Abstract

La présente invention concerne un alliage à base de nickel sous forme de solution solide destiné à être utilisé dans des environnements de pétrole et de gaz corrosifs, comprenant, en pourcentage en poids: chrome: min de 21,0 et max de 24,0 %; fer: min de 17,0 et max de 21,0 %, molybdène: min de 6,5 et max de 8,0 %; cuivre: min de 1,0 et max de 2,5 %; tungstène: min de 0,1 et max de 1,5 %; sol. sol.azote: min de 0,08 et max de 0,20 %; manganèse: max de 4,0 %; silicium: max de 1,0 %; carbone : max de 0,015%; aluminium: max de 0,5 %; et une quantité totale de niobium, de titane, de vanadium, de tantale et de zirconium avec un: max de 0,45 %; le reste étant du nickel et les impuretés accidentelles; cette invention portant également sur un procédé de fabrication d'un article à partir de l'alliage, et sur un article manufacturé formé à partir de l'alliage.
