Abstract
La présente invention concerne un appareil de fixation pour le soudage de tube et, plus spécifiquement, un appareil de fixation pour soudage de tube qui permet un alignement et un soudage aisés de parties de soudage lors du soudage d'un coude et d'un tube droit. Un appareil de fixation pour soudage de tube selon la présente invention comprend des moyens de réglage d'angle, des moyens de fixation verticale et des moyens de déplacement. Les moyens de réglage d'angle permettent de régler l'angle d'un coude en montant le coude de telle sorte que l'axe central d'une extrémité du coude et l'axe central d'un tube droit dans un état horizontal sont alignés. Les moyens de fixation verticale permettent de régler le coude verticalement en supportant les deux côtés latéraux du coude monté sur les moyens de réglage d'angle. Les moyens de déplacement comprenent une première unité de déplacement horizontal, une deuxième unité de déplacement horizontal et une unité de déplacement vertical. La première unité de déplacement horizontal sert à déplacer le coude vers l'avant et vers l'arrière par rapport au tube droit, de sorte qu'une extrémité du coude entre en contact avec une extrémité du tube droit. La deuxième unité de déplacement horizontal sert à déplacer le coude vers la gauche et la droite, de sorte qu'une extrémité du coude entre en contact avec une extrémité du tube droit. L'unité de déplacement vertical sert à déplacer verticalement le coude, de sorte qu'une extrémité du coude entre en contact avec une extrémité du tube droit.
