請求項22~24のいずれか1項に記載の無線端末装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサは、検出信号を送信したが前記検出信号に対する応答を受信できないことに応じて、前記無線端末装置が属するのと同じ第1のグループに属するいずれの無線端末とも通信できないと判定するよう構成されている、
請求項22~28のいずれか1項に記載の無線端末装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサは、前記第1のグループに個別に設定された個別無線リソースを用いて前記第2のグループ内でのD2D通信を行い、前記第1及び第2のグループを含む複数のグループに共通に設定された共通無線リソースを用いてグループ間でのD2D通信を行うよう構成されている、
請求項22~29のいずれか1項に記載の無線端末装置。 - 少なくとも1つの無線トランシーバを用いて無線端末とのデバイス・ツー・デバイス(D2D)通信を行うことができるよう構成された無線端末装置によって行われる方法であって、
前記無線端末装置が属するのと同じ第1のグループに属する第1の無線端末が前記第1のグループとは異なる第2のグループに前記第1のグループと前記第2のグループの間のD2D通信の暗示的又は明示的な許可を与えていることを含む所定の条件が成立する場合に、前記第2のグループに属する少なくとも1つの無線端末のいずれかとD2D通信を行うことを備える、
方法。 - 前記暗示的又は明示的な許可は、
前記第1の無線端末が前記第2のグループに属するいずれかの無線端末にD2D通信を要求すること、
前記第1の無線端末が前記第2のグループに属するいずれかの無線端末とD2D通信を行ったこと、
前記第1のグループと前記第2のグループの間のD2D通信に必要な通信設定を前記第1の無線端末が前記第2のグループに属するいずれかの無線端末に通知すること、
前記第1の無線端末が前記第1のグループ宛てのデータ送信を前記第2のグループに属するいずれかの無線端末に依頼すること、及び
前記第1の無線端末が前記第2のグループに属するいずれかの無線端末に明示的な許可情報を送信すること、
のうち少なくとも1つにより与えられる、
請求項31に記載の方法。 - 前記所定の条件は、さらに、前記無線端末装置が直接的にも又は前記第1のグループに属する他の無線端末を介しても前記第1の無線端末と通信できないことを含む、
請求項31又は32に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも1つの無線トランシーバを用いて無線端末とのD2D通信を行うことができるよう構成された無線端末装置によって行われる方法であって、
前記無線端末装置が属する第2のグループとは異なる第1のグループに属する第1の無線端末が前記第2のグループに前記第1のグループと前記第2のグループの間のD2D通信の暗示的又は明示的な許可を与えていることを含む所定の条件が成立する場合に、前記第1のグループに属し且つ前記第1の無線端末とは異なる第2の無線端末とD2D通信を行うことを備える、

前記第1の無線端末が前記第2のグループに属するいずれかの無線端末にD2D通信を要求すること、
前記第1の無線端末が前記第2のグループに属するいずれかの無線端末とD2D通信を行ったこと、
前記第1のグループと前記第2のグループの間のD2D通信に必要な通信設定を前記第1の無線端末が前記第2のグループに属するいずれかの無線端末に通知すること、

前記第1の無線端末が前記第2のグループに属するいずれかの無線端末に明示的な許可情報を送信すること、

請求項34に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも1つの無線トランシーバを用いて無線端末とのデバイス・ツー・デバイス(D2D)通信を行うことができるよう構成された無線端末装置によって行われる方法であって、
前記無線端末装置が属するのと同じ第1のグループに属するいずれの無線端末とも通信できない場合に、前記第1のグループとは異なる第2のグループに属する第1の無線端末とD2D通信を行うとともに、前記第2のグループに暗示的又は明示的な許可を与えることを備え、
前記暗示的又は明示的な許可は、前記無線端末装置とは異なり且つ前記第1のグループに属するいずれかの無線端末とのD2D通信を前記第2のグループに許可する、
方法。 - 前記暗示的又は明示的な許可は、
前記無線端末装置が前記第1の無線端末にD2D通信を要求すること、
前記無線端末装置が前記第1の無線端末とD2D通信を行ったこと、
前記第1のグループと前記第2のグループの間のD2D通信に必要な通信設定を前記無線端末装置が前記第1の無線端末に通知すること、
前記無線端末装置が前記第1のグループ宛てのデータ送信を前記第1の無線端末に依頼すること、及び
前記無線端末装置が前記第1の無線端末に明示的な許可情報を送信すること、
のうち少なくとも1つにより与えられる、

前記方法は、前記無線端末装置が属するのと同じ第1のグループに属する第1の無線端末が前記第1のグループとは異なる第2のグループに前記第1のグループと前記第2のグループの間のD2D通信の暗示的又は明示的な許可を与えていることを含む所定の条件が成立する場合に、前記第2のグループに属する少なくとも1つの無線端末のいずれかとD2D通信を行うことを備える、
