The technical objective is creation of an electrical device with different component parts for thermal (heat) treatment of food products with the purpose of optimizing cooking process by means of a function of control of weight of food products and, consequently, their precise dosage and calculation of energy value. This is implemented by means of two variants of positioning of weight (pressure) sensors in the amount from one to n placed inside the device or on the outside thereunder. The device with weight control function makes it possible to cook any dish quickly and easily, does not require any additional accessories (a graduated glass, kitchen scales, a spring balance and the like) and makes it possible to control the weight of food products loaded therein for precise following of recipes, optimization of cooking process and calculation of energy value.

The utility model relates to the field of food industry, namely to kitchen appliances, and primarily to electrical multifunctional devices for thermal (heat) treatment of food products. Background
The available prior art includes an invention "Method and device for preparation of food, such as rice" (patent No. 2468730 of 25.07.2008) in the name of Koninklijke Philips Electronics N.V., which deals with cooking of rice in a pot with electronic control and with connection to a water supply source. A defective feature of this invention is the absence of a device for controlling the weight of loadable food products for precise following of a rice cooking recipe. There is also a known invention "Method of controlling the duration of preparation of food in a microwave oven" (patent No. 2124279 of 21.02.1997) in the name of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., which covers a technical decision for measuring food weight during cooking and comparing it with reference weight for controlling the duration of preparation of food. A defective feature of this invention is its single-purpose functionality, i.e. the technical decision is implemented only in respect of food preparation control by means of comparing the actual weight with the reference weight set in a program.
The closest analogue of the claimed decision is a utility model "Device for preparation of food" (patent No. 108710 of 03.06.2011) in the name of OOO SUPREMO. This technical decision represents a multifunctional electrical device with different component parts, such as a microprocessor control, a heat-insulated body, a lid with an exhaust valve for steam, a moisture collector, a container with non-stick coating, etc. A defective feature of this device is the absence of weight control function for cooking of different dishes. That is, for cooking of a dish, such as, for example, porridge, first it is necessary to use measurement tools (a graduated glass, kitchen scales, a spring balance and the like) for precise dosage of grits and milk (water). The technical objective is creation of an electrical device with different component parts for thermal (heat) treatment of food products with the purpose of optimizing cooking process by means of a function of control of weight of food products and, consequently, their precise dosage and calculation of energy value. This is implemented by means of two variants of positioning of weight (pressure) sensors in the amount from one to n placed inside the device or on the outside thereunder.
Variant 1 :
Weight (pressure) sensors in the amount from one to n are placed under the device for thermal (heat) treatment of food products, on its external side:
a) in legs (rests) of the device in the amount from one to n;
b) in a removable or nonremovable support under the device, which may have any form (for example, a triangular, square, rectangular, oval or round form) or may repeat the form of the device);
c) in external scales (an additional option) installed under the device, which can perform the function of a support, have or do not have their own indication and are connected to the device by means of wires or wirelessly.
Variant 2:
Weight (pressure) sensors in the amount from one to n are placed inside the device for thermal (heat) treatment of food products:
a) under a supporting heating element (of various types), on which a container for food products is installed;
b) directly on the inner surface of the device, on which a container for food products is installed.
Weight indication is displayed on the device screen. There is also a function of deduction of container weight and weight of food products in the amount from one to n loaded inside for cooking of different dishes. Information on the weight of food products can also be used for calculation of food products energy value by the device.
The essence of operation of such a device consists in the following.
The user installs an empty container for food products (it can be any utensil or removable container of the device, which then is put in a special place inside the device) and resets the weight (usually by means of a button or a combination of buttons, or an installed program). Then he/she fills the empty container with food products and sees their weight on the display. That is, without using measurement tools the user knows the weight (amount) of the food products loaded inside and depending on a recipe he/she can adjust the weight and precise dosage of the food products. Thus, the device can calculate the precise time of cooking/ warming-up and energy value of a dish.
Examples:
First
Use of a microwave oven with weight control function (the sensors are installed in the legs (rests) of the device for thermal (heat) treatment of food products).
The user puts any utensil in the microwave oven, resets its weight and then fills it with food products taken out of a refrigerator. The weight of the preheated dish is indicated on the display. Knowing the weight the user can set a precise time of warming-up (until warm or very hot condition) and calculate the energy value.
Second
Use of a multicooker with weight control function (the sensors are installed on the inner surface of the device, on which a container for cooking/warming-up of food products is installed).
The user puts an empty container in the multicooker for preparation of, for example, pilaff and resets its weight. If a standard multicooker without a sensor is used, before loading food products in it the user should use graduated glasses, kitchen scales, a spring balance, etc. In the multicooker with weight control function the information on the weight of the food products put inside is shown on the display. Consequently, when cooking pilaff the user successively puts ingredients in the container for food products according to a recipe: a precise amount of rice (the user looks at the display checking the weight of rice), meat (the user checks its precise weight on the display deducting the weight of rice), seasonings and water (the user checks its precise weight on the display deducting the weight of rice and meat) and then starts the program.
The electrical device with different component parts for thermal (heat) treatment of food products with weight control function makes it possible to cook any dish quickly and easily, does not require any additional accessories (a graduated glass, kitchen scales, a spring balance and the like) and makes it possible to control the weight of food products loaded inside for precise following of recipes, optimization of cooking process and calculation of energy value.

DEVICE FOR THERMAL (HEAT) TREATMENT OF FOOD PRODUCTS WITH WEIGHT CONTROL FUNCTION Claims of the utility model
1. A device for thermal (heat) treatment of food products comprises an electrical device with different component parts and is characterized in that weight (pressure) sensors in the amount from one to n are placed under the device, on the external side, and weight indication is displayed on the device screen, and there is a function of deduction of container weight and weight of food products in the amount from one to n.
2. The device according to claim 1 is characterized in that weight (pressure) sensors in the amount from one to n are placed in the legs (rests) of the device, which can be in the amount from one to n.
3. The device according to claim 1 is characterized in that weight (pressure) sensors in the amount from one to n are placed in a removable or non-removable support under the device, which can have any form.
4. The device according to claim 1 is characterized in that weight (pressure) sensors in the amount from one to n are placed in external scales, which can perform the function of a support, have or not have their own indication and are connected to the device by means of wires or wirelessly.

The device for thermal (heat) treatment of food products comprises an electrical device with different component parts and is characterized in that weight (pressure) sensors in the amount from one to n are placed inside the device, weight indication is displayed on the device screen and there is a function of deduction of container weight and weight of food products in the amount from one to n.
6. The device according to claim 5 is characterized in that weight (pressure) sensors in the amount from one to n are placed under a supporting heating element, on which a container for food products is installed.
7. The device according to claim 5 is characterized in that weight (pressure) sensors in the amount from one to n are placed directly on the inner surface of the device, on which a container for food products is installed.
