Abstract

L'invention concerne des systèmes et procédés de production de fractions de la plage d'ébullition du naphta ayant une quantité réduite ou minimisée de soufre et un indice d'octane augmenté et/ou souhaitable, lesdites fractions étant appropriées pour être incorporées dans un produit de carburant naphta. La partie à point d'ébullition inférieur, qui contient une quantité substantielle d'oléfines, peut être exposée à un catalyseur acide sans qu'il soit nécessaire d'ajouter de l'hydrogène dans l'environnement réactionnel. En outre, pendant l'exposition de la partie à point d'ébullition inférieur au catalyseur acide, un flux d'oléfines légères (telles que des oléfines en C2 à C4) peut être introduit dans l'environnement réactionnel. L'ajout de ces oléfines légères peut améliorer le rendement en C5+ et/ou améliorer l'élimination de soufre des composés thiophène et méthylthiophène dans le flux d'alimentation de naphta.
