Abstract

Le procédé comprend les opérations suivantes : un appareil de commande de service reçoit une requête d'ajustement de qualité de service envoyée par la partie demandeuse demandant un ajustement de la qualité de service de réseau, la requête d'ajustement de qualité de service comprenant le montant de la devise virtuelle et un identificateur de la partie demandeuse ; l'appareil de commande de service réalise une authentification sur la partie demandeuse selon l'identité de la partie demandeuse ; lorsque la partie demandeuse est authentifiée avec succès, l'appareil de commande de service reçoit la devise virtuelle avec le montant ; l'appareil de commande de service ajuste des paramètres de service de réseau de la partie demandeuse selon la devise virtuelle avec le montant de façon à améliorer la qualité de service de réseau obtenue par la partie demandeuse. Par conséquent, les problèmes de comptabilité rigide et d'homogénéité de services de réseau peuvent être résolus, de telle sorte que les services de réseau sont plus souples.
