- Thermostat is a mechanical piece and it gets opened as a result of heat which is caused by engine or due to heating resistor by MAP sensor and it does not include any controlling ability except for this state. Moreover, it shows resistance in the route of water flow (in the open mode), as a result of which further power and fuel will be consumed via water pump. On the other hand, regarding the lack of control on its function, if this segment works properly, serious damages will be caused to the vehicle.

- this sensor is mounted on the valve shaft and it determines the angle for opening and closing the valve at every moment. This part is placed inside the gear container.
- Gear on the engine axis 5 this gear is directly installed on the engine axis and it is responsible for transferring engine power through belt and gear to the shaft and also opening and closing the disk.
- Gear on the valve shaft axis 6 this gear is directly installed on the shaft valve axis and it is responsible for transferring power from the engine to the shaft and to change the angle of disk blocking valve (opening and closing disk).

Abstract
Le thermostat est une pièce mécanique qui s'ouvre sous l'effet de la chaleur produite par un moteur ou par un conducteur chauffant du capteur de cartographie, et il ne présente pas d'aptitude à la commande, sauf pour cet état. De plus, il présente une résistance sur le trajet du flux d'eau (en mode ouvert), ce qui résulte en une augmentation de la puissance et du carburant consommés par la pompe à eau. L'objet principal de la présente invention est de revoir la conception de ce dispositif pour commander efficacement la température du moteur, ce qui conduira à un meilleur état du moteur ainsi qu'à une réduction des gaz à effet de serre et de la consommation de carburant. La principale solution au problème présenté est de revoir la conception du thermostat et de modifier sa structure. Selon l'invention, le thermostat est éliminé et remplacé par un robinet à papillon qui est ouvert et fermé par un moteur et commande le flux d'eau vers le radiateur (sans exercer une résistance sur le trajet et en mode ouvert), l'angle exact du robinet étant estimé à chaque instant par un capteur.
