在厕所间外部的地基的下方设有化粪池5,化粪池可设置在室外。如图4所示,化粪池5为一圆柱形的中空结构,在化粪池的内腔壁上设有一个隔板51,隔板可设计为圆形板,隔板的外径与化粪池的内径尺寸相适应;隔板的设置将化粪池的内腔分为两部分,隔板的左侧为杀菌腔52,隔板的右侧为存储腔53。在隔板上设有通孔,在该通孔中设有另一导流管33,该导流管也为弯管,导流管的一端置于杀菌腔中,导流管的另一端置于存储腔中,这样杀菌腔中的粪便经导流管进入到存储腔中,在杀菌腔中粪便进行厌氧杀菌,在存储腔中粪便进行存储。在化粪池的左侧壁上设有粪便入口54,在粪便入口与导流管的出口之间设有输送管4,转接器中的粪便经导流管、输送管进入到杀菌腔中,输送管倾斜设置,且输送管的高端位于转接器一侧,输送管的低端位于化粪池一侧。在存储腔的上侧设有出粪口55,通过出粪口挖出存储腔中的粪便,以便使用。在化粪池上方的地基上设有与出粪口连通的上盖安装孔61,上盖安装孔为台阶孔,在上盖安装孔中设有上盖6,上盖的尺寸与上 盖安装孔大端的尺寸相同,上盖的作用是密封出粪口,防止污物掉落在化粪池中。存储腔的容积大于杀菌腔的容积,这样,可以方便粪便的储存。现有的化粪池为三格式结构,本发明的化粪池为两格式结构,在同等容积的情况下,本发明的化粪池可储存的粪便体积更大。在转接器中进行粪便处理的第一步,沉淀;在杀菌腔进行粪便处理的第二步,厌氧反应;在存储腔进行粪便处理的第三步,降解反应。转接器和化粪池均由玻璃钢或塑料材质制成。
本发明的转接器,具有以下优点:
1、接收人粪尿,进行前期液化、分离漂浮物和沉积泥沙,利用进出口水面压差产生压力动能,将液化的纯人粪尿经导流管,自然顺畅输入化粪池的杀菌腔中。
2、该转接器可360度转向,对新建的厕所,尤其对已建的厕所和化粪池,户户相对位置各异,都可顺利连接安装使用无水马桶,无需推倒重来。
3、因转接器同无水马桶连接的口径大,掀开马桶盖,轻松清理误入杂物和底部泥沙,保证系统运行顺畅。
对于化粪池,由三格改为两格,功效主要有三个方面:
1、杀菌腔为厌氧杀菌,粪便无害化彻底。
2、全程除臭味,把农民从恶臭劳动环境中解放出来。
3、设大出粪口,尊重农民自用农家肥,随用随取;也可出售抽走。
这样可达到:一是体现人性化。让农民用上顶级独有的专用马桶,一步超越城市卫生水平,用之顺心,看之暖心,满意度高。二是无害化彻底。清除最大社会污染源,有益卫生文明健康。三是保护和充分利用优质有机肥资源,有益农业发展。四是高效环保。为农村开辟一条高效节水环保新路,防止农村套用城市高耗水、高污染的老路。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种人粪尿自动处理系统,其特征是,它包括无水马桶、转接器、输送管和化粪池,所述无水马桶安装在厕所间的地基上,在所述无水马桶下方的地基上设有转接器,所述转接器的上端敞口,同无水马桶下口连通,在所述转接器的侧壁上设有导流管,导流管上口同输送管的一端连接,输送管的另一端与位于厕所间外地基下方的化粪池的进口连接,在位于厕所间外部的地基下方设有化粪池,在所述化粪池的内腔中设有隔板,所述隔板将化粪池的内腔分为杀菌腔和存储腔,在所述杀菌腔与转接器内的导流管之间设有输送管,在所述隔板上设有连通杀菌腔和存储腔的另一导流管,在所述存储腔的顶部设有出粪口,在所述地基上设有密封出粪口的上盖。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种人粪尿自动处理系统,其特征是,所述转接器为圆柱形结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种人粪尿自动处理系统,其特征是,所述存储腔的容积大于杀菌腔的容积。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种人粪尿自动处理系统,其特征是,所述输送管倾斜设置,且朝向转接器的输送管一端高,朝向化粪池的输送管一端低。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种人粪尿自动处理系统,其特征是,在所述地基上设有上盖安装孔,所述上盖安装孔为台阶孔,所述上盖设置在上盖安装孔的大孔中,所述上盖安装孔的小孔与转接器的内腔连通。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种人粪尿自动处理系统,其特征是,在所述无水马桶中设有排风扇,所述排风扇的电源线引出至无水马桶外部,在所述无水马桶上设有排风管,所述排风管设置在排风扇的上部,所述排风管上口设防蝇罩。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种人粪尿自动处理系统,其特征是,在所述 无水马桶内壁表面设避光涂层。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种人粪尿自动处理系统,其特征是,所述转接器、化粪池由玻璃钢或塑料制成。
