Abstract

The present invention relates to a training system (1) for practicing and developing the skills of a player practicing at least one type of sport with a training object (6) such as, for example, a ball or the like. In particular, the present invention discloses a training system (1), which provides training references (4), including practice targets and respective obstructions, of different shapes, dimensions, light intensity and colour, and also training references (4) that can move on at least one respective training surface (B) arranged alongside a training field (A) optionally on two or more training surfaces (B) arranged so as to be adjacent and to evolve in accordance with different alignments alongside a respective training field (A).
