Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of data processing, and more specifically to devices for communication between sellers and buyers of goods and/or services, which include a server having a telephone communication module capable of executing telephone calls to sellers and buyers, and a module for exchanging data via a unified network with the client devices of sellers and buyers, said devices having a graphical display, and said modules being connected to a computing module which processes data. According to the invention, a communication device includes, connected to the computing device, a database of the telephone numbers of sellers of goods and/or services, and the computing device includes a visualization module for visualizing, on a buyer's graphical display, processes which happen in real time, which is capable of transmitting, to the buyer client device, signals corresponding to one of the operating modes of the device. The achieved technical result consists in increasing the ease of use of the device by means of sending to the graphical display of the buyer signals which correspond to the relevant operating stages of the device.

In the present description, the following terms are accepted:

Seller - a person who provides services or offers goods for sale or, in a broader sense, engages in any activity, including non-profit, but distributes certain information, for which it places an information message inviting an unlimited circle of people to apply for a service or goods or to obtain information of a different kind. That is, it is the same as the advertiser, manager, dispatcher, employee of the organization.

Buyer - a person who is interested in a seller’s product or service, as well as in any other kind of information, and who turns to the seller for this information. That is, it is the same as the client, the consumer.

Server (eng. Server) - an electronic device that performs service functions at the request of the client, giving him access to certain resources. For the purposes of this description, a server is considered having a permanent connection to a federated network that can transmit data to the server from client devices. The server can process this data and transfer the processing result back to the client device.

The unified network, as well as all connections between all modules and blocks, include various topologies, configurations, and layouts of the components of the interconnect, configured to interconnect corporate, global, and local area networks, and includes, without limitation, traditional wired, Wireless, satellite, optical and equivalent network technologies. A telephone communication module is a server module that can transmit data via regular telephone lines or through digital data channels, which is called IP telephony (IP telephony) - IP telephony. IP-telephony means a set of communication protocols, technologies and methods that provide traditional telephony dialing, dialing and two-way voice communication, as well as video communication over the Internet or any other IP-based networks. The signal is transmitted digitally through the communication channel and, as a rule, is converted (compressed) before transmission in order to remove excess information and reduce the load on the data transmission network.

A data exchange module is a server module specially designed for input or output of digital data from external devices or to external devices that can be connected to the server.

A computing module is a server module, which is a microprocessor specially adapted for signal processing.

A database or a database storage module is a server module that stores data corresponding to this data module, which can be executed as a hard disk drive or as flash memory, which refers to semiconductors of electrically reprogrammable memory .

However, some modules can be combined in separate implementations. For example, different databases can be stored in one memory module.

In general, the client device of a buyer or seller can be any form of computing platform that connects to a network, such as an integrated network and allows interaction with application programs. Typical examples of individual client devices include, but are not limited to, stationary and portable personal computers, “smart” cell phones, (in English, a smartphone), lightweight clients, workstations, “dumb” terminals connected to the application server, and their various layouts and configurations, that is, both physical devices for interacting in communication interaction systems, and virtual devices implemented on programmable computers computer devices, and having a software interface for the implementation of communication functions.

The prior art.

Currently, the Internet is increasingly used in all fields, including telephony, which is used to organize voice communication sessions between sellers and buyers. Indeed, the seller, placing advertisements or information about himself on the Internet, having only one telephone line for communication, may find himself in a situation where he will lose his client as soon as the line is busy. But the organization of an additional communication channel through digital voice data transmission solves this problem.

It is well known from the prior art a communication device between sellers and buyers of goods and / or services, including a server having a telephone communication module configured to make phone calls to sellers and buyers, a data exchange module through an integrated network with client devices of sellers and buyers, having a graphical display, and these modules are connected to a computing module that processes data (see the description of the patent for the invention of the Russian Federation Ns2562972 published 09/10/2015)

This device is the closest in technical essence to the claimed invention and is taken as a prototype to the proposed invention.

The disadvantage of this device is that as soon as an intermediary appears between the buyer and the seller in the form of an additional device, the process of connecting the seller and the buyer may take some time until the device organizes this process. The buyer may stop contacting the seller faster than the device organizes the communication session. And the device cannot transmit signals to it that correspond to the connection stage in which it is currently located, which leads to inconvenience of using the device

Disclosure of the invention.

Based on this original observation, the present invention mainly aims to offer a communication device between sellers and buyers of goods and / or services, including a server having a telephone communication module, configured to perform phone calls to sellers and buyers, a data exchange module through an integrated network with client devices of sellers and buyers having a graphic display, said modules being connected to a computing module that processes data, which allows at least smoothing out at least one of the above disadvantages namely, to provide increased usability of the device by sending signals to the customer’s graphic display corresponding to the stage of operation of the device.

To achieve this goal, the communication device has a database of telephone numbers of sellers of goods and / or services connected to the computing module, and the computing device includes a visualization module on the customer’s graphic display of processes occurring in real time, configured to transmit to the customer’s customer device signals corresponding to one of the following:

· A signal corresponding to information about dialing a seller’s phone number from a communication device via a telephone communication module,

• a signal corresponding to information on the transmission of sound information to the seller in the mode of a telephone call from a communication device to the seller’s telephone via a telephone communication module,

• a signal corresponding to information about dialing a customer’s telephone number from a communication device via a telephone communication module after a telephone connection has been established with the seller,

• a signal corresponding to information about the consolidation of calls between the seller and the buyer through the telephone communication module,

• a signal corresponding to the information on the offer to the buyer to leave their contact details if it is impossible to combine calls,

• a signal corresponding to information about the method of communication with the seller or buyer,

• a signal corresponding to information about the seller’s working hours and the possibility of making a deferred call at the time indicated by the buyer. Thanks to such advantageous characteristics, it becomes possible to transmit signals corresponding to the above situations to the graphic display of the customer’s client device. This makes it possible to make the operation of the proposed device absolutely transparent to the buyer.

There is also an embodiment of the invention in which the communication device has a customer database connected to the computing module, configured to store information by the customer himself.

Due to this advantageous characteristic, it becomes possible for the buyer, if it is not possible to establish a communication session with the seller, to enter his contact details into the proposed device in order to ensure the possibility of further contact with the seller. For example, the buyer contacted after hours, none of the sellers can answer. And it becomes possible to leave your coordinates for communication, such as a phone number.

There is also such an embodiment of the invention, in which the computing module includes a service quality assessment module adapted to receive data from a customer’s client device corresponding to an assessment of the level of services provided, connected to a database of the ratings provided.

Thanks to this advantageous characteristic, it becomes possible after a communication session to save on the server in the database of the ratings put the rating that the buyer put for the quality of service, speed, and also for other arbitrary parameters.

There is also an embodiment of the invention in which a visualization module on a customer’s graphic display has a text visualization unit configured to output textual information to a customer’s graphic display.

Thanks to this advantageous characteristic, it becomes possible to transmit signals that correspond to digital information, which takes up little space, since the text is beautifully encoded by existing methods.

There is also an alternative to the previous embodiment of the invention, in which the visualization module on the customer’s graphic display has a unit graphic visualization, configured to display information in the form of graphics on the customer’s graphic display.

Thanks to such an advantageous characteristic, it becomes possible to transmit signals that correspond to graphic information, which takes up not so little space, as the text, but more fit into the modern style of communication, when graphics, especially in dynamics, can accurately and quickly transmit the necessary information, which the difference from the text can be understood instantly. According to figure 1, the communication device between sellers and buyers of goods and / or services includes a server 1 having a telephone communication module 2, configured to make telephone calls to sellers and buyers, a data exchange module 3 through an integrated network 4 with client devices 5 sellers and client devices 6 of customers having a graphic display 7, and these modules are connected to the computing module 8, which processes the data.

The communication device has a database of 9 phone numbers of sellers of goods and / or services connected to the computing module 8. Computing module 8 includes a visualization module 10 on the customer’s graphic display 7 of processes occurring in real time, configured to transmit signals corresponding to one of the device operation modes to the customer’s customer device 6. The modes are listed below in the section describing the operation of the device.

The communication device may further have a customer database 11 connected to the computing module 8, configured to store information by the customer himself. Computing module 8 may further include a service quality assessment module 12 adapted to receive data from a customer’s client device corresponding to an assessment of the level of service provided, coupled to a database of 13 ratings.

The visualization module 10 on the customer’s graphic display 7 may further include a text visualization unit 14 configured to output textual information to the customer’s graphic display 7.

The visualization module 10 on the customer’s graphic display 7 may further include a graphic visualization unit 15 configured to output graphic information to the customer’s graphic display 7.

The implementation of the invention.

A device for communication between sellers and buyers works as follows. (A non-limiting embodiment is provided). According to figure 2:

Stage A1. Pre-connected through a combined network 4 client devices 5 sellers and client devices 6 buyers with server 1.

Stage A2. The buyer, if he wants to establish communication with the seller, sends a signal through his client device 6. For example, he activates on his graphic display with his hand, a stylus, and a mouse the graphic element corresponding to the Call operation. The specified signal is transmitted using the combined network 4 to the data exchange module 3, and then the server 1 begins to establish contact with the client device 5 of the seller using the contact data stored in the database of 9 phone numbers of sellers.

Stage AZZ. A signal corresponding to information about dialing a customer’s telephone number from a communication device via a telephone communication module after a telephone connection has been established with the seller. For example, the word “Call you” in the text version of the visualization, or the movement of points in the other direction in the graphic version of the visualization.

Stage A34. The signal corresponding to the information about the consolidation of calls between the seller and the buyer through the telephone module. For example, the phrase “Combine calls” in the text version of the visualization, or the movement of points towards each other in the graphic version of the visualization.

Stage A35. The signal corresponding to the information on the offer to the buyer to leave their contact details if it is impossible to combine calls. For example, the phrase “Leave your coordinates, we will definitely call you” in the text version of the visualization, or the crossed line in the graphic version of the visualization.

Stage A36. A signal corresponding to information about the method of communication with the seller or buyer. For example, the phrase “I am calling the MTS number” or “I am calling via Skype” in the text version of the visualization, or the image of the corresponding logos in the graphic version of the visualization.

Stage A37. A signal corresponding to information about the seller’s working hours and the ability to make a deferred call at the time indicated by the buyer. For example, the phrase “Now is not working hours. Leave your coordinates and convenient time when you can call ”in the text version of the visualization.

Stage A4. When combining calls, the seller and the buyer communicate.

Stage A5. After a conversation, the proposed device may ask the seller to rate the quality of services, communications, speed, etc., by transmitting a signal corresponding to the rating (for example, a number from 1 to 5) in module 12 evaluating the quality of services, which will store it in a database of 13 ratings.

The above embodiments of the invention are exemplary and allow you to add new options or modify the described. For example, use stages selectively, rearrange.

Industrial applicability.

The proposed communication device between sellers and buyers has a clear purpose, can be implemented by a specialist in practice and, when implemented, ensures the implementation of the declared purpose. The feasibility of a specialist in practice follows from the fact that for each feature included in the claims on the basis of the description, the material equivalent is known, which allows us to conclude that the criterion of "industrial applicability" and the criterion of "completeness of disclosure" for the invention are met.

In accordance with the invention, the applicant made a prototype communication device between sellers and buyers, which was made on the basis of standard microprocessors and memory modules, wired and wireless connections.

The pilot operation of this device showed that with its help it is possible to carry out:

- data transfer from the customer’s client device to the server, regarding the communication request,

- data transfer from the server to the customer’s client device, corresponding to different operating modes of the device, namely:

• a signal corresponding to information about dialing a seller’s phone number from a communication device via a telephone communication module,

• a signal corresponding to information about dialing a customer’s telephone number from a communication device via a telephone communication module after a telephone connection has been established with the seller, • a signal corresponding to information about the consolidation of calls between the seller and the buyer through the telephone communication module,

• a signal corresponding to the information on the offer to the buyer to leave their contact details if it is impossible to combine calls, · a signal corresponding to information on the method of communication with the seller or buyer,

• a signal corresponding to information about the seller’s working hours and the ability to make a deferred call at the time indicated by the buyer.

Thus, due to the above effects, the claimed technical result is achieved, namely: improving the usability of the device by sending signals to the customer’s graphic display corresponding to the stage of operation of the device.
