Abstract

The invention relates to a method for customized assistance with on-line consultation, from an access terminal, of computer documents by a physically disabled person, wherein said method includes at least the following steps: a) characterising the type and degree of disability of the user; b) defining and recording the display characteristics which the HTML pages of the computer documents should have in order to make consultation possible; c) collecting, by means of an indexing robot, each HTML page of the computer documents available for on-line consultation; d) comparing the display characteristics of the pages collected in step c) with those defined in step b), by means of a processing and analysis module; e) analysing, by means of the processing and analysis module, the display characteristics only of the HTML pages in which the display characteristics do not match those defined in step b); f) identifying on each HTML page to be processed, the elements that are likely to impede the consultation by the disabled person and associating a CSS tag characterising the appearance that each HTML page should have; g) making the necessary modifications to an HTML page; h) storing the processed files for at least one given disability; and i) displaying, for a person with the defined disability, the computer documents capable of being consulted. The invention also relates to a means for implementing the method as well as to the use thereof.

Description

 METHOD OF CUSTOMIZED ASSISTANCE TO THE ONLINE CONSULTATION OF COMPUTER-BASED DOCUMENTS BY PERSONS WITH PHYSICAL DEFICIENCY, MEANS FOR IMPLEMENTING THE METHOD AND USE THEREOF

The present invention relates to a personalized assistance method for the online consultation of computer documents by a person with a physical disability as well as a means of implementing the method and its use.

 By the term physical disability, is meant a deficiency of hearing, vision, language, reading, motor skills or other. This impairment can be from birth or occur during life, for example following an illness or accident. It is conceivable that such deficiencies may have a neurological component, without it being possible to equate such deficiencies with mental deficiencies in the strict sense of the term. People with such disabilities are hindered in the performance of certain tasks, but these tasks are still generally achievable by these people. By way of nonlimiting example, there may be mentioned a visual impairment such as color blindness, a reading-related impairment such as dyslexia or a motor impairment such as Parkinson's disease. These deficiencies, respectively, do not prevent the person from seeing, reading or moving but they limit the vision of certain subjects in color, the reading of certain words or the realization of specific gestures.

 Depending on the degree of disability, these people encounter a greater or lesser discomfort in the practice of computing in general and, in particular, when consulting websites accessible on the Internet. Indeed, websites often associate text with color images, animated or not, and / or sound. The pages consulted are therefore rich in information of different types, hence a greater difficulty of consultation for people with disabilities, compared to a simpler type of computer document, which does not require numerous and quick manipulations such as a Word document.

To overcome some deficiencies, we know so-called material aid. These include, for example, mouth or head mice for people with disabilities such as Parkinson's disease. This type of mouse is operated by the movements of the mouth or head and not manually. Alternatively, it is possible for some people to use a touch screen or keypad movement keys or even contactors that reproduce voluntary movements such as those made with a mouse. For certain visual impairments, it is possible to act on the display parameters on a screen such as the contrast, the brightness of the screen or the size of the fonts, that directly from the means of adjustment provided by the system. operating the computer. Also known is the use of dictation software or voice recognition as a means of assistance for people with hearing loss or language.

 There is also known aids developed specifically for a given disability. For example, for color blindness, it is known to customize the colors of documents or to indicate the names of colors or to use style sheets that change the appearance of colors and the contrasts of a document or document. a website. Also known from US-A-2006/0209258 a method in which the user, after an Ishihara chromatic test which determines its degree of deficiency in the perception of red and green, must make changes corresponding to its degree of impairment to consult a document. US-A-2010/0185624 discloses an image search method for a user with color blindness. From an image bank, we generate for each original image, a duplicate of this image which corresponds to what would see a person with color blindness. By comparing the original image and its double, the loss of color is determined and a corrected image is generated, if necessary. WO-A-2013102014 also discloses a method based on light reflection and color coding. These solutions are not easy to use, fast and they are binding for the user.

 For users with a language deficiency such as dyslexia, NZ-A-581044 describes a device in which the problem word is spelled. WO-A-00/21057 discloses a solution where the word difficult to read by the person is pronounced and, as far as possible, associated with an image illustrating it. WO-A-2013/06071 1 describes a device adapted to the consultation of websites distributed on the Internet by, among others, dyslexic persons. Here, a version of the pages of the site adapted to this deficiency is realized. In fact the pages are "cleaned" of the problematic terms and assigned a given HTML code. This code is associated with that of the original page, for a real time or later consultation of the adapted version of the pages of the site, it being understood that a presentation model is used and that the system is particularly adapted to a use by the visually impaired because of the use of a screen reader and a display in braille.

Thus, there are solutions that are adapted to a type of impairment and / or for documents stored on a defined computer. These solutions require a more or less complex action on the part of the user who, moreover, must have the tool of implementation of the method. In other words, the user must have a specific computer tool on his computer to benefit from consultation assistance. There is therefore a need for a solution, as transparent as possible for the user, allowing the user to consult on-line computer documents, in particular those from websites distributed on the Internet, regardless of the medium used and whatever the type of deficiencies, while being easy to use.

 The invention more particularly intends to propose such a solution.

 For this purpose, the subject of the invention is a personalized assistance method for the on-line consultation, from an access terminal, of computer documents by a person with a physical disability, characterized in that the method comprises at least the following steps:

 -a) characterizing the type and degree of impairment of the user by means of an interface module between the user and an online document consultation site, -b) defining and recording the display characteristics that must have the HTML pages of the computerized documents, compared to the characterization of the deficiency carried out in step a), to be searchable by a person suffering from this deficiency, by means of a storage module,

 -c) collect, using an indexing robot, each HTML page of the available computer documents for an online consultation and add the address or URL of each page to a list of addresses to be analyzed, present in a structure intended to contain all the files relating to the site to be analyzed,

 d) comparing the display characteristics of the pages collected in step c) with those defined in step b), by means of an analysis and automatic processing module,

 e) analyzing, by means of the analysis and automatic processing module, the display characteristics of the only HTML pages whose display characteristics do not correspond to those defined in step b),

 -f) identify on each HTML page to be processed, the elements likely to hinder the consultation by the defective person and, by means of the module of analysis and automatic processing, to associate a CSS characterizing the aspect that must have each HTML page to be searchable for a given disability,

-g) perform, by means of the analysis and automatic processing module, the necessary modifications to an HTML page to be searchable for at least one given disability, h) storing, by means of the storage module, each file processed for at least one given deficiency,

 -i) display, for a person with the defined deficiency, the computer documents conforming to the display characteristics defined in step b), from the files stored in the storage module in step h).

 Such a method allows a person with a disability to easily and simply consult the websites online, without having to resort to complex settings, regardless of the computer support it uses.

 According to advantageous but non-obligatory aspects of the invention, such a method may comprise one or more of the following steps:

 - During step a), it is proposed to the defective person to quantify his degree of disability, either from a pre-established list or by means of a test.

 At least some modifications made during step g) are predefined, depending on the deficiency, its degree and for known computer documents.

 - In step c), it is checked whether the display characteristics of the computer documents have already been collected.

 In step c), it is checked whether the display characteristics of the computer documents that have already been collected have been modified.

 - In step h), we store modified CSS and original CSS documents.

The invention also relates to the use by a person suffering from a deficiency of the means for implementing the method according to one of the preceding characteristics comprising at least the following steps:

- a) connection by the person with at least one impairment to an online consultation site of the computer documents that they wish to consult and which is provided with the means for implementing the method which is the subject of the invention,

 - b) characterization of the at least one disability for which the person wishes assistance,

 - c) display by means of implementation of the process documents, modified or not, able to be viewed by the person with the at least one disability defined in step b).

 According to advantageous but non-mandatory aspects of the invention, such use may include one or more of the following features:

 - Step b) is performed only during the first implementation of the method, by a given user.

 The invention will be better understood and other advantages thereof will appear more clearly on reading the following description of several embodiments of the invention.

 Subsequently, reference will be made, by way of non-limiting example, to the online consultation of computer documents available on a website distributed over the Internet, it being understood that the invention applies to all types of computer documents available online. In other words, the invention will also find application in the use of a GPS, a reading light or other.

The information available on a website are multimedia documents, therefore containing text, images, animated or not, sound. These documents, and the sites in which they are grouped, are individually identified by a URL (Uniform Resource Locator) address. The URLs allow software called browser to access and view these documents from an access terminal. The access terminal may be a computer, portable or not, a tablet, a smartphone or other. The data available on a website intended for distribution over the Internet are in a particular format, called HTML (hyperText Markup Language) allowing their formatting. This format is usually associated, using given rules or definitions, with Cascading Style Sheets or CSS which are used to describe the appearance of HTML documents. In this sense, CSS form a language corresponding to a standard presentation of a website. In other words, HTML, CSS acronyms refer to tags, rules, or definitions that characterize and / or identify a document or its contents. Thus, the different tags, the HTML, the CSS, and the URLs make it possible to identify and find each of the different characteristics, in particular display characteristics, documents that can be consulted on a given website. The term "information" will be used to refer to all the data consulted and used by a person during a connection to a website. It will therefore be a set of files containing images, sounds, Word files, Excel tables, HTML pages or others. It is understood that this information can be passive, namely a simple consultation of the site by the user or active, that is to say with interactivity between the site and the user, for example when the latter makes an order on a merchant site or when the user completes online forms.

 The deficiencies that can be assisted by the implementation of the method that is the subject of the invention are those for which the modifications to be made relate at least to the visual characteristics of the computer documents to be displayed.

 Among the deficiencies that can be managed are, by way of non-limiting example, daltonism, presbyopia, cataract, age-related macular degeneration (AMD), glaucoma, Parkinson's disease, Wilson's disease, multiple sclerosis, dyslexia or photosensitive epilepsy. In general, these deficiencies affect directly or indirectly the consultation of computerized documents by a person affected.

 To allow the consultation of the documents, the modifications made in the case of the deficiencies mentioned are of a type known per se and concern, for example, the color of the document, the size and the type of font, the contrast, the brightness, the size of the documents. click areas, spacing between displayed links, coloring or highlighting letters, replacing animated gifs with static and animated images on demand.

 The invention relates to a method adapted to modify, if necessary, the computer documents to make them available to a person with a given disability, while preserving the consultation of unmodified documents by a person not deficient. For this purpose, the method makes it possible to store at least one modified version, in a storage module, of the display characteristics of the documents, according to the deficiencies processed. As a result, the method is implemented from the source of the computer documents. In other words, in the case of a website, the method is implemented by the site, the holder having acquired the opportunity to use the specific computer tool to implement the method. This acquisition can be done by purchase or by subscription.

In another embodiment, it is the person with a disability who has acquired, by purchase or by subscription, the implementation tool of the method. In this case, the person informs the site or sites to be treated. In a variant, the recognition of the sites to be processed is automatic. The process then generates a version of the features display of the searchable site documents by the person, stores the display characteristics of the modified documents and makes them available on request by the person. In an unclaimed variant, there is no storage, changes in display characteristics and changes in documents are made on the fly. It is conceivable that an update, preferably automatic, of the display characteristics of the documents must be provided.

 The various stages of implementation of the method will be described with reference to the assistance in the case of one of the deficiencies listed above as an example.

 The order of the steps corresponds to a preferred order but not mandatory, some steps can be performed in another order or concomitantly.

 A preliminary step for the use of the method, according to one embodiment of the invention applied to the online consultation of computer documents present on a website, relates to the implementation, on this site, of a computer tool forming means adapted to implement the method of the invention. This tool

computer science includes not only a module for analysis and automatic processing of documents, therefore de facto a module equipped with the implementation program of the method object of the invention, but also all ancillary elements. In particular, the computer tool includes at least one data storage module relating to the display of documents, for example CSS rules or definitions for each impairment and degree of impairment, as well as an interface module between a person a disability and an online consultation site, in particular a website distributed over the Internet, hosting documents adapted to be searchable by that person. Such a site is, in known manner, generally a dedicated website, or a mini site accessible from a generalist website.

 The computer tool for implementing the method is applied, in the example, to the computer documents and therefore to the website, by subscription, purchase or download to a remote terminal, accessible via a telecommunication network, such as the Internet. As a variant, it is provided in the form of a CD-ROM or a USB key.

When the tool is enabled on the website hosting the computer documents to be searchable, the first step of the method is implemented. It should be noted that this is also a step of the use by a person of the means of implementing the method. It consists of collecting the necessary information to set up assistance for one or more deficiencies. In other words, by the interface module, the user indicates for which type of disability he wishes to obtain assistance and, if he knows, what is his degree of disability, so what level of assistance, depending on his disability, he wishes. Alternatively, the user also indicates whether the assistance must be implemented throughout the site or if he only wants assistance on some pages of the site, for example on the interactive pages.

 In the case where the degree of impairment is not known, the tool proposes a list of degrees of impairment, for example with examples, written and / or visual and / or auditory depending on the disability. It should be noted that, for each pre-defined deficiency and degree of impairment, any changes to be made to the documents are predefined and proposed to the user. The person then indicates which degree of disability on the list is closest to his or her disability.

 In another embodiment, the tool, or more specifically the interface module, proposes, for each deficiency, a test to define a degree of impairment of the user or at least to position the person's disability by relationship to known degrees of impairment. Of course, it is not a test to define the type of impairment but only a test to specify the degree of the latter, the deficiency is already known and diagnosed. This test may alternatively come in addition to the list of degrees of impairment, and therefore the set of potential modifications proposed by the tool.

 The assistance corresponding to the disability as defined will subsequently be implemented by the tool, that on the whole site or on the only pages desired by the person. From the point of view of the user, the assistance is activated and he can consult the pages constituting the information provided by the site. These are, if necessary, modified to be searchable by the person, either online or offline.

Preferably, for each deficiency, the display characteristics that the information, and more particularly the HTML documents, must display in order to be accessible to a person with this disability are pre-recorded. These characteristics are known per se of the state of the art, which, de facto, makes it possible to know, when the initial characteristics of the HTML documents are known, to define the possible modifications to make so that the consultation is possible by the person with this impairment. Because there are varying degrees of impairment for each identified impairment, it generates different degrees of potential change, provided that these degrees and corresponding changes are listed.

 Advantageously, the tool includes a set of potential modifications to be made to the display characteristics of the documents, for each deficiency corresponding, for example, to the degrees of deficiency most frequently encountered. This set of modifications is proposed with the list of degrees of impairment to the user. These changes are implemented based on the display characteristics of HTML documents.

 Advantageously, the various settings and parameters collected by the tool are stored in order to propose, at a later use, an assistance adapted to the disability for which assistance has been previously provided for this user or, at least, for these documents on this site or on another site as long as it is adapted to provide assistance for consultation.

 It will be appreciated that in another embodiment, the most frequently used settings for each deficiency on HTML documents of a frequently encountered type are known and provided with the tool. In other words, with the invention, the user does not have to define all the modifications to be made on each document to overcome his deficiency but only to indicate his impairment and / or his degree so that the tool offers adapted assistance by modifying the display characteristics of documents. The use of the invention is therefore easy and fast.

 This step forms, de facto, a so-called objective step since it makes it possible to characterize the display, thus the presentation of the documents so that they are

searchable by the person with a particular disability.

 Another step, which is advantageously performed before, consists in creating a structure intended to contain all the files relating to the site to be analyzed. This structure may be permanent, hosted on the site to be consulted or at a remote site such as that of the supplier of the method that is the subject of the invention, which makes it possible, during a subsequent consultation, to have the necessary files. Alternatively, the structure may be temporary.

This is, in another step, to retrieve the list of different HTML pages of the site to be analyzed, provided that the home page of the site will be treated first. This recovery is performed, advantageously, using an indexing robot or crawler in English. Alternatively, the list is generated manually. The indexing robot, page by page, adds the address or URL of the page to the list of addresses to analyze. On each page, the various URLs present, corresponding to the different types of content, analyzed or not, of each page, are extracted.

 In this step, the tool performs for each URL a series of tests to define whether, in a preferred chronological order, the URL has been processed, for example during a previous update of the site. If, in the negative, this URL has not been processed, it is checked if this URL is part of the URLs associated with the site. If not, it will not be processed because it is not a relevant page of the site, for example it is advertising information associated with the site. If this URL has not been processed and if it is relevant for the consultation of the site, the tool verifies by comparison with the elements defined in the objective step, if this URL concerns a new typology of a page HTML requiring one or more modifications to be searchable by the user. Thus, if the typology of the document is unchanged, it is not necessary to initiate another modification. Any changes to the display characteristics will be done automatically.  Once this series of tests has been done, and once each URL is listed in one of the defined groups, depending on the test responses, the crawler checks whether or not that URL is the last one on the page.  This step is thus a preparatory step to the analysis of each page that will be likely to be consulted. Its purpose is to optimize the analysis step of

display characteristics of each HTML page by performing this analysis only on the relevant pages not analyzed. The pages already analyzed, because they are of a known and indexed type, are, in the absence of updating since and in so far as the update leads to difficulties of consultation for the defined deficiency, usable in the state by the person with this disability.  From a list of the URLs of the pages to be analyzed generated in the previous step, a new analysis step is performed. It should be noted that the list generated, automatically or not, in the previous step contains all the pages of the site and / or only the pages defined as page type.  The next step is to analyze each page selected at the end of the previous step as a page that has not been processed and can be consulted.

 During this step, we identify on each page, whether it is a typical page or not, the elements that are likely, at least to hinder if not to make impossible, the consultation of this HTML page by the person , in relation to the defined disability. In other words, it is during this step to list, but, more precisely, the element (s) generator (s) on a given page of this difficulty of consultation. For this, the tool waits for the complete loading of the different elements of the page to be analyzed.

 The analysis continues with the collection of CSS involved in formatting the HTML page to be analyzed. During the collection, the tool verifies, after identifying and processing the corresponding URLs, that the CSS is in the same domain as the site to be analyzed. If so, the addresses of the CSS are kept in a storage module to be processed in the next step. At the end of this analysis step, the parameters of all the characteristic elements, in particular those relating to the display, of each HTML page are collected. Their possible treatment can be done in the next step.

The processing step thus intervenes on all the characteristic elements at least of the display of the page and / or the page style. It is carried out after verifying the compliance of the elements with the display characteristics they must have to make the HTML page searchable by the person, according to the degree of impairment, therefore de facto with the modification adopted. During this step, the tool will, if necessary, make the changes one after the other. Alternatively, all changes of the same type are made simultaneously on all the elements of the same page or, alternatively, on all the elements, similar or not, of all the HTML pages. In another embodiment, the modifications are performed sequentially, for example impairment deficiency when treating several impairments at the same time.

 More precisely, each element, and therefore each corresponding HTML tag to be analyzed, is associated with one or more CSS making it possible to define the tag, according to given rules. This relationship between the HTML tag and the CSS allows to generate alternative CSS that correspond to each deficiency and degree of impairment for each CSS present. This optimizes consultation assistance. When connecting to the site by a defective person, the original CSS are detected and the corresponding alternative CSS are introduced in addition to the original ones, without modification of the original CSS. One of the alternative CSS concerns tags whose style is not defined or defined by any other means than a CSS. As a variant, each original CSS is replaced by its alternative CSS, the latter containing the definitions of the characteristics necessary for the adaptation of the pages to a consultation by the defective person as well as the definitions of the characteristics of the pages which are likely not to be used. be adapted to be searchable by the person.

 It is possible to assign a style to each HTML tag. Of course, if the tag has already been processed and / or if it is in agreement with the characteristics necessary for this parameter to be compatible with a consultation, and a use, of the page by the person with a given disability, no action has been taken. is made on the tag.  If the style of the tag is defined in a CSS for this type of disability, there is, alternatively, indexing the tag to not reprocess another time by specifying, if necessary, that it was not modified for this case of impairment and / or degree of impairment. If the style of the tag is not defined, it is modified accordingly so that the corresponding element is in agreement with the characteristics that must have the page to be searchable with this type of impairment and / or degree of impairment.

Alternatively, the treatment continues by checking whether it is possible or not to keep this definition of the tag for another degree of impairment and / or for another type of impairment. For example, does this definition, which corresponds to a degree of color blindness, apply to another degree of color blindness and / or to another type of disability such as dyslexia. When the treatment has been applied to all tags for all types and degrees of impairment listed and the last page has been analyzed, and before the process is completed, a minification step is performed. This step consists in reducing the weight of the files containing the necessary CSS modifications for each type and degree of impairment, by pooling what is possible. With reduced weight files, the loading of these files is faster, which can, for example, alleviate problems related to the performance of the network.

 It should be noted that the process is of the learning process type, the files grouping the processed tags, so de facto, the pre-established modifications for the different cases encountered are enriched with each new update of the site. Only the possible modifications of the characteristics of display of the documents, during the updates of the site, are then carried out and indexed compared to the previous treatment of the documents. Thus, during the launching of the tool, it is possible to obtain quickly, namely concomitantly with the consultation of the site, the modifications of the display characteristics adapted to the deficiency parameterized at the beginning, by automatic call of the relative files. displaying already modified pages.

 In an advantageous embodiment, the tool makes it possible to remedy more than one deficiency, for example to allow a color-blind and / or dyslexic person to consult a website. In this case, some modifications may concern one or other of the deficiencies, or both, or at least cause only minor discomfort with respect to one of the deficiencies given.

 When the method is, preferably, implemented for a site that can be consulted by several people simultaneously, the tool is adapted to simultaneously manage several types of assistance, advantageously for different deficiencies.

 The use by a person with a deficiency of the means of implementation of the method is easily done. The person, at first, connects to the site that he wants to consult and which is equipped with the means of implementation of the method. For this, it is advantageous that the presence of the implementation means of the method is signaled by marking on the site. It may be for example, a graphic or alphanumeric element.

The connection of the user to the site to be consulted can be automatic, for example, when the user has already consulted the documents. In another embodiment, an identification means, such as a code, allows the user to directly access the modified version according to his computer documents deficiency. As a variant, when the person first indicated his or her disability, the assistance corresponding will be automatically applied when the person connects to another site. Of course, in the case where another person, with another disability, uses this terminal, it will be necessary for her to indicate her disability for the first time. The computer tool will then automatically and by default launch the last type of active assistance when several types are associated with a given browser.

 Access by the defective person to the tool, at least the first time, may be subject to a subscription and / or prior identification of the user. In other words, the consultation of modified computer documents may be subject to authorization from the holder of the computer documents, therefore the site.

The display of the searchable documents is then carried out by the method, in a fast manner, namely a few seconds after the person has indicated his disability. This provides a simple and effective method, providing consultation assistance, in full transparency, for a person with a given disability.

1 .- A personalized assistance method for the online consultation, from an access terminal, of computer documents by a person with a physical disability, characterized in that the method comprises at least the following steps:  (a) characterizing the type and degree of impairment of the user by means of an interface module between the user and an online document consultation site, -b) define and record the display characteristics, which the HTML pages of the computer documents must have, in relation to the characterization of the deficiency carried out in step a), so that they can be consulted by a person suffering from this deficiency, means of a storage module,  -c) collect, using an indexing robot, each HTML page of the available computer documents for an online consultation and add the address or URL of each page to a list of addresses to be analyzed, present in a structure intended to contain all the files relating to the site to be analyzed,  d) comparing the display characteristics of the pages collected in step c) with those defined in step b), by means of an analysis and automatic processing module,  e) analyzing, by means of the analysis and automatic processing module, the display characteristics of the only HTML pages whose display characteristics do not correspond to those defined in step b),  -f) identify on each HTML page to be processed, the elements likely to hinder the consultation by the defective person and, by means of the module of analysis and automatic processing, to associate a CSS characterizing the aspect that must have each HTML page to be searchable for a given disability,  -g) perform, by means of the analysis and automatic processing module, the necessary modifications to an HTML page to be searchable for at least one given disability, h) storing, by means of the storage module, each file processed for at least one given deficiency, -i) display, for a person with the defined deficiency, the computer documents conforming to the display characteristics defined in step b), from the files stored in the storage module in step h).  2. Method according to claim 1, characterized in that during step a), it is proposed to the defective person to quantify his degree of impairment, either from a pre-established list or by means of a test. .  - 3. Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least some modifications made in step g) are predefined, depending on the deficiency, its degree and for known computer documents.  4. Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that during step c), it is checked whether the display characteristics of the computer documents have already been collected.  -5. Method according to claim 4, characterized in that during step c), it is checked whether the display characteristics of the computer documents that have already been collected have been modified.  6. Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that during step h), the modified CSS and the original CSS of the documents are stored.  - 7. Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that several types of modifications corresponding to different physical deficiencies are supported by the method.  8. Method adapted to the implementation of the method, or computer tool, according to one of the preceding claims comprising at least:  an interface module between a person with a disability and an online consultation site, in particular a website distributed over the Internet, and hosting the documents adapted to be searchable by this person,  a module for analyzing and automatically processing the display characteristics of the documents,  and a data storage module relating to the display of documents. 9. Use by a person suffering from a deficiency of the means for implementing the method according to one of the preceding claims, comprising at least the following steps:  a) connection by the person suffering from at least one impairment to an online consultation site of the computer documents that he wishes to consult and which is equipped with the means for implementing the method that is the subject of the invention, - b) characterization of the at least one disability for which the person wishes assistance, - c) display by means of implementation of the process documents, modified or not, able to be viewed by the person with the at least one disability defined in step b).  10. Use according to claim 9, characterized in that step b) is performed only during the first implementation of the method, by a given user.
