Description
本发明涉及一种安装夹,属于工程部件技术领域。
目前,据申请人了解,家庭内的私人电器和物品进行安装并固定时,施工是比较麻烦的。另外,由于每个人的高矮胖瘦和喜好不同,对于已经安装好的物品进行符合个人喜好的调整时,也比较麻烦。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术不足,提出一种能够安装方便且调整快速的安装夹。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:一种安装夹,包括U形的夹子和固定在安装体上的第一安装面,所述夹子的一夹持面和第一安装面相对设置,所述夹子的一夹持面向第一安装面凸伸形成有半球形壳体,所述第一安装面上制有容纳所述半球形壳体的凹窝,所述半球形壳体可旋转和翻转的容纳在该凹窝内,所述半球形壳体内设有球头,所述球头、夹持面和第一安装面之间连接有紧固件并由紧固件将所述半球形壳体固定在第一安装面的凹窝内。
本发明采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:由于夹子的一夹持面和第一安装面相对设置,通过半球形壳体、凹窝和球头的相互配合动作,半球形壳体可旋转和翻转的容纳在该凹窝内,球头、夹子的一夹持面和第一安装面之间连接有紧固件并由紧固件将半球形壳体固定在第一安装面的凹窝内,这样,安装时,可以先旋转和翻转第一安装面,将第一安装面调节到需要的角度和位置后进行快速定位并固定,再通过夹子进行夹持挂靠,可以对物品进行快速安装和调整。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述紧固件是螺栓,所述球头制有第一

本发明采用上述技术方案的改进的有益效果是:由于紧固件是螺栓,球头制有第一通孔,半球形壳体制有第二通孔,第一安装面的凹窝处对应第二通孔制有螺纹孔,螺栓依次穿过第一通孔和第二通孔并螺接在螺纹孔上,安装时,可以先将螺栓松开,第一安装面可以方便的旋转和翻转,再将螺栓拧紧,使得螺栓压迫球头,并将球头、半球形壳体和凹窝紧密抵靠在一起,方便的固定和调整了第一安装面的位置,从而对对安装夹进行快速安装和调整。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述球头是由紧邻半球形壳体的前半球头和与紧邻螺栓头部的后半球头组成的一个球头,所述前半球头和后半球头之间的接触面制为斜楔面。

由于螺栓的头部并排螺接有第一螺母和第二螺母,通过第一螺母挤压推进球头并将半球形壳体固定在第一安装面的凹窝内,通过第二螺母用于锁死第一螺母位置,可以适应荷载比较大的地方。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述第一安装面的凹窝中心处制有凸台,
第一通孔由设于后半球头的一段通孔以及设于前半球头用于容纳所述凸台的另一段沉孔组成,所述螺纹孔设于该凸台内。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述半球形壳体的侧壁上开有能够伸张的槽缝。

实施例
本实施例的安装夹,如图1和图2所示,包括U形的夹子1和固定在安装体上的第一安装面2。夹子的一夹持面和第一安装面2相对设置。
夹子1的一夹持面向第一安装面凸伸形成有半球形壳体1-1,第一安装面2上制有容纳半球形壳体的凹窝2-1。半球形壳体1-1可旋转和翻转的容纳在该凹窝2-1内。半球形壳体1-1内设有球头3。
球头3、夹持面和第一安装面2之间连接有紧固件4并由紧固件将所述半球形壳体1-1固定在第一安装面的凹窝2-1内。
本实施例的紧固件4是螺栓,球头3制有第一通孔3-1,半球形壳体1-1制有第二通孔1-2。第一安装面2的凹窝2-1处对应第二通孔1-2制有螺纹孔。螺栓依次穿过第一通孔3-1和第二通孔1-2并螺接在螺纹孔上。
本实施例的球头3是由紧邻半球形壳体的前半球头3-2和与紧邻螺栓头部的后半球头3-3组成的一个球头,前半球头3-2和后半球头3-3之间的接触面制为斜楔面。
本实施例的螺栓的头部并排螺接有第一螺母4-1和第二螺母4-2。第一螺母4-1设于球头3和第二螺母4-2之间,第一螺母4-1用于挤压推进后半球头3-3并通过斜面使得前半球头3-2将半球形壳体1-1固定在第一安装面2的凹窝2-1内,第二螺母4-2用于锁死第一螺母4-1位置。
本实施例的第一安装面2的凹窝2-1中心处制有凸台2-2,第一通孔由设于后半球头3-3的一段通孔以及设于前半球头3-2用于容纳凸台的另一段沉孔组成,螺纹孔设于该凸台2-2内。
本实施例的半球形壳体1-1的侧壁上开有能够伸张的槽缝1-3。
本发明的不局限于上述实施例。凡采用等同替换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。

- 一种安装夹,包括U形的夹子和固定在安装体上的第一安装面,所述夹子的一夹持面和第一安装面相对设置,其特征在于:所述夹子的一夹持面向第一安装面凸伸形成有半球形壳体,所述第一安装面上制有容纳所述半球形壳体的凹窝,所述半球形壳体可旋转和翻转的容纳在该凹窝内,所述半球形壳体内设有球头,所述球头、夹持面和第一安装面之间连接有紧固件并由紧固件将所述半球形壳体固定在第一安装面的凹窝内。
- 如权利要求1所述安装夹,其特征在于:所述紧固件是螺栓,所述球头制有第一通孔,所述半球形壳体制有第二通孔,所述第一安装面的凹窝处对应所述第二通孔制有螺纹孔,所述螺栓依次穿过第一通孔和第二通孔并螺接在螺纹孔上。
- 如权利要求2所述安装夹,其特征在于:所述球头是由紧邻半球形壳体的前半球头和与紧邻螺栓头部的后半球头组成的一个球头,所述前半球头和后半球头之间的接触面制为斜楔面。
- 如权利要求3所述安装夹,其特征在于:所述螺栓的头部并排螺接有第一螺母和第二螺母,所述第一螺母设于球头和第二螺母之间,所述第一螺母用于挤压推进后半球头并通过斜面使得前半球头将所述半球形壳体固定在第一安装面的凹窝内,所述第二螺母用于锁死第一螺母位置。
- 如权利要求3所述安装夹,其特征在于:所述第一安装面的凹窝中心处制有凸台,第一通孔由设于后半球头的一段通孔以及设于前半球头用于容纳所述凸台的另一段沉孔组成,所述螺纹孔设于该凸台内。
- 如权利要求1至5之任一所述安装夹,其特征在于:所述半球形壳体的侧壁上开有能够伸张的槽缝。
