Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an improved seat belt device mounting structure.
There is a vehicle seat belt device for restraining an occupant seated in the center of the rear seat. As such a seat belt device, for example, a technique described in Patent Document 1 below is known.
In the seat belt device described in Patent Document 1, the retractor that winds the webbing belt is disposed below the ceiling of the vehicle body and attached to the ceiling via a bracket. The belt guide for guiding the webbing belt is located in front of the retractor. The occupant hangs the webbing belt so as to cross the upper body from the diagonally rear of the head downward, and fits the tongue to the buckle located near the waist. The webbing belt is stretched between the retractor and the buckle, and the occupant is restrained by the seat.
In the event of a vehicle collision, the retractor prevents the webbing belt from being pulled out, and suppresses passengers trying to move forward. Therefore, a force that is pulled forward is applied to the retractor.
Here, the retractor of Patent Document 1 is fixed to the vehicle body by superimposing the bracket on the ceiling and inserting the bolt upward from below. Therefore, a part of the force with which the retractor is pulled is perpendicular to the bolt axis. As a result, a shearing force is applied to the bolt shaft.
An object of the present invention is to provide a seat belt device mounting structure capable of obtaining a high mounting strength.
According to the present invention, in the mounting structure of the seat belt device in which the retractor capable of winding the webbing belt and the belt guide for guiding the webbing belt is mounted to the upper part of the vehicle body via the bracket,
The belt guide is located in front of the retractor and on the vehicle width center side,
The bracket is formed with a side mounting portion and a rear mounting portion,
The bracket is attached to a vehicle body side portion at the side portion attachment portion, and is attached to a vehicle body rear portion at the rear portion attachment portion.
Preferably, the side attachment portion is formed in two different locations in the front-rear direction of the bracket, close to the lower end of the roof arch extending in the vehicle width direction from the upper portion of the vehicle body side portion,
The side attachment portion formed forward is located forward of the roof arch,
The side attachment portion formed at the rear is located behind the roof arch.
In the present invention, the bracket for attaching the retractor and the belt guide to the upper portion of the vehicle body is formed with a side attachment portion and a rear attachment portion. The bracket is attached to the vehicle body side portion at the side attachment portion, and is attached to the vehicle body rear portion at the rear attachment portion.
When the vehicle collides, the webbing belt is pulled by the occupant trying to move forward. The force pulling the webbing belt is transmitted to the side attachment portion and the rear attachment portion formed on the bracket via the belt guide and the retractor. A part of this force is applied as a force pulling the side attachment portion and the rear attachment portion forward. In detail, since the side part attaching part is formed facing the side part direction of the vehicle body, the force pulling forward is applied to the side part attaching part as a shearing force. On the other hand, since the rear attachment portion is formed toward the rear portion of the vehicle body, the force pulling forward is applied to the rear attachment portion as a tensile force.
That is, the seat belt device mounting structure according to the present invention has a structure in which a tensile force is applied to a part of the mounting portion for mounting the retractor to the vehicle body in the event of a vehicle collision. Compared with a structure in which a shearing force is applied to all of the attachment portions at the time of collision, the seat belt device according to the present invention can obtain a high attachment strength.
Furthermore, in the present invention, the lower end of the roof arch extends from the upper part of the side part of the vehicle body. And a side part attaching part is formed so that it may adjoin to the lower end of a roof arch, and may be located in two places where the front-back direction of a bracket differs.
That is, the strength near the lower end of the roof arch in the upper part of the side of the vehicle body is increased.
The
The
Both ends of the rear bracket
Next, attachment of the
Please refer to FIG. The attachment of the
Next, refer to FIG. The attachment of the
Here, the

Next, the operation and effect of the mounting structure of the
Please refer to FIG. The occupant Mn sitting at the center of the
As shown in FIG. 6, at the time of collision, the force is transmitted in the direction in which the
The forward force is transmitted to the
That is, in the mounting structure for the
Again, return to FIG. When the occupant Mn wears the
In particular, in this embodiment, the
Furthermore, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, the strength in the vicinity of the lower end of the
Further, a
It should be noted that the
Furthermore, although the
