Abstract

A plant (1) for making craft beer comprising a main container (10) arranged to contain, in use, a main liquid product (55) obtained by treating a starting product (50). The plant (100) comprises, moreover, a filtration container (20) arranged, in use, in the main container (10). The filtration container (20) has a reticular structure comprising a plurality of meshes (120) having a predetermined dimension, to provide a filtration basket. Therefore, the filtration container (20) retains a solid part (155) of the product present in the plant (1), whereas leaves pass between its meshes a liquid part (156), or filtrate, which passes in the main container (10). The plant (1) also comprises a moving device (200) arranged to produce a relative movement of the filtration container (20) of the main container (10), during the introduction of washing water in said filtration container (20), to provide the washing of the brewers grains contained in the filtration container.
