Abstract

The invention is an process that been added to "6" steam generators (once through steam generators) "OTSG", to improve the Efficiency of steam production with percentage of 3%. The basic elements that consist the process see the drawing in figure (I). A-Pre heater that is located between BFW pre heater unit and LBS unit to heat the feed water of the process by blow down water that exits from BFW pre heater unit to 203 degree C. B-Pre heater to increase the temperature of the feed water of the process to 250 degree C. C-Gas turbine that made by GE Company, in model of LM2000JDE, with Efficiency of 17.9 MW/h. D-(OT-HRSG) unit.
