Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un système de commande d'enveloppe rouge de trafic basée sur un réseau 4G. Le procédé consiste : à recevoir, par une plateforme d'enveloppe rouge de trafic, des informations d'ordre concernant une enveloppe rouge de trafic d'un abonné, à initier un flux de paiement, et à lier l'enveloppe rouge de trafic à un numéro de téléphone mobile de l'abonné ; à informer, par la plateforme d'enveloppe rouge de trafic, une fonction de règles de politique et de facturation (PCRF) d'enveloppe rouge de trafic de s'abonner à un service d'enveloppe rouge de trafic, à amener l'abonné à utiliser l'enveloppe rouge de trafic de préférence, à informer un serveur d'abonné domestique (HSS) de mettre à jour un nom de point d'accès (APN) de l'abonné à un APN d'enveloppe rouge de trafic par l'intermédiaire d'un système de gestion de relation de client (CRM), et à amener l'abonné à revenir en ligne par l'intermédiaire du HSS pour utiliser l'APN d'enveloppe rouge de trafic ; à acquérir l'APN d'enveloppe rouge de trafic correspondant à l'abonné à partir du HSS par l'intermédiaire d'une passerelle de service (SGW), à rechercher un système de nom de domaine (DNS) pour une PGW d'enveloppe rouge de trafic correspondante selon l'APN d'enveloppe rouge de trafic, et à connecter l'abonné à Internet par l'intermédiaire de la PGW d'enveloppe rouge de trafic ; et à délivrer une facture de téléphone avec un drapeau prédéterminé par l'intermédiaire de la PGW d'enveloppe rouge de trafic, à acquérir la facture de téléphone avec le drapeau prédéterminé par l'intermédiaire de la CRM, et à déterminer de réaliser un traitement non de facturation sur la facture de téléphone selon le drapeau prédéterminé.
