Abstract

The subject of the invention is a Label-toy, which is hanger-label (2) connected by a thread with a bag (1) of any size and dimensions. Hanger-label {2} contains from one side f.e. information concerning a tea producer, kind and flavour of tea in the bag (1), and puzzle element (3) is attached to the hanger-label (2), which is an independent item and as a part of a bigger puzzle it is a component of a collection supplied by the next puzzles elements (3) which make a complete puzzle.

Description

Label-Toy
The subject matter of the invention is a Label-toy which consists of a hanger (label to an infusion bag with tea, which additionally is a toy puzzle).
To this moment there has been know many solutions concerning the structure of packaging, also tea packaging. From the polish description of the invention P.305778 {publication BUP 10/1995 from 15-05-1995) we know „Folded packaging" used especially for stacked one on another sheet goods, which are precisely covered and are, for example, paper filter inserts for coffee or tea machines. The packaging is made from one-sided, square paper pattern or similar material, which can be bent and it has got a stable shape. From the two opposite edges, the packaging is bent to the stack of packed goods in a wrapping manner, where on the one side of bending, there is a pocket which reaches stack of goods from ail sides, and on the other end there is a closing flap, which may be set in relation to the pocket using a re-closing device. Closing flap is stabilized using the connection of particular bending in such way, that the closing flap during the next closing, automatically takes the initial form.
From the description of polish invention, patent number PL-197121 (publication: WUP 3/2008 from 31-03-2008) it is also known as„lnfusion bag, especially to make tea", which is equipped with chambers made from a filter material and has got an adequate amount of special substance. Moreover, at least two independent from each other, manufactured and filled chambers are connected in one part with the hanger at one joint edge.
Polish invention patent number PL-195562 (publication WUP 10/2007 from 31- 10-2007) contains a description of„lnfusion bag, especially to make tea, and the way to close the infusion bag using thread". The infusion bag described here has got a top part with bent quoins and with bent above their middle part, to which the thread is attached. The thread has got two loose ends, one of them is routed and retracted through the hole, making on the other side of the top part the loop. Both loose ends are routed from the bottom side through the loop and make a knot by pulling. The bag is characterised with two holes in the top part, made next to each other with a side gap on the left and on the right against longitudinal axis of the bag, which runs through the bent quoins and the middle part of the top part. Thread, by making a loop, is routed through one hole with its one end, and with the second one through the second hole. The loop is put on the top edge of the infusion bag as the both ends of the thread are routed from the bottom through the loop making the safe knot.
From the description of polish invention patent number PL-200750 (publication WUP 2/2009 from 27-02-2009) there is also known„Brewing bag, especially for tea", which has got a thread routed through the hole placed in the top part of the bag, which surrounds oblongly the bag and let the bag to clench. The thread is twice routed through the hole making the loop from the one side of the bag. The loop surrounds the part of the thread which pokes from it, surrounds the bag and moves again through the loop. The part of the thread which is moved from the loop and another part of the thread routed to the loop - placed on the opposite sides of the bag's top side - are tie-beams which tightens the bag. The thread is attached to the bag very strongly without using metal buckles and allows to squeeze the bag without damaging it.
Among the solutions concerning the particular puzzles' forms, there are known „Magnetic didactic puzzles" described in polish utility model W.100163 {publ. BUP 20/1995 from 2-10-1995), which consist of the elements forms of geometric patterns (f,e. squares). The basic rule of setting them is creating the collection of correct information, for example mathematical calculations and their correct results on the contacts of the neighbouring elements. The picture which is created when magnetic didactic puzzles are combined is only a test of correct puzzles' arrangement. The important characteristic of the puzzles is that they are glued with flexible magnetic foil.
Labels as hangers to tea-bags are generally known and used.
The aim of the solution is to create the hanger which will not only contain the information showed by a producer, but also will be the part of a collection and will be useful for a user in the future and used as a toy and the part of greater whole.
The goal of the Label-toy, which is a part of infusion bag with tea, is that to connected using the thread bag (1) and hanger-label (2) there is also attached puzzle element (3).
The aim of the Label-toy invention, which is a part of infusion bag with tea is that it consist of the bag (1) and hanger-puzzle (4) connected by the thread. The hanger not only has a surface made to show the producer's information, for example concerning a tea company, kind and flavour of tea. Thanks to its new construction - it contains also a toy (puzzle element), which is used after tea consumption. Adding the puzzle element to the hanger, relatively making it in a bigger size, improves the comfort of a person who makes tea, because it is heavier and more stable in a dish; it does not fall to it. Hanger-puzzles made in such way can create a whole picture in tea packaging which contains several or hundreds of them. They may also be the part of bigger picture which, for example, they must be collected and set after buying a few tea packaging from particular series.
The invention has been placed on the example drawings, where fig.l shows in the perspective view a tea bag with hanger-label, to which there has been attached a puzzle. Fig 2. shows in the perspective view a tea bag with a hanger-label in a puzzle style.
To the bag 1 of any shapes and dimensions there has been attached a hanger- label 2. The hanger-label 2 contains - from the one side i.e. information about a tea producer, kind and flavour of tea in the bag 1. A puzzle element 3 is additionally attached to the hanger-label 2. After finishing tea (using tea in a bag) it is possible to take away a puzzle 3 from the hanger-label 2. As an independent item and at the same time a part of a greater puzzle, a puzzle element 3 may be a component of a collection supplied by next puzzle elements 3 which make a complete jigsaw puzzle.
In the another form of the invention on the drawing fig.2 - to a tea bag 1 has been attached a hanger-puzzle 4. One side of the hanger-puzzle 4 contains, similarly to hanger-label 2, information about the tea producer, a kind and flavour of tea in the bag 1. On the other side of the hanger-puzzle 4 there is a drawing which is a part of the complete picture. In this way, the hanger-puzzle 4, as an independent item and at the same time a part of greater puzzle, similarly to puzzle 3 may be a component of a collection supplied by next puzzle elements which make a complete puzzle. The list of the elements - bag;
-hanger- label;
- puzzle;
-hanger -puzzle.
