所述锁舌8与踏板1活动连接,锁舌支臂9设置磁铁10,与之对应的踏板1位置也设置磁铁10,两吸合的磁铁10之间设置电磁线圈11。锁舌支臂9与踏板1通过磁铁10吸合在一起时,锁舌8锁住座椅支撑杆6,座椅支撑杆6顶住前轮支架14的凸块7,驾驶者可以坐在座椅5上骑行,需要折叠时,电磁线圈11通电,产生相斥磁极,在同性相斥作用下踏板1和锁舌支臂9自动分开,座椅支撑杆6从前轮支架14的凸块7脱出,座椅支撑杆6和车把架2同时解锁,能够进行座椅支撑杆6向着踏板1的折叠、踏板1向着车把架2的折叠 。
所述锁舌8与踏板之1间设置复位弹簧,被分离开当外力消失时锁舌8可以在弹簧作用下自动复位,锁舌支臂9设置磁铁10,踏板贴合位置设置电磁铁12,当通电时电磁铁12产生与磁铁10相反的磁极,自动把锁舌8排开,当通电消失,锁舌8在弹簧作用下自动复位。
所述左轮架3和右轮架4的底面设置磁铁10,对应踏板1的贴合位置也设置磁铁10,两吸合的磁铁10之间设置电磁线圈11。左右轮架分开向着踏板1底面折叠时,在磁铁10的作用下吸合在一起,需要展开时,电磁线圈11通电,产生相斥磁极,在同性相斥作用下踏板1和左右轮架自动分开。
所述磁铁10设置安装槽15,电磁线圈11设置于安装槽15槽口,电磁线圈11安装在磁铁10的外面。
为了增强技术效果,所述磁铁10除其对应面以外的面采用高磁导率材料16覆盖,防止磁铁10对电动车其他部件核辐射。高磁导率材料16包括金属和非金属,出于经济和效果的考虑本案优选为铁。
为了防止磁铁10吸合时吸力过猛产生震动,过高的冲击力会降低本装置的使用寿命,所述电动折叠车的折叠吸合面设置硅胶缓冲垫17。
作为本案的替换方案, 左轮架 3 和右轮架 4 对应设置电磁铁 12 和磁铁 10 ,电磁铁 12 通过反转开关实现磁极转换,反转开关通过反转通电线圈的方向控制磁极的方向,需要吸合时电磁铁 12 的磁极与磁铁 10 磁极为异性,需要分开时为同性磁极。
具体的,比如左轮架 3 设置磁铁 10 ,其 s 极向外,右轮架 4 设置电磁铁 12 ,需要吸合时电磁铁 12 通电,与左轮架相对的磁极为 n 极,左右轮架吸合在一起;需要分开时,反转开关通过反转电磁铁 12 的通电方向控制磁极转为 s 极,左右轮架排开。同样的道理,磁铁 + 电磁线圈的组合都可以被替换为电磁铁。
为了外观美观协调,走线通畅,充分利用车体中空的位置设置通电导线20,电磁线圈11的通电导线20从车体内部穿过。
电磁线圈11设置触发开关,包括接触开关和感应开关。使用感应开关为本案的替代方案,不必人为操作按钮,使用传感器18感应信号传给控制器,控制器控制接通电源,电磁线圈11通电,产生相斥磁极,在同性相斥作用下自动分开。
使用状态时电动折叠车呈展开状态,左右轮架通过磁铁 10 吸合在一起,锁舌支臂 9 与踏板 1 吸合在一起,锁舌 8 顶住座椅支撑杆 6 ,座椅支撑杆 6 末端探入前轮支架 14 的凸块 7 下,顶住车把架 2 ,座椅支撑杆 6 、车把架 2 、踏板 1 三者被锁定。
需要折叠时,打开开关 19 ,锁舌支臂 9 与踏板 1 之间的电磁线圈 11 通电产生排斥作用,座椅支撑杆 6 、车把架 2 、踏板 1 三者被解锁,左右支架之间的电磁线圈 11 通电产生排斥作用,边折叠边向两边分开;当折叠到一定程度,左右轮架和踏板 1 底面被磁铁 10 吸合在一起,踏板 1 和车把架 2 被磁铁 10 吸合在一起。
需要展开时,打开开关 19 ,踏板 1 和车把架 2 之间的电磁线圈 11 通电产生排斥作用,左右轮架和踏板 1 底面之间的电磁线圈 11 通电产生排斥作用,车把架 2 、踏板 1 、左右轮架可以分开,当折叠到一定程度时,左右轮架之间的磁铁 10 产生作用吸合在一起,锁舌支臂 9 与踏板 1 吸合在一起,锁舌 8 顶住座椅支撑杆 6 ,座椅支撑杆 6 顶住车把架 2 ,座椅支撑杆 6 、车把架 2 、踏板 2 三者展开状态被锁定,使用者可以坐在座椅 5 上骑行。
本方案轮架为延长型轮架,其长度加长,两只轮架与踏板1相闭合后, 左后轮21与右后轮22 刚好能够排列于前轮13的两侧, 实现三轮左右并排相靠,较大程度的缩减了三个车轮的占地空间,折叠后体积更小,并且手拉 车把架即可拉动车辆前行,方便省力。从外观上看,左轮架3和右轮架4合并为一个轮架,左后轮21与右后轮22合并为一个车轮。
车辆展开时, 将左轮架3与右轮架4向踏板1外侧展开, 将踏板1向着地面翻折 , 左轮架3与右轮架4伸展完毕合并为一整体轮架,左后轮11与右后轮12合并为一整体后轮 。
车把架14设置折叠车把,车把能够弯折并贴合于车把架14的两侧,更加优化车辆折叠体积。
需要指出的是,上述实施方式仅是本 发明 优选的实施例,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在符合本 发明 工作原理的前提下,任何等同或相似的替换均落入本 发明 的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电动折叠车的半自动开合装置,其特征在于,踏板与车把架活动连接,座椅支撑杆与踏板活动连接,所述座椅支撑杆设置锁舌,左轮架和右轮架活动连接于踏板后端,左轮架和右轮架之间的贴合面设置磁铁,两吸合的磁铁之间设置电磁线圈。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动折叠车的半自动开合装置,其特征在于,踏板顶面内设置磁铁,与之对应的车把架的贴合位置也设置磁铁,两吸合的磁铁之间设置电磁线圈。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种电动折叠车的半自动开合装置,其特征在于,所述锁舌与踏板之间设置复位弹簧,锁舌支臂设置磁铁,与之对应的踏板位置也设置磁铁,两吸合的磁铁之间设置电磁线圈。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种电动折叠车的半自动开合装置,其特征在于,所述左轮架和右轮架的底面设置磁铁,对应踏板的贴合位置也设置磁铁,两吸合的磁铁之间设置电磁线圈。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2或4所述的一种电动折叠车的半自动开合装置,其特征在于,所述磁铁设置安装槽,电磁线圈设置于安装槽槽口,电磁线圈安装在磁铁的外面。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2或4所述的一种电动折叠车的半自动开合装置,其特征在于,所述磁铁除其对应面以外的面采用高磁导率材料覆盖。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2或4所述的一种电动折叠车的半自动开合装置,其特征在于,所述电动折叠车的折叠吸合面设置硅胶缓冲垫。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2或4所述的一种电动折叠车的半自动开合装置,其特征在于, 左轮架和右轮架对应设置电磁铁和磁铁,电磁铁通过反转开关实现磁极转换。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2或4所述的一种电动折叠车的半自动开合装置,其特征在于,电磁线圈通电导线从车体内部穿过。
  10. 根据权利要求1或2或4所述的一种电动折叠车的半自动开合装置,其特征在于,电磁线圈设置触发开关,包括接触开关和感应开关。
