Definitions
- the present invention relates to veterinary medicine and can be used in the preparation of feed for farm animals and birds, when it is most important to strictly adhere to the formulation of the feed additives obtained for them with the possibility of its rapid change in order to achieve a decrease in the negative impact of toxins on their productivity.
- high productivity means the genetically determined ability of animals to transform feed nutrients into elements of tissues, organs, and productive secrets that are used as food products or technological raw materials. This ability is due to the intense flow of metabolism.
- SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) at all levels and stages. Moreover, all the organs of the animal involved in the transformation of the feed into the final product work in extreme conditions. Naturally, under such loads, the vital forces of the body are simply not enough to overcome the effects of negative external factors - diseases of various etiologies, stresses, poor or poorly balanced feeding, etc. The problem of using insufficiently high-quality feed raw materials is especially acute. Therefore, there is a problem of increasing the concentration of heavy metals, microbial contamination, mycotoxins. According to practical observations, more than 30% of compound feeds contain mold mycotoxins. It is generally recognized that safe levels of mycotoxins and, accordingly, safe feeds do not exist.
- toxin converters primarily produced by pathogenic fungi. In this case, it is extremely important that the formulation of mycotoxin-binding and neutralizing additives is strictly observed.
- sorbents Currently, the most commonly used means to protect animals from the damaging effects of contaminated feeds are the use of mycotoxin-binding sorbents.
- the action of sorbents is based on the ability to bind and remove mycotoxins from the gastrointestinal tract. Sorbents must quickly bind and effectively retain mycotoxins at various levels of acidity of the gastrointestinal tract and the rate of removal of residual metabolic products from it, including mycotoxins.
- This feed product contains aluminosilicate as a sorption material and additionally includes a silver complex with polyvinylpyrrolidone, lactic acid, succinic acid or its salts, citric acid and iodine in the following ratio of ingredients, wt.%: Lactic acid - 8.0-12.0
- This known feed product is prepared as follows.
- PVP polyvinylpyrrolidone
- the mixture enters the mixer 2, where the final mixing with organic acids and filler-aluminosilicate;
- the finished product enters the packaging and labeling line.
- SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) Indicated from West, ⁇ s th food ovo th .
- the product is already used to neutralize toxins in the feed and gastrointestinal tract of highly productive animals and birds, since it contains only natural components that do not have negative side effects on the animal’s body in acceptable concentrations. It performs the following functions: inhibits the development and destroys existing toxins, improves the detoxification function of the liver.
- the presence of mycotoxins in feed leads to a decrease in productivity, reproductive qualities and the immune state of animals.
- mycotoxins differ in chemical structure, toxicity and mechanism of action, the main sign of all mycotoxins is toxicity relative to eukaryotic organisms.
- the most commonly used classification of mycotoxins is molecular structure, according to which aflatoxins, zearalenone and its derivatives, fumonisins, ochratoxins, etc. are distinguished.
- SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) the binding of nutrients (essential fatty acids, vitamins, amino acids) and drugs (The neutralization of mycotoxins in animal feed by various adsorbents, Toxicology Letters, 122 (2001), 179-188).
- lactic acid is 8.0-12.0
- succinic acid (or its salts) - 2.0-5 precipitated (mixed) with aluminosilicates, characterized by sorption properties: water capacity 320-468%, fat capacity 208-324%;
- this mixture in essence, is able to perform the function of a semi-finished product for the subsequent formation on it of the basis for the preparation of the feed product.
- other components are introduced into the continuous process of mixing the components, as noted earlier, and they are introduced in sufficiently small doses, which are difficult to calibrate.
- SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) used in small doses. Therefore, when preparing the mixture, these small doses are difficult to evenly calibrate and, accordingly, distribute throughout the mass of the feed additive, as well as in the diet of animals and birds. As a result, the effectiveness of the feed additive is reduced.
- the objective of the present invention is to develop components of the feed product, which, when mixed, would provide a clear calibrated use both in the final product - feed additive, and in its main enlarged components: the semi-finished product and the basis on it, ensuring a uniform distribution of the components in them.
- the technical result to which the present invention is directed is the creation of new enlarged composite active components, such as a semi-finished product to obtain the basis of a feed additive, a base of a feed additive from this semi-finished product and a feed additive for productive farm animals and birds on this basis.
- a semi-finished product to obtain the basis of a feed additive, a base of a feed additive from this semi-finished product and a feed additive for productive farm animals and birds on this basis.
- Each of them has its own application and at the same time can be stored for a long time for subsequent use during the preparation of the next appropriate feed additive, ensuring accurate calibrated use of the components in the final product, and increasing the manufacturability of their preparation.
- crushing of the feed additive into enlarged components has been undertaken earlier (see the prototype previously given). However, all this was carried out in a continuously proceeding technological process without their independent removal and subsequent storage for new applications. So, for example, from the previously noted well-known feed additive, aluminosilicate can be selected as a semi-finished
- the first task that this set of inventions solves is the creation of a semi-finished product that provides the following technical result, namely, obtaining an independent feed mixture and using it for more accurate calibration for preparing a feed additive.
- the semi-finished product could be used as a combination agent against mycotoxins and other toxic metabolites.
- expanded vermiculite is used as expanded vermiculite and an active component is introduced into it to form a mixture in which lactic acid with polyvinylpyrrolidone is used as an active component in a general ratio of 3: 2.
- the active component is introduced at least into the near-surface layer of vermiculite, or into its porous structure, or it is completely saturated with it and, the resulting mixture is in a dry loose state, moreover, this mixture
- SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) it is formed either by spraying-active, parts on expanded vermiculite, or by wetting or otherwise, followed by their mixing.
- the proposed semi-finished product is made, for example, by mixing about 80% lactic acid solution with polyvinylpyrrolidone 1: 0.02, and then the resulting mixture is introduced into expanded vermiculite in a ratio of 2: 3 to obtain a dry and free-flowing mixture.
- the proposed semi-finished product has sorption properties, enhances the elimination of toxins and heavy metals from the body of the animal from the feed, which improves the quality of the final product, and can be used independently as a feed mixture.
- the second task is to obtain a basis on the basis of a semi-finished product for the preparation of a feed additive. Its main components were already used in various feed additives in small quantities and often its components were not accurately calibrated in the composition of the final product. This reduced the effectiveness of its preparation and use.
- the problem is solved as follows.
- the active part is formed from a mixture of succinic acid and / or its salts, citric acid, salt (NaCl - marine, table, iodized, etc.), bentonite and vermiculite, and as a semi-finished product, a mixture of expanded vermiculite with an active component was used, which was used lactic acid with polyvinylpyrrolidone in a total ratio of 3: 2 to form a dry feed mixture.
- SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) cooked, iodized, etc.), bentonite and vermiculite are in a ratio of 1: 1: 1: 1: 0.5
- the proposed base can be made by adding to the semi-finished product an active mixture of succinic acid and / or its salt, citric acid, salt (NaCl - sea, table, iodized, etc.), bentonite and vermiculite, taken in a ratio of 1: 1: 1: 1: 0.5) and in relation to the semi-finished product in the ratio of 1, 8: 1.
- the base itself is a feed additive and can be added to the diet of productive agricultural animals and birds. In addition, it can be stored separately and then be used, like a semi-finished product for the preparation of other feed additives. In this case, the best option is offered.
- the third task is to obtain a new feed product, solved as follows.
- the feed product for productive farm animals and birds contains a set of active components according to the present invention, part of the components is the basis disclosed earlier, and as another part, the mycelium biomass is used, which are in the ratio:
- SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) productivity, feed table (diet), season, stress, and other factors.
- the proposed inventions have an inventive step, since for a specialist they do not logically follow the known level of technology for manufacturing feed additives by dividing the feed additive into components, such as a semi-finished product to obtain a base, a base with a semi-finished product, and a feed product based on a semi-finished product.
- a semi-finished product to obtain a base
- a base with a semi-finished product to obtain a base
- a feed product based on a semi-finished product a feed product based on a semi-finished product.
- multi-stage preparation of a feed additive is possible, but all stages are included in a single technological process and obtaining individual semi-finished products and the basis for obtaining a feed mixture is impossible and it is difficult to ensure a calibrated introduction of ingredients.
- the technology of preparation of the product and the special ratio of all ingredients of the composition can minimize the disadvantages of the prototype (patent N ° RU 2 425 587 C 1) and enhance the positive effect on the body of productive farm animals and birds. Since we simplify the process of preparing the feed mixture, breaking it into several parts, we increase the quality of the calibration of ingredients in the final product, while each of the components of our feed mixture can be used as a separate feed product.
- the claimed invention allows to achieve the following technical results: to create new constituent components for the preparation of a feed additive, which have both independent functional value and are necessary and sufficient to obtain a feed additive having a clearly calibrated composition of components and therefore having a high beneficial effect on
- the resulting mixture remains dry and free-flowing, evenly calibrated, made as a separate component of the production technology of the feed additive base and stored in a separate container, and can also go directly to the preparation of the feed additive base.
- the resulting semi-finished product is used to prepare our base, but can also be used independently as a feed additive. For example: when 80 grams of cattle is added to the diet per head per day, the excretion of toxins and heavy metals from the animal’s body feed increases significantly, which improves the quality of the final product obtained.
- SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) acid for preservative feed. OBIA_sh .. storage.
- Our semi-finished product can also be used for preserving feed, but is more technologically advanced in production and is an integral part of the basis of a feed additive.
- Composition prefabricated to obtain the basis of the feed additive, succinic acid or its salts, citric acid, salt (NaCl - sea, table, iodized, etc.), aluminosilicates (bentonite and vermiculite).
- the mixer mixes the mass for 10-20 minutes until a calibrated mass is obtained - the basis of our feed additive.
- the resulting mixture remains dry and loose, evenly calibrated. It is made as a separate component of the feed additive production technology and stored in a separate container, and can also be immediately used as a feed additive.
- the obtained base of the feed additive (p. 2) is used to prepare our feed additive, but can also be used independently as a feed additive. For example: when 80 grams of cattle are added to the diet per head per day, the excretion of toxins and heavy metals from the animal’s body from food is significantly increased; eatability of feed improves; liver function and carbohydrate metabolism in the body are stimulated, which improves the quality of the final product obtained and increases its quantity.
- SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) . resembles our basis (Clause 2) But it has a more complex production technology that increases the calibration error, and a different ratio of active ingredients.
- composition the basis of the feed additive (item 2) and the biomass of the mycelium of the Aspergillus niger fungus (preferably according to TU 9291-001-00343237-2000).
- the base (item 2) is poured into the mixer or located there after cooking, the biomass of Aspergillus niger mycelium is added to it in a ratio of 1 -99: 1 -99 depending on the physiological needs of animals and birds.
- the resulting feed additive is used to feed farm animals and birds with a basic diet to improve the overall health of the body and increase the qualitative and quantitative indicators of productivity.
- Cows of different age groups participated in the studies and received our feed supplement of 35-85 grams per day with the main diet for a year.
- the feed additive had the following composition:
- the object of research was dry cows of Ayrshire breed, which additionally included our feed additive in the diet. Further research continued on the same animals during lactation.
- the feed additive had the following composition:
- the experiment was carried out according to the scheme for 60 days on pregnant cows and 90 days on lactating cows in the pasture period. Blood was taken for biochemical and hematological studies in the morning before feeding at the end of the third month of lactation. Of the reproduction indicators, we took into account: the duration of the dry period, the service period, the insemination index, calf output and calf body weight at birth. Milk productivity was taken into account according to the control milk 3 times a month. The amount of fat and protein was determined using a certified Lactan 1-4 milk quality analyzer.
- the object of research was laying hens.
- a feed additive was introduced into the diet from the age of two months at the rate of 1 kilogram per ton of feed.
- the feed additive had the following composition:
- the technical result of the claimed inventions is achieved: the creation of new constituent components for the preparation of a feed additive having both independent functional value and being necessary and sufficient to obtain a feed additive having a clearly calibrated composition of components and therefore having a high beneficial effect on animals and birds .
- the manufacture of the claimed invention simplifies the technology of obtaining the final product.
