Description
本发明属于眼镜制造技术领域,尤其是涉及一种眼镜框面压3D花纹新工艺。
目前眼镜框的制作过程中,胶板料原料厂的原料只能做平面,无法为用户制作特定的形状,只能依靠后期用丙酮药水拼高多一块料来加工。公开号为CN105269741A的中国专利公开的一种眼镜框的制造方法,其步骤包括:S10根据眼镜框的尺寸制作液压机中的模具;S20提供胶板料;S30使用CNC精雕机雕刻外形;S40投入烤炉中烘烤至软化;S50放入液压机的模具中挤压,形成具有鼻托和庄头部位的眼镜框外形;S60使用CNC精雕机雕刻内圈,形成眼镜框。上述已公开专利以及其他现有技术中,挤压效果或拼料效果容易使材料之间出现裂痕与折断,在加工工艺上增加人工时间与材料成本,而且只能压制单一面的眼镜,单一面压花的缺陷在于:压花显得单调沒有层次感,花纹变化有局限性,体现不出立体个性,色彩突显不了光彩夺目感,并且现有技术中根本无法做到眼镜框表面3D花纹的压制。
发明内容
针对现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种眼镜框面压3D花纹新工艺。
本发明的上述目的是通过下述技术方案来实现的:
一种眼镜框面压3D花纹新工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)根据眼镜框的尺寸制作上压模、下压模、中间组合模;
(2)开料方形胶板原材料,根据上压模的中间椭圆形状数据,精雕孔位;
(3)使用CNC精雕车外形;
(4)将胶板料放入密封烤炉内加热;
(5)将加热软化的胶板料进行挤压,冷却固化后直接取出;
(6)把已经压出的胶板料放进CNC精雕,根据成品图要求数据车内圈与其他已知常规工序,制成眼镜框。
进一步地,步骤(3)中,根据组合压模最大外形数据,把已精雕孔位的胶板料套在模具上用CNC精雕车外形。
进一步地,步骤(4)中,把密封烤炉加热温度调至250度,温度达到把已车好外形的胶板料,套进组合模具内并放进烤炉内加热1分钟时间。
进一步地,步骤(5)中,把上压模安装在15吨液压机上,等待胶板料完全软化后,直接把胶板料与模具一起烤料拿出放在液压机下,把液压机压力调制10吨压力直接压,等待30秒时间料已冷却固化后直接取出。
本发明的眼镜框面压3D花纹新工艺,依靠热压技术与模具形状改变原材料形状,利用胶板料加热变软和模具形状,可在圈面、侧面、背面做出不同形状3D立体花纹,从而可一次性在眼镜多个部位压花,而且原材料是一体材质无需拼料加工,使成品眼镜表面出现多姿多彩任意形状3D立体花纹,既保留了花纹的清淅度又能多角度视觉和艺术有机结合,又突显了装饰工艺品与时尚实用有机统一,拓宽了眼镜生产企业平台和前景,降低了人力和生产成本,创造了较佳社会经济效益。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例的附图,对本发明实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于所描述的本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在无需创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-4,为本发明的一种眼镜框面压3D花纹新工艺的模具示意图。
如图1-4所示,在一种优选实施方式中,本发明的一种眼镜框面压3D花纹新工艺,具体步骤包括:
1.根据眼镜框的尺寸制作上压模、下压模、中间组合模,如图1-3所示;
2.开料143mm X 56.8mm方形胶板原材料,根据上压模的中间椭圆形状数据,精雕孔位;
3.根据组合压模最大外形数据(140.1mm X 53.8mm),把已精雕孔位的胶板料套在模具上用CNC精雕车外形;
4.把密封烤炉加热温度调至250度,温度达到把已车好外形的胶板料,套进组合模具内
并放进烤炉内加热1分钟时间;
5.把上压模安装在15吨液压机上,等待胶板料完全软化后,直接把胶板料与模具一起烤料拿出放在液压机下,把液压机压力调制10吨压力直接压,等待30秒时间料已冷却固化后直接取出;
6.把已经压出的胶板料放进CNC精雕,根据成品图要求数据车内圈与其他已知常规工序,制成眼镜框。
该工艺依靠热压技术与模具形状改变原材料形状,利用胶板料加热变软和模具形状,可在圈面、侧面、背面做出不同形状3D立体花纹,而且原材料是一体材质无需拼料加工,使成品眼镜表面出现多姿多彩任意形状3D立体花纹。
应该理解,尽管参考其示例性的实施方案,已经对本发明进行具体地显示和描述,但是本领域的普通技术人员应该理解,在不背离由权利要求书所定义的本发明的精神和范围的条件下,可以在其中进行各种形式和细节的变化,可以进行各种实施方案的任意组合。
Claims (4)
- 一种眼镜框面压3D花纹新工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:(1)根据眼镜框的尺寸制作上压模、下压模、中间组合模;(2)开料方形胶板原材料,根据上压模的中间椭圆形状数据,精雕孔位;(3)使用CNC精雕车外形;(4)将胶板料放入密封烤炉内加热;(5)将加热软化的胶板料进行挤压,冷却固化后直接取出;(6)把已经压出的胶板料放进CNC精雕,根据成品图要求数据车内圈与其他已知常规工序,制成眼镜框。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种眼镜框面压3D花纹新工艺,其特征在于:步骤(3)中,根据组合压模最大外形数据,把已精雕孔位的胶板料套在模具上用CNC精雕车外形。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种眼镜框面压3D花纹新工艺,其特征在于:步骤(4)中,把密封烤炉加热温度调至250度,温度达到把已车好外形的胶板料,套进组合模具内并放进烤炉内加热1分钟时间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种眼镜框面压3D花纹新工艺,其特征在于:步骤(5)中,把上压模安装在15吨液压机上,等待胶板料完全软化后,直接把胶板料与模具一起烤料拿出放在液压机下,把液压机压力调制10吨压力直接压,等待30秒时间料已冷却固化后直接取出。
