Abstract

One piece top and bottom bed sheet. The corners of the top and bottom sheet at the "foot end" are formed of a width wise cut edge and a lengthwise cut edge meeting at an angle of 90degrees, with 5cm. curved cut inwards at top of corners and from bottom of these corners towards the "head end" 10cm. being attached to each other. Forming left and right individual pockets with curved fitted box corners, depth to cover all standard mattresses, with top sheet being wider then bottom sheet.

Description

SHEETX
DESCRIPTION -:
FIELD OF INVENTION
(1) This invention relates to an innovative fitted sheets combination including a top and bottom sheet for fitting over a mattress. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
(2) Fitted bottom sheets are known, secured to the mattress by elastic stripes sewn into all four sides, with Queen and Kings size , very tricky not to fit sides to ends etc. and awkward to launder and store with the elastic fitted. When a flat top sheet is being made, it takes time running back and forth, adjusting, tucking, flattening creases and making perfect corners, and not to tuck to tight at feet end, especially harder making for children, old and partly disable people with back pain to the best of us. Then in most cases after laying or sleeping between the two sheets, it becomes untucked and out of shape , possibly awaking us from how sleep. Also very hard to teach people, to do a perfect corner (commercial and hospitals).
OBJECTS AND SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
(3) Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention- to provide a fitted sheets combination that avoids the above-discussed difficulties of the prior art.
(4) It is another object of the present invention- to provide a fitted sheets combination that makes it professionally, faster, easier, less stress and pain to make a bed "that stays made."
(5) It is yet another object of the present invention- limit restriction on body, legs and feet by having the top sheet 5% wider than the bottom sheet, leaving the "foot end" unattached, less restriction for feet and giving ventilation
(6) It is yet another object of the present invention- to have curve box corners at least 40cm deep to stay in place without tucking in or using elastic.
(7) It is yet another object of the present invention- to have top sheet over lapping the bottom sheet for neat appearance after made, if don't tuck in.
(8) It is yet another object of the present invention- to provide a fitted sheets combination that the guesswork in making the bed is eliminated and properly aligned on the mattress, by attached corners top and bottom sheets at 'foot end' and by having 10cm. attached top and bottom sheet together, from the bottom side of the two "foot end" corners towards the "head end".
(9) It is another object of the present invention- easy to wash, dry, folded and stored without elastic.
(10) It is a further object of the present invention- to provide a better night's sleep without the interference of tangle sheets and restricted sleeping space.
(11) It is a further object of the present invention- to provide a fitted sheet combination that provides all of the above advantages while being cost affective for manufacture.
THE POSSIBLE NEWNESS IN BRIEF OF THE "present invention" TO THE KNOWN COMBINA TIONS TOP AND BOTTOM SHEET.
(12) Present invention- the bottom side edges of top and bottom sheet are attached 10cm. along the bottom side of fitted curve corners at "foot end" towards the "head end". (Stabilize top sheet to help stay in place while sleeping, allows feet to hang out sides and centralizes top sheet easier when making.)
(13) Present invention- has two individual pockets at "foot end" allow top and bottom sheet to be left unattached at the foot end.
(To allow more feet room, ventilation and allow feet to go out end of bed).
(14) Present invention- has wider top sheet ( allow less restriction on body, legs and feet )
(15) Present invention-Top sheet wider than bottom sheet laps over the bottom sheet on bottom side edges and foot end (for neatness and appearance after made.)
(16) Present invention- 5cm. curve inwards corners at top end of all four curve fitted box corners.fto give a perfect made look) "not like potato bags "
(17) Present invention- 90 degrees square corners (to fit over any size common mattress.)
(18) Present invention- has a deep 40cm. deep "box" on all four curve fitted box corners, covering depth and more of all standard mattresses without elastic.) once made, stays made , without tucking in.)

Claims

A bed sheet assembly comprising :
a bed sheet having a head end and a foot end ,the bed sheet comprising a substantially rectangular wider top sheet having two spaced apart curved fitted box corners at the foot end attached to two respective spaced apart curved fitted box corners of a substantially rectangular bottom sheet at the foot end ;the top sheet additionally attached to the bottom sheet along the respective lower side edges of the top and bottom sheets only partially starting from the foot end and progressing towards the head end , leaving the remaining portion of the respective lower sides edges , unattached to each other wherein an edge spanning between the two spaced apart curve fitted box foot end corners of the top sheet is unattached to a respective edge that spans between the two spaced apart foot end curve fitted box corners of the bottom sheet to create an opening between the two edges.
A bed sheet assembly of claim (1) wherein the top sheet is about 5% wider than the bottom sheet to lap over the bottom sheet after made and less restriction for user.
A bed sheet assembly of claim (1) wherein curvature of each of the curve fitted box corners is about 5cm. allowing moulding into top corners of mattress.
A bed assembly of claim (1) wherein the top sheet is additionally attached to the bottom sheet along the respective lower side edges at the top and bottom sheet, only partially starting from the foot end and progressing about 10cm. towards the head end, leaving the remainder proportion of the respective side edges unattached to each other, allows the user's feet to hang out the side and help top sheet stay centralize.
A bed sheet assembly of claim (1) wherein the said opening allows the feet of the user to hang out of the opening and provide ventilation to the feet.
