Предметом полезной модели является такая блистерная упаковка для фильтров для сигарет, которая сохранит фильтров в свежем, стерильном состоянии, упорядоченно, и с помощью своих самоклеящихся и перфорированных частей легко присоединяется к обычному пластиковому табачному кисету. В наши дни рядом с массово употребляемых традиционных сигарет с фильтром в заводсой упаковке, частично по материальным соображениям, а частично и по моде все более распространяется употребление сигарет собственной скрутки, и можно сказать, что для многих потребителей ритуал скуртки является не должным бременем, а добровольно приятым удовольствием. Сигареты собственной скрутки потребитель сам соберет из фильтра, подобранных им сортов и количества нарезанного табака, затем вручную или с помощью простых приспособлений набивает в бумажный цилиндр. Для упаковки табачных изделий рядом со сложными и дорогостоящим фальцеванными бумажными коробками, частично с целью снижения цен, а частично для удолетворения специальных потребностей появилась уже и известная в упаковании медикаментов блистерная упаковка. Для этого служит примером патент WO2005014437 (А2) - PACKAGING OF ELONGATE ARTICLES, который расположит минимально две, зараннее изготовленные сигареты с фильтром в закрытой единице блистерной упаковки соответствующей формы. Данное решение является практичным, однако в случае сигарет собственной скрутки, разумеется, оно не представляется приемлимым. Широко распространение получили также и ароматизированные сигареты. Этот эффект достигается путем добавления ароматных веществ либо в табак, либо в сигаретную бумагу, либо в фильтр. Для последнего одним из известных способов является метод, описанный в венгерском патенте Per. This solution is practical, but in the case of cigarettes of its own twist, of course, it does not seem acceptable. Flavored cigarettes are also widespread. This effect is achieved by adding aromatic substances to either tobacco or cigarette paper, or in the filter. For the latter, one of the known methods is the method described in the Hungarian patent Per. JVs E009573 "Filter flavored with encapsulated adsorbent."

Полезная модель основана на общераспространенных принципах и решениях продавливаемой блистерной упаковки, таким образом эта часть для осведомленных персон является очевидным. Упаковка (блистерный лист) состоит из двух главных частей, одной из них является блистерная пленка 1 , которая целесообразно представляет собой пленку на основе ПЭТ или ПХВ, в которой путем термоформирования, вытяжки или иным способом сформированы углубления (блистеры) 3. Углубления 3 имеют такие размеры и формы, чтобы сигаретные фильтры 6, устанавливаемые неплотно в углубления 3 остались под целесообразно плоской базовой поверхпостью блистерной пленки 1. Углубления 3 вдоль базовой поверхности блистерной пленки 1 в интересах экономии места и материалов расположены целесообразно в нескольких рядах, столбами, в количестве даже до нескольких дюжин на одной блистерной пленке. Под базовой поверхностью блистерной пленки 1 подразумеваются участки поверхности между углублениями. Блистер 1 путем склеивания, сварки, или иной технологии уплотненно (воздухо- и водонепроницаемо) соединено с покровным листом 2. В качестве материала покровного листа 2 целесообразно выбрать картонную бумагу, но можно исползовать и покровные пленки из других, широко использованных для блистерной упаковки материалов. Связь между блистерной пленки 1 и покровного листа 2 осуществляется с помощью нанесенного на покровного листа 2 блистерного лака, который схватывается под действеием тепла, приложенного в процессе упаковки. Блистерный лак имеет сертификат для пищевой промышленности, а на картонную бумагу по декоративным соображениям можно печатать с обеих сторон. Покровный лист 2 в соответствии с полезной модели имеет минимально один такой участок, который от остальных участков разделен ослабленной линией 5, и на этот участок хотя бы частично нанесено самоклеящее покрытие 8.
