记录预设的影视资源的匹配标签；
读取用户身份证；
根据用户身份证，搜索用户以往的点播记录 ；
根据用户以往的点播记录，统计用户点播记录中出现频次排名前三的标签 ；
根据所述出现频次排名前三的标签，向用户推荐带有相同标签且用户尚未点播过的影视资源，并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据 。
