Abstract
一种养生玛卡红酒,所述养生玛卡红酒为如下重量份的各组分混合而成:药材提取液100~300重量份、蜂胶液20~30重量份,红酒700~900重量份、微量元素组合物0.5~1重量份;其中,所述药材提取液为玛卡、红枣、玉竹、蚂蚁按照重量比(12~24):(3~4):(2~3):(1~2)在水中煎煮制得。
Description
本发明属于酒制品领域,特别涉及一种养生玛卡红酒。
随着社会的高速发展以及竞争的不断激烈,人们承载的压力越来越多。人们将更多的精力投入到事业中,甚至忽视了身体的各种不适,例如身体疲惫,失眠,精神萎靡。而对于男士来说,为了家庭的生计或事业的发展,常承受着更大的压力,如果不注重身体的锻炼,长期处于高压工作状态,容易导致身体内环境紊乱,机能下降,免疫力降低,对工作、生活都造成较大困扰。
目前,虽然也有一些针对缓解身体疲劳、提高免疫力、促进身体恢复活力的保健产品,但其往往配方复杂,成本高昂,其效果也有待进一步改善。
发明内容
本发明为弥补上述不足,提供一种养生玛卡红酒,其具有良好的抗疲劳、补肾养生的功效,且配方简单、成本低。
本发明为达到其目的,采用的技术方案如下:
一种养生玛卡红酒,所述养生玛卡红酒为如下重量份的各组分混合而成:药材提取液100~300重量份、蜂胶液20~30重量份,红酒700~900重量份、微量元素组合物0.5~1重量份;其中,所述药材提取液为玛卡、红枣、玉竹、蚂蚁按照重量比(12~24):(3~4):(2~3):(1~2)在水中煎煮制得。所述蜂胶液为质量浓度为0.5~1%的蜂胶液。
进一步的,所述药材提取液按照如下步骤制得:
1)按照重量比(12~24):(3~4):(2~3):(1~2)依次称取玛卡、红枣、玉竹、和蚂蚁,将四种药材混合在一起,向其中加入四种药材总重量的3~5倍量的水,混合均匀;
2)在80~90℃煎煮1~2小时,过滤,获得药材提取液。
进一步的,所述微量元素组合物由硫酸锌、富马酸亚铁、亚硒酸钠中的至少一种组成。
优选的,所述微量元素组合物由硫酸锌、富马酸亚铁、亚硒酸钠按照重量比1:(2~3):(3~5)组成。
进一步的,所述红酒为红葡萄酒。
优选的,所述红葡萄酒为干红葡萄酒。
本发明中所用的蜂胶液采用如下方法配制得到:将蜂胶浸泡溶解于体积分数为95%的乙醇中,制成蜂胶质量浓度为0.5~1%的蜂胶液。所述乙醇为食用乙醇。
本发明的养生玛卡红酒,其配方中所用的玛卡,其国际通用名称maca(学名LEPIDIUM MEYENII WALP)属于十字花科独行菜属植物。原产于秘鲁,被人们称为秘鲁人参或北美洲人参。现由我国云南丽江引进种植成功。它生长于海拔3500-4500米高原,温差大(昼夜温差30-50℃)、光照充分、紫外线强、空气稀薄、氧气缺乏、高寒低温、常有霜冻、风大湿润、雨水丰富、土质肥沃、沙性疏松的环境中。玛卡的营养成分非常丰富,蛋白含量高于其它根类植物,并含有多种人类不可缺少的维生素,矿物质、氨基酸。
蚂蚁别名蚁、玄驹、昆蜉、马蚁;药材基源:为蚁科动物丝光褐林蚁及拟黑多翅蚁等多种无毒蚂蚁的全体。《中华本草》记载蚂蚁味咸、酸、性平;归肝、肾经;功能主治:补肾益精、通经活络、解毒消肿;主肾虚头昏耳鸣、失眠多梦、阳痿遗精、风湿痹痛、中风偏瘫、手足麻木、红斑性狼疮、硬皮病、皮肌炎、痈肿疔疮、毒蛇咬伤。本发明中所用的蚂蚁优选为大黑蚂蚁(拟黑多刺蚁)。
蜂胶,是蜜蜂从一些树木的芽孢、树皮的伤口上采集的粘性树脂与自身分泌物混合而成。蜂胶的主要成分是黄铜类化合物,其含有二十多中黄铜化合物和其他有生物活性的有机化合物。蜂胶中丰富的黄酮类物质有很好的降血脂、抗菌、抗病毒、增强免疫力等作用,它对调节人的生理功能,提高生命运动质量具有重要意义,蜂胶已成为一种重要的保健食品。本发明所用的蜂胶为天然蜂胶。
本发明提供的技术方案具有如下有益效果:本发明的玛卡红酒中,所添加的药材提取物为玛卡、蚂蚁、红枣、玉竹按一定配比在水中混合煎煮制得,将这种药材提取物添加入红酒中,并配以蜂胶液及微量元素组合物,使得各组分的活性成分得以很好的渗透到酒中并相互作用、协同,一方面使获得的养生酒具有很好的抗疲劳、提升免疫力、补肾养生的功效,同时所获的养生酒又具有一定的柔和性,在补阳的同时其燥烈之性得以缓和。本发明的养生玛卡红酒,在其中添加一定量的微量元素,有助于补充人体微量元素,对免疫力的提高有促进作用,而硫酸锌、富马酸亚铁、亚硒酸钠按照质量比1:(2~3):(3~5)复合添加时效果较佳。
本发明的养生玛卡红酒由多种组分相互配伍组合而成,各组分之间互为补充,发挥协同作用,达到增强免疫功能、抗疲劳、补肾养生的作用。
下面结合实施例对本发明的技术方案做进一步说明:
实施例1:
一种养生玛卡红酒,由药材提取液100重量份、蜂胶液20重量份,红酒700重量份、微量元素组合物0.5重量份混合而成;其中,所添加的药材提取液按照如下步骤制得:
1)按照重量比12:3:2:1依次称取玛卡、红枣、玉竹、和蚂蚁,将这四种药材混合在一起,向其中加入四种药材总重量的3倍量的水,混合均匀;
2)在80℃煎煮2小时,过滤,获得药材提取液。
本实施例中所用的蜂胶液为质量浓度0.5%的蜂胶液;本实施例所用红酒为干红葡萄酒。本实施例中,所用的微量元素组合物由硫酸锌、富马酸亚铁、亚硒酸钠按照质量比1:2:3组成。
实施例2:
一种养生玛卡红酒,由药材提取液300重量份、蜂胶液30重量份、红酒900重量份、微量元素组合物1重量份混合而成;其中,所添加的药材提取液按照如下步骤制得:
1)按照重量比18:4:3:2依次称取玛卡、红枣、玉竹、和蚂蚁,将这四种药材混合在一起,向其中加入四种药材总重量的5倍量的水,混合均匀;
2)在90℃煎煮1小时,过滤,获得药材提取液。
本实施例中所用的蜂胶液为质量浓度1%的蜂胶液;本实施例中,所用的微量元素组合物由硫酸锌、富马酸亚铁、亚硒酸钠按照质量比1:3:5组成,本实施例所用红酒为干红葡萄酒。
实施例3:
一种养生玛卡红酒,由药材提取液200重量份、蜂胶液25重量份,红酒800重量份、微量元素组合物0.8重量份混合而成;其中,所添加的药材提取液按照如下步骤制得:
1)按照重量比24:3:3:2依次称取玛卡、红枣、玉竹、和蚂蚁,将这四种药材混合在一起,向其中加入四种药材总重量的4倍量的水,混合均匀;
2)在80~90℃煎煮2小时,过滤,获得药材提取液。
本实施例中所用的蜂胶液为质量浓度1%的蜂胶液;本实施例中,所用的微量元素组合物由硫酸锌、富马酸亚铁、亚硒酸钠按照质量比1:3:3组成,本实施例所用红酒为干红葡萄酒。
应用例
将实施例1~3制得的养生玛卡红酒进行试用,各30位试用者,所选取的试用对象均为具有肾阳虚损、四肢乏力、腰酸腿软、易疲惫等不良症或亚健康状态的试用者,年龄为30~70岁,男性。
试用方法是每天服用40ml,连续服用30日。
经试用后,发现90%以上的试用者服用实施例1~3的养生玛卡红酒30日后,均感觉精神状态明显好转,精神饱满,行动敏捷强健,性功能得到加强,不像试用前那样容易感到疲惫。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明做任何形式上的限制,故凡未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所做的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。
Claims (6)
- 一种养生玛卡红酒,其特征在于,所述养生玛卡红酒为如下重量份的各组分混合而成:药材提取液100~300重量份、蜂胶液20~30重量份、红酒700~900重量份、微量元素组合物0.5~1重量份;其中,所述药材提取液为玛卡、红枣、玉竹、蚂蚁按照重量比(12~24):(3~4):(2~3):(1~2)在水中煎煮制得;所述蜂胶液为质量浓度为0.5~1%的蜂胶液。
- 根据权利要求1所述的养生玛卡红酒,其特征在于,所述药材提取液按照如下步骤制得:1)按照重量比(12~24):(3~4):(2~3):(1~2)依次称取玛卡、红枣、玉竹、和蚂蚁,将四种药材混合在一起,向其中加入四种药材总重量的3~5倍量的水,混合均匀;2)在80~90℃煎煮1~2小时,过滤,获得药材提取液。
- 根据权利要求1所述的养生玛卡红酒,其特征在于,所述微量元素组合物由硫酸锌、富马酸亚铁、亚硒酸钠中的至少一种组成。
- 根据权利要求3所述的养生玛卡红酒,其特征在于,所述微量元素组合物由硫酸锌、富马酸亚铁、亚硒酸钠按照重量比1:(2~3):(3~5)组成。
- 根据权利要求1所述的养生玛卡红酒,其特征在于,所述红酒为红葡萄酒。
- 根据权利要求5所述的养生玛卡红酒,其特征在于,所述红葡萄酒为干红葡萄酒。
