Abstract
La présente invention concerne un ensemble (1) pour le changement de format dans une machine à remplir les caisses, comprenant une ligne de transport (2), pourvu d'au moins un élément poussoir (5, 6) et d'au moins un élément de contraste (3, 4) entre lesquels le produit à transporter doit être intercalé. Les éléments poussoirs (5, 6) et les éléments de contraste (3, 4) sont disposés dans des paires mutuellement opposées, chacune comprenant des éléments supérieurs (3, 5) et des éléments inférieurs (4, 6) respectifs. Les éléments poussoirs supérieurs (5) et les éléments de contraste (3) sont d'un seul tenant avec au moins un appareil supérieur (7, 8) du type choisi de préférence parmi une courroie, une chaîne et analogue, et les éléments poussoirs inférieurs (6) et les éléments de contraste (4) sont d'un seul tenant avec au moins un appareil inférieur (9, 10), du type choisi de préférence parmi une courroie, une chaîne et analogue. Chaque appareil (7, 8, 9, 10) est commandé par un moteur respectif (12) par le biais d'éléments d'entraînement respectifs. Les éléments d'entraînement d'au moins l'un des appareils (7, 8, 9, 10) comprennent un différentiel à trois voies (13) pour la variation de hauteur de l'au moins un appareil (7, 8, 9, 10).
