座11和位于接线座11外侧且与接线座11连接的开关元件12。接线座11上设有两个相对的第一侧面112和两个相对的第二侧面111。接线座11的两个第一侧面112上分别设置有两个与第一限位部351相配合的第一凸块114、两个与定位凸肋352卡扣配合的第一卡扣部115以及一个与定位凸肋352卡扣 配合的第二卡扣部116。接线座11的第二侧面111上分别设置有一个与第二限位部341相配合的第二凸块113。其中,第一卡扣部115和第二卡扣部116均为弹性卡扣部。通过第一卡扣部115及第二卡扣部116与定位凸肋352之间的卡扣配合,功能件1与安装板3固定连接在一起。
以下进一步说明本实施例提供的开关插座100的组装过程。
首先,通过安装板3上的装配定位孔36、第一安装孔37和第二安装孔38,将安装板3安装至墙面或者其它安装基础上。
然后,将外框2组装至安装板3的前表面。凸起部321通过第三通孔22的同时定位块24卡扣连接至凸起部321的下边缘,如此,安装板3固定连接至外框2上。另外,配合部322收容于第四通孔23中。
最后,将功能件1组装至外框2。其中,功能件1的接线座11部分依次穿过第二通孔21和第一通孔31,使接线座11的第一凸块114和第二凸块113分别收容于安装板3的第一限位部351和第二限位部341中。同时,接线座11的第一卡扣部115和第二卡扣部116卡扣在安装板3的定位凸肋352的下侧边,使得功能件1与安装板3固定连接在一起。
通过以上步骤,开关插座100就完成组装。
需要进一步说明的是,在本实施例中,开关插座100为一位86型开关,因此,其内的安装板3即为一个基本安装单元3。当然,在本发明的另一的实施例中,开关插座内的安装板可以为包括两个邻接的基本安装单元3的安装板3a,两个邻接的基本安装单元3关于邻接线39对称,如图12所示。在本发明的另一的实施例中,开关插座内的安装板可以为包括五个邻接的基本安装单元3的安装板3b,两个邻接的基本安装单元3关于邻接线39对称,如图13所示。
以下以安装板3a为例来说明安装板的制造流程。
首先,使用一套冲压模具(未图示)在金属料带上的两个位置上连续冲压,即可在金属料带上形成包括两个基本安装单元3的安装板3a;
然后,利用上述冲压模具将冲压完成的安装板3a从金属料带上裁切下来。
通过上述步骤,安装板3a即可制造完成。
因此,本发明提供的开关插座100内的安装板3或3a或3b通过一套冲压模具可实现安装板3或3a或3b上具有相同的安装基本单元3且每个基本安装单元呈中心对称。然后通过该冲压模具的裁切即可实现86型,286型,386型,486型和586型五种类型的开关插座的安装板的制造,从而实现一套模具即可实现五种开关插座的安装板的制造,即可以将传统的五套模具减为一套,从而节约安装板的开模成本,进而降低安装板及开关插座的制造成本。
本发明另一种实施例还提供了一种应用于开关插座上的安装板4a,该安装板4a为开关插座的装饰面板,装饰面板由金属材质制成。如图14所示,其包括五个结构相同且邻接的基本安装单元4。同样的,安装板4a也可以通过一套模具来加工制造,得到不同尺寸的安装板4a。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的安装板包括至少两个结构相同的基本安装单元且每个基本安装单元呈中心对称,因此可以通过一套模具即可实现各种安装板的制造,从而降低了模具开发成本,进而降低安装板及该安装板所应用开关插座的制造成本。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种安装板,其应用于开关插座内,所述安装板包括至少两个结构相同且并排邻接的基本安装单元,每个所述基本安装单元呈中心对称。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安装板,其中,所述邻接的基本安装单元之间具有邻接线,所述邻接的基本安装单元关于邻接线对称。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的安装板,其中,所述基本安装单元设有第一通孔、两个相对的第一外边缘、两个相对的第二外边缘、两个相对的第一内边缘和两个相对的第二内边缘。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的安装板,其中,所述基本安装单元的第一外边缘上分别设置有凸起部和配合部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的安装板,其中,所述基本安装单元的第一内边缘上分别设置有第一限位部、所述基本安装单元的第二内边缘分别设置有第二限位部和定位凸肋。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的安装板,其中,所述第一限位部及第二限位部为缺口,所述第一限位部的长度大于所述第二限位部的长度。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的安装板,其中,所述基本安装单元上设有装配定位孔、第一安装孔和第二安装孔。
  8. 一种开关插座,其包括如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的安装板、组装于所述安装板一侧的外框、以及设置于外框一侧、部分穿过外框及安装板且与所述安装板的基本安装单元连接的至少两个功能件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的开关插座,其中,所述外框设有与所述第一通孔对应的第二通孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的开关插座,其中,所述外框缘设有供凸起部穿过的第三通孔及与凸起部卡扣配合的定位块。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的开关插座,其中,所述功能件包括接线座和与接线座连接的开关元件,所述接线座的一部分穿过外框及安装板。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的开关插座,其中,所述接线座设置有与所述第一限位部相配合的第一凸块、与所述定位凸肋卡扣配合的第 一卡扣部及第二卡扣部,以及与所述第二限位部相配合的第二凸块。
