Definitions
- the present invention relates to an apparatus for fixing a guide rail via a rail bracket provided in the hoistway when the elevator guide rail is fixed to the hoistway.
- the present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems, and includes a first support portion that allows the guide rail to slide in the longitudinal direction by contacting the guide rail with a predetermined pressing force, and a guide.
- An elevator that integrates the second support part that restrains the movement of the rail in the cross-sectional direction or the tilting direction by overlapping it with the rail bracket, making the support device compact and saving labor in installation.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a guide rail support device.
- a guide rail support device for an elevator is provided in an elevator hoistway, a rail bracket to which the guide rail is fixed, a rail bracket, and the guide rail contacting the guide rail with a predetermined pressing force.
- a first support portion that restricts at least the longitudinal movement of the guide rail relative to the rail bracket and allows the guide rail to slide in the longitudinal direction with respect to the rail bracket;
- a second support part that does not restrain sliding in the direction, and the first support part is provided between the second support part and the rail bracket.
- a first support portion that allows the guide rail to slide in the longitudinal direction by contacting the guide rail with a predetermined pressing force
- a second support that restrains the movement of the guide rail in the cross-sectional direction or the tilting direction. It is possible to realize an elevator guide rail support device that can be integrated with the support portion to reduce the size of the support device and save labor for installation.
- FIG. 1 to 4 illustrate an elevator guide rail support device according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention.
- FIG. 1 is a plan view (sectional view) showing the guide rail support device
- FIG. 2 is a guide rail support device. It is a front view which shows an apparatus.
- 3 is a perspective view showing the first support part of FIG. 1 or FIG. 2
- FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing the second support part of FIG. 1 or FIG.
- hoisting machines, speed governors, control panels and the like are omitted as elevator hoistways and hoistway equipment.
- a rail bracket 4 welded and fixed to a base plate (not shown) provided on a building beam (not shown) of a hoistway is provided with a guide rail flange portion 1a provided at a lower portion of the guide rail 1.
- the rear surface is disposed in contact with the rail bracket upper surface 4a.
- a first clip 2 that is a first support portion having a portion 2d is disposed.
- the first clip 2 is formed of a bent steel plate having a Z-shaped cross section, and a large chamfered portion is formed in the contact portion 2d that contacts the guide rail flange portion 1a near the root of the guide rail 1. In this way, by increasing the distance from the contact portion 2b to the contact portion 2d and reducing the width, it is possible to suppress permanent deformation due to the displacement in the height direction of the guide rail flange portion 1a, and the spring constant of the clip. Is reduced.
- the second clip 3 which is the second support portion is attached to the mounting surface 3a which is fixed in contact with the mounting surface 2a of the first clip 2, the through hole 3e provided in the mounting surface 3a, and the mounting surface 3a.
- a side surface portion 3b extending in a direction substantially perpendicular to the rail bracket upper surface 4a at both ends of the surface 3a, and extending from one side of the side surface portion 3b and projecting from the mounting surface 3a, the rail flange portion 1a side
- a protrusion 3d is formed on the inclined surface 1b in the vicinity of the portion so that the height on the substantially contact portion 3c side is substantially the same as that of the side portion of the rail flange portion 1a.
- the second clip 3 is formed of a U-shaped bent steel plate and is set to be larger than the spring constant of the first clip 2. In other words, by increasing the rigidity of the second clip 3, the second clip 3 is configured to be hard to be deformed against external stress.
- the second clip 3 is arranged so as to overlap from the upper part of the mounting surface 2a of the first clip 2 so that the contact portion 2b of the first clip 2 and the inclined surface 1b of the guide rail flange portion 1a contact each other.
- the high tension bolt 5 and the high tension nut 6 made of high-strength fasteners are fastened and fixed from the back side of the rail bracket 4 through the through hole 2e of the first clip 2 and the through hole 3e of the second clip 3. Yes. That is, the guide rail flange portion 1a is supported in contact with two points of the contact portion 2b and the contact portion 2d of the first clip 2.
- the abutment portion 2b of the first clip 2 and the contact portion 3c of the second clip 3 are configured to firmly fix the movement of the guide rail 1 in the cross-sectional direction including the front-rear direction and the left-right direction.
- the contact portion 2d of the first clip 2 only moves in one direction except for the movement in the cross-sectional direction including the front-rear direction and the left-right direction of the guide rail 1, that is, only the movement in the longitudinal direction due to its own weight.
- a supportable pressing force acts. Therefore, by setting the spring constant of the first clip 2 so that the minimum pressing force required to support the weight of the guide rail 1 is applied, the weight of the guide rail 1 is received so as not to slide off the rail bracket. I support it.
- the guide rail 1 can be slid with respect to the rail bracket 4 by an amount corresponding to the frictional force acting beyond the set spring constant. Thereby, the buckling of the guide rail 1 can be prevented against a large frictional force acting from the rail bracket 4 due to aged shrinkage of the wall of the hoistway and expansion / contraction due to a temperature change of the guide rail 1.
- the spring constant based on the shape of the first clip 2 is set smaller than the spring constant based on the shape of the second clip 3. That is, the first clip 2 stably supports the weight of the guide rail 1 and, for a large frictional force acting from the rail bracket 4, a distribution corresponding to the frictional force acting beyond the set spring constant. It is necessary to slide the guide rail 1 with respect to the rail bracket 4 only. Therefore, if the spring constant of the first clip 2 is high, adjustment with a relatively high pressing force is possible, but the adjustment range of the appropriate pressing force is narrowed.
- the spring constant based on the shape of the first clip 2 is changed to a spring based on the shape of the second clip 3 so that the first clip 2 can be adjusted in a range from a relatively low pressing force to a necessary minimum pressing force. It is set smaller than the constant.
- the second clip 3 since it is necessary for the second clip 3 to firmly fix the movement of the guide rail 1 in the cross-sectional direction including the front-rear direction and the left-right direction, a higher spring constant is desirable than a low spring constant. Since the degree of elastic deformation of the second clip 3 is reduced by increasing the spring constant, the movement of the guide rail 1 in the cross-sectional direction including the front-rear direction and the left-right direction can be more firmly fixed.
- the guide rail 1 in the guide rail support device for an elevator that supports the guide rail 1 standing in the elevator hoistway, the guide rail 1 is fixed in the elevator hoistway.
- the rail bracket 4 is provided on the rail bracket 4 and contacts the guide rail 1 with a predetermined pressing force to restrict the longitudinal movement of the guide rail 1 due to at least its own weight.
- a first clip 2 that is a first support part that enables sliding in the longitudinal direction, and a second support part that restrains the movement of the guide rail 1 in the cross-sectional direction or the tilting direction and does not restrain sliding in the longitudinal direction. And the first clip 2 is provided between the second clip 3 and the rail bracket 4 so as to overlap with each other.
- Integrating more supporting device can be provided an elevator guide rail supporting device can also labor saving mounting of labor as well as compact. Further, the horizontal frictional holding force acting on the first clip 2 by fastening the high tension bolt 5 becomes a total of two surfaces of the rail bracket 4 upper surface and the first clip 2 lower surface, and the first clip 2 upper surface and the second clip 3 lower surface. For this reason, the frictional holding force is improved as compared with the method of holding in one aspect of the prior art.
- the first clip 2 is brought into contact with the inclined surface of the flange portion 1a of the guide rail in the vicinity of the root of the guide rail 1, thereby increasing the distance from the contact portion 2b to the contact portion 2d. It is possible to suppress permanent deformation due to the displacement of the portion 1a in the height direction, and to reduce the spring constant of the clip.
- the guide rail flange portion 1a is displaced in the height direction by increasing the distance from the contact portion 2b to the contact portion 2d. This suppresses the permanent deformation and lowers the spring constant of the clip. As a result, the first clip 2 is brought into contact with the guide rail 1 with a predetermined pressing force to restrict the longitudinal movement of the guide rail 1 due to at least its own weight, and the sliding of the guide rail 1 with respect to the rail bracket 4 in the longitudinal direction is limited. Can be possible.
- the second clip 3 since the second clip 3 has a U-shaped cross section, the workability is improved, the spring constant can be easily increased, and the degree of elastic deformation can be reduced. Moreover, when the 1st clip 2 is piled up, it can hold
- the first clip 2 is provided so as to overlap between the second clip 3 and the rail bracket 4, but the second clip 3 is provided between the first clip 2 and the rail bracket 4. They may be provided in layers. That is, since the second clip 3 is provided between the first clip 2 and the rail bracket 4, the same operation and effect as in the first embodiment can be achieved.
- FIG. FIGS. 5 to 8 illustrate an elevator guide rail support device according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention.
- FIG. 5 is a plan view (sectional view) showing the guide rail support device
- FIG. 6 is a guide rail support device.
- It is a front view which shows an apparatus.
- 7 is a plan view (sectional view) showing the main part of FIG. 5,
- FIG. 8 is a front view showing the main part of FIG.
- the first clip 7 has a substantially S-shaped cross section
- the second clip 8 is provided with a notch 8f.
- the same symbols are added to other similar parts, and the description is omitted.
- the first clip 7 is formed of a bent steel plate having a substantially S-shaped cross section, the contact portion 7d is in contact with the inclined surface 1b of the guide rail flange portion, and the contact portion 7b is the guide rail flange portion. It is in contact with the upper part of the side surface of 1a and the corner part in the vicinity thereof.
- the first clip 7 is in contact with and supported by the guide rail flange portion 1a at two points of contact portions 7b and 7d.
- the distance from the contact portion 2b to the contact portion 2d is larger than that of the first clip 2 of the first embodiment.
- the spring constant becomes shorter and the spring constant becomes higher, the movement in the transverse direction including the left and right direction and the movement in the longitudinal direction due to the weight of the guide rail 1 have the same operation and effect as the first clip 2. is doing.
- the second clip 8 serving as the second support portion includes an attachment surface 8a that is fixed in contact with the attachment surface 7a of the first clip 7, a through hole 8e provided in the attachment surface 8a, and the attachment.
- a side surface portion 8b extending in a direction substantially perpendicular to the rail bracket upper surface 4a at both ends of the surface 8a, and extending from one side of the side surface portion 8b and projecting from the mounting surface 8a, the rail flange portion 1a side
- a protruding portion 8d having a height on the contact portion 8c side substantially the same as the side portion of the rail flange portion 1a is formed on the slope 1b near the portion.
- the second clip 8 is formed of a U-shaped bent steel plate, and is set to be larger than the spring constant of the first clip 7. In other words, by increasing the rigidity of the second clip 8, it is configured in a shape that is not easily deformed against external stress.
- the contact portion 2b of the first clip 2 is in contact with the upper portion of the side surface of the guide rail flange portion 1a and the corner portion in the vicinity thereof. Cannot touch. Therefore, the second clip 3 is fixed to the guide rail flange portion 1 a via the first clip 2. Moreover, when fixing the 2nd clip 3 to the guide rail flange part 1a, since the to-be-contacted part becomes the 1st clip 2, there exists a subject that position adjustment is difficult to do.
- a surface of the first clip 7 facing the contact portion 7 b is provided with a contact portion 7 c that contacts the notch portion 8 f and is fitted into the second clip 8.
- the notch portion 8f is formed in a direction perpendicular to the side surface of the mounting surface 8a excluding the protruding portion 8d and the contact portion 8c on the guide rail flange portion 1a side.
- the horizontal width of the notch 8 f is formed equal to or greater than the thickness of the first clip 7.
- the vertical length of the notch 8 f is formed to be equal to or longer than the vertical length of the first clip 7.
- the contact portion 7b contacts the upper portion of the side surface of the guide rail flange portion 1a and a corner portion in the vicinity thereof, and the contact portion 7c is fitted into the notch portion of the second clip 8 in 8f.
- the second clip 8 is overlapped and fixed from the upper part of the mounting surface 7a.
- the first clip 7 is the contact portion of the second clip 8 when viewed from the vertical projection plane. It does not protrude to the 8c side. Therefore, when the second clip 8 is overlapped on the first clip 7 and fixed to the guide rail flange portion 1a, the upper portion of the side surface of the guide rail flange portion 1a, the corner portion in the vicinity thereof, and the contact portion 8c can be in contact. Become. Thereby, the 2nd clip 8 is enabled to guide along the side surface upper part of the guide rail flange part 1a.
- the substantially contact portion 3c of the second clip 3 of the first embodiment is provided in contact with or close to the inclined surface 1b of the guide rail flange portion 1a. Therefore, depending on the size of the guide rail 1 and the height of the inclined surface 1b, the protruding portion 3d of the second clip 3 may not fit into the side surface portion of the guide rail flange portion 1a. Further, even if the protruding portion 3d of the second clip 3 is fitted to the side surface portion of the guide rail flange portion 1a, if the friction between the two is too large, the sliding of the guide rail 1 in the longitudinal direction is inhibited more than necessary. There are challenges.
- the two do not contact each other. It is fixed to.
- This protrusion 8d is normally fixed in a state where it does not contact the inclined surface 1b of the guide rail 1.
- a load such as an earthquake acts and the guide rail 1 is displaced in the front-rear direction (falling direction)
- the guide rail 1 is displaced to a certain inclination by the gap with the protruding portion 8d of the second clip 8, Since the inclined surface 1b comes into contact with the protruding portion 8d, the load in the front-rear direction of the guide rail 1 is received and the guide rail 1 is prevented from falling.
- the first clip 7 has a substantially S-shaped cross section, thereby improving workability as compared with the case where the cross section is formed in a Z shape.
- the second clip 8 is provided with a notch 8f provided in the longitudinal direction on the guide rail 1 side and supported by the contact portion 7c formed in a substantially S shape of the first clip 7. Accordingly, when the second clip 8 is fixed to the guide rail flange portion 1a, the contacted portion becomes the upper portion of the side surface of the guide rail flange portion 1a and the corner portion in the vicinity thereof, so that the second clip 8 becomes the guide rail flange. Since it is possible to guide along the part 1a, position adjustment can be facilitated.
- a contact portion 8c that contacts the guide rail flange portion 1a, and protrudes from the contact portion 8c toward the guide rail flange portion 1a. Is provided with a protruding portion 8d that does not contact the guide rail flange portion 1a in the front-rear direction, so that the protruding portion 8d of the second clip 8 is fixed in a state of being fitted to the side surface portion of the guide rail flange portion 1a.
