Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Note that the configuration shown in the drawings is merely an embodiment of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the specific configuration, and can be appropriately changed without departing from the gist of the present invention. .

In addition, in the following, an example in which a junction box and a power conditioner are provided as separate units in the apparatus is described. However, the types of equipment are limited as long as the equipment may be provided separately. It is not something.

[Section A. Configuration of power storage device]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the power storage device 1 of the present embodiment includes a storage battery unit 10, a junction box 200, a power conditioner 300 (PCS: Power Conditioner System), and a frame 80 that holds them. I have. 1 and 2 show the power storage device in a state before the exterior cover is attached, the exterior cover will be described later again with reference to other drawings. The “power storage device” may be referred to as a power storage system or a storage battery system, for example.

(A-1: Storage battery unit)
The storage battery unit 10 functions as a battery unit that stores and discharges electricity. Although the number of the storage battery units 10 is not limited, in this example, two storage battery units 10 are provided in one power storage device 1. The storage battery unit 10 is a unit in which a plurality of storage battery modules (not shown) are housed in a sealed housing. As the battery cell, a film-clad battery (a laminated lithium ion battery, for example) can be used. The storage battery unit 10 is electrically connected to a power line and a signal line through electrical connection portions 37 and 38 (see FIG. 1).

(A-2: Frame)
In this example, the frame 80 provides two upper and lower mounting spaces. As shown in FIG. 3, as shown in FIG. 3, the base plate 88, columns 81 </ b> L and 81 </ b> R erected on both ends of the base plate 88, and columns 81L, 81R and the beam member 82 spanned between 81R upper part. As the base plate 88, for example, a substantially plate-like member can be used as a whole. The beam member 82 is an example and is arranged substantially horizontally. All or almost all of the members constituting the frame 80 may be made of metal.

As shown in FIG. 3, the frame 80 is divided into a frame main body portion 80A to which equipment and a battery portion are attached and a base portion 80B provided therebelow, as shown in FIG. Can be separated.

The frame main body 80A is composed of the above-mentioned support columns 81L and 81R, the beam member 82, the base plate 88, and the like. The overall shape (contour shape seen from the front side) of the frame main body 80A is not limited, but is a square frame shape.

It should be noted that the overall shape and the like of the frame main body 80A can be appropriately changed depending on the shape of the storage battery unit 10, the junction box 200, the power conditioner 300, and the like to be mounted.

Subsequently, the base unit 80B will be described. Legs 89L and 89R are provided on the lower surface of the base plate 88. As schematically shown in FIG. 3, basically, no parts are arranged between the leg portions 89L and 89R, thereby forming a space S1. The space S1 is preferably formed to a size that allows insertion of a pallet (or pallet jack or the like) for product conveyance. Specifically, it is preferable that the width of the space S1 is, for example, not less than ½ and not more than 3/4 of the width dimension of the apparatus in terms of being able to hold the apparatus stably in a balanced manner. The width of the space S1 may be about 2/3 or less of the width dimension of the apparatus. By providing such a space S1, it becomes possible to insert a pallet jack or the like into the space S1 during the transportation of the product and transport the product with good workability. Note that the pallet jack is a device for lifting and transporting the device and is sometimes referred to as a hand fork.

Since the legs 89L and 89R have the same configuration, only one leg 89R will be described below as an example. As shown in FIG. 1, in this example, the leg portion 89R includes L-shaped leg members 89R-1 and 89R-2 provided in the vicinity of the front end portion and the rear end portion of the base plate 88, respectively. You may have.

横方向に延びる部分には、1つまたは複数のボルト通し孔89h(図1では後ろ側の脚部材89R-2のもののみ示すが、手前側の脚部材89R-1にも同様に形成されている)が形成されている。 The L-shaped leg members 89R-1 and 89R-2 may specifically have a portion extending in the vertical direction and a portion bent from the lower end portion and extending in the horizontal direction. In the laterally extending portion, one or a plurality of bolt through holes 89h (only the rear leg member 89R-2 is shown in FIG. 1, but the front leg member 89R-1 is also formed in the same manner. Is formed). The through hole 89h is a hole through which an anchor bolt is passed for mounting the device. The device is fixed by tightening the nut from above with the anchor bolt inserted into the through hole 89h.

As shown in FIG. 1, the L-shaped leg members 89R-1 and 89R-2 are attached in such a direction that the leg members 89R-1 and 89R-2 face each other (ie, bolt tightening portions). It is also preferable that they are arranged in a state where they are hidden by the side walls of the leg members 89R-1 and 89R-2 and cannot be seen from the outside. According to such a configuration, rainwater or the like can be prevented from entering the bolt tightening portion from the front side or the back side of the device in the installation state of the device. Note that only one of the leg members 89R-1 and 89R-2 may be arranged as described above.

The specific configurations of the leg portions 89L and 89R can be appropriately adopted in addition to those described above. For example, instead of a pair of leg members, the leg portion is configured by only one leg member. It may be.

(A-3: Various devices)
Next, the junction box 200 and the power conditioner 300 will be described.

The junction box 200 (see FIG. 4A) is a part for storing devices such as connection portions of various cables and a circuit breaker for wiring, and has a storage box 201. The storage box 201 includes a box-shaped box body 201A whose front side opens in the posture of FIG. 4A and a lid 201B. The storage box 201 is a hard case, for example. Any material may be used, but a case made of resin or metal may be used as an example. Any shape may be used, but in this example, a rectangular parallelepiped shape is used.

Several cables are drawn from a part of the storage box 201 (here, the lower surface as an example) (not shown), and the cables are electrically connected inside the box. The cables connected in the junction box 200 include power lines and signal lines. Examples of the power line include a cable for connecting the system power and the junction box 200, a cable for connecting the home (for example) power system and the junction box 201, and the like. For such electrical connection, a conventionally known connection method can be adopted.

It is preferable that the storage box 200 has a waterproof structure as a single unit so that rainwater or the like does not enter inside (except for a “cylindrical insertion portion 210” described later). The waterproof structure is realized, for example, by interposing a ring-shaped seal member (for example, an O-ring) between the lid 201B and the box body 201A and screwing the lid 201B to the box body 201A. It may be a thing. As a matter of course, other fixing methods other than screwing may be used to fix the lid 201B.

The power conditioner 300 (see FIG. 5) is a part having a function of converting DC and AC into each other and a function of controlling the charging / discharging operation of the power storage device. Specifically, the power conditioner 300 converts an alternating current from a commercial power source into a direct current in order to charge the storage battery (during charging), and a direct current from the storage battery when using the stored power. Built-in equipment for converting to AC current. Moreover, you may incorporate apparatuses, such as a battery management system (BMU: Battery Management System) which is a control circuit.

In addition, a conventionally well-known thing can also be utilized regarding these apparatuses. The battery management system has, for example, functions to control the charge and discharge of each cell and monitor the voltage and temperature to manage the battery. Specifically, the total voltage and the remaining capacity of each cell may be calculated in real time and displayed on a predetermined display device as necessary. Further, a warning for overdischarge and overcharge may be performed.

In the present embodiment, the power conditioner 300 has a storage case 301 for storing these devices and the like. The storage case 301 is also a hard case, for example, like the junction box, and may be a resin or metal case as a specific example. Any shape may be used, but in this example, a rectangular parallelepiped shape is used.

Although there may be an idea that the junction box 200 and the power conditioner 300 are collectively arranged in one case, providing them separately for each function as in this embodiment, for example, during product assembly and / or There is an advantage that the workability is good because the target unit becomes small at the time of maintenance.

On the other hand, when the junction box 200 and the power conditioner 300 are physically separated as described above, the electrical connection is performed by separately wiring the junction box 200 and the power conditioner 300. It is necessary to make an electrical connection with. In this case, for example, it is conceivable that a connector or wiring is drawn outside the case to make electrical connection outside. However, this may not be a problem as long as the power storage device is placed in a storage room, but in a power storage device placed outdoors, measures are taken to prevent the electrical connection from getting wet with rainwater or the like. It is required to be.

In order to realize this, as one proposal, for example, it is conceivable to use a waterproof connector. However, such a structure complicates the structure, and there is a risk that the components themselves must be expensive.

Therefore, in the present embodiment, a physical connection is made between a part of the junction box 200 and the power-conditioning 300, and the wiring is drawn out to the other container through the connection portion, and an electrical connection is made in the container. By doing so, it is possible to eliminate the need for routing the wiring outside the case or connecting a connector or the like. This will be described in detail below.

(A-4: Connection structure)
As shown in FIG. 4A, the junction box 200 has a cylindrical insertion portion 210 formed on the side surface of the storage box 201. The cylindrical insertion part 210 is formed so as to protrude from the side surface of the storage box 201, and more specifically, has a double cylinder structure having an inner cylinder 203 and an outer cylinder 205. As an example, the inner cylinder 203 and the outer cylinder 205 are arranged concentrically.

The contour shape of the inner cylinder 203 and the outer cylinder 205 is a slightly vertically long oval in this example. However, the contour shape may be an arbitrary shape, for example, a circle, an ellipse, a rectangle, a polygon, or the like. Of the two cylinders 203 and 205, the inner cylinder 203 is inserted into an opening on the power conditioner side described later, and the outer cylinder 205 is not inserted into the opening.

FIG. 4B is a cross-sectional view of the cylindrical insertion portion 210 cut in the horizontal direction (partition plate 203a (described later) in the inner cylinder is not shown). As can be seen from this figure, the inner cylinder 203 protrudes from the outer cylinder 205. An annular groove 207 is formed between the inner cylinder 203 and the outer cylinder 205. The annular groove 207 is a slightly vertically long oval corresponding to the shape of the inner cylinder 203 and the outer cylinder 205. The width of the groove may be substantially the same throughout its circumference.

The seal member 222 is fitted in the groove 207. Examples of the material of the seal member 222 include elastic bodies such as rubber and foam. The seal member 222 may or may not be formed in a ring shape in advance. For example, one or a plurality of members may be combined to form a ring shape or a shape close thereto. In this case, one or a plurality of members may have (i) a predetermined shape (for example, a circle or a shape corresponding to the groove 207) in a state before being fitted into the groove 207. (Ii) A linear member may be fitted into the groove 207.

As a specific example, one linear member may be fitted so that the joint portion is below the groove 207. In the joint portion, the end portions of the members do not necessarily need to be in close contact with each other, and a gap (for example, 1 mm to 10 mm) may be generated. Even if such a gap is generated, if the joint portion is located below the groove 207, it is difficult for rainwater to enter from there. Of course, the end portions of the members may be bonded with an adhesive or the like.

Referring to the cross-sectional shape of the seal member 222, it may be rectangular as shown in FIG. 4B. In addition, for example, a circle, an ellipse, a polygon, or the like may be used. The cross-sectional shape of the seal member 222 and the cross-sectional shape of the groove 207 may be substantially the same shape (the seal member is slightly smaller to the extent that the seal member can enter the groove).

In another aspect, a gap is generated between the seal member 222 and the groove 207 before connection. However, when the connection is established, the seal member 222 may be crushed to fill the groove 207.

As shown in FIG. 4B, the end surface 222 a of the seal member 222 is in a position protruding from the tip of the outer cylinder 205 and reaches the tip of the inner cylinder 203. There is no position. Although depending on the hardness of the seal member 222 and the like, the protruding amount of the end surface 222a of the seal member 222 from the tip of the outer cylinder 205 may be, for example, about 1 mm to 5 mm.

Referring to FIG. 4A again, a partition plate 203a is formed inside the inner cylinder 203, and a space inside the inner cylinder is divided into two. The inner cylinder 203 is a part from which various wires are drawn out from the devices in the junction box 200. It is preferable that the inner cylinder is partitioned into a plurality of spaces as described above from the following viewpoints. That is, the generation of noise on the signal line can be reduced by making one space pass the power line and let the other space pass the signal line. In addition, you may make it arrange | position a shielding material for more effective reduction of noise.

(Opening of the inverter)
In the power conditioner 300, an opening 301h is formed in a part of the surface of the storage case 301 that faces the junction box 200 (see FIGS. 4B and 5).

The opening 301 h is formed in an oval shape that is slightly larger than the inner cylinder 203 as an example, corresponding to the contour shape of the inner cylinder 203. The opening 301h is not particularly limited in outline shape and size as long as the tip of the inner cylinder 203 can be inserted, and need not necessarily correspond to the outline shape of the inner cylinder 203. Absent. For example, it may be a simple rectangular shape into which the inner cylinder 203 can be inserted, and such a rectangular opening may be preferable in that it can be easily manufactured and manufacturing costs can be reduced.

As shown in FIG. 5, mounting members 317 for fixing the ribs 217 of the cylindrical insertion portion 210 are provided above and below the opening portion 301 h of the storage case 301 so as to protrude from the side wall.

(Slide mechanism and fixing mechanism)
In the present embodiment, a slide mechanism for sliding the junction box 200 is further configured. This will be described below.

2 and 4A, in the example of the present embodiment, the junction box 200 is fixed to the frame 80 using a first connection plate 261 and a second connection plate 263.

The first connection plate 261 connects the storage box 201 of the junction box 200 and the beam member 82 of the frame 80. Specifically, one end side (the lower side in the figure) of the connecting plate 261 is fixed to a part of the storage case 201, and the upper side, which is the other end side, is bent into a U shape, 82 is hooked. Although a specific shape can be changed as appropriate, for example, as shown in FIG. 4C, an upper end 261 a inserted into a slit 82 s formed in the beam member 82 (along the extending direction of the slit in the slit 82 s). The connecting plate 261 may be used. As to a more specific structure of the upper end 261a, as shown in FIG. 4C, the tip of the upper end 261a is slightly bent to form an inclined surface 261a-1 so as to facilitate insertion into the slit 82s. It is also preferable.

Referring again to FIG. 2, a long hole 261 s is also formed on the side surface of the connecting plate 261, and the long hole 261 s and the screw sw 82 attached to the beam member 82 act to form a junction box 200. It may be configured to be a second guide for sliding movement. The screw sw82 may play a role of finally fixing the connection plate 261 to the beam member 82.

The second connection plate 263 connects the side surface of the storage case 201 of the junction box 200 to one column 81 </ b> L of the frame 80.

(About installation)
For example, the junction box 200 is mounted as follows.

First, the power conditioner 300 is assembled and fixed to the frame 80. Any fixing method may be used for the frame 80. In the present embodiment, for example, the upper portion of the storage case 301 and the beam member 82 are fixed by a connecting plate 265-1 (see FIG. 5) and stored. The lower part of the case 301 and the lower beam member 83 are fixed by another connecting plate 265-2.

In this state, the lid 301B (see FIG. 2) of the storage case 301 is removed from the case body 301A. This is because it is necessary to connect a cable or the like from the junction box 200 into the power conditioner after the junction box described below is attached.

Next, the junction box 200 is attached to the beam member 82 of the frame 80 in such a positional relationship that the inner cylinder 203 of the cylindrical insertion portion 210 does not enter the opening 301h. Specifically, the first and second connection plates 261 and 263 are attached to the storage box 201 of the junction box 200, and then the distal end side of the upper end portion 261a of the first connection plate 261 is inserted into the slit 82s. As a result, the junction box 200 is slidable along the beam member 82. In addition, (i) In this state, the screw sw82 is passed through the elongated hole 261s of the first connecting plate 261, but is not completely tightened. (Ii) From the inner cylinder of the cylindrical insertion portion 210, although not shown, various wirings are extended. These wirings are connected to predetermined connection portions inside the power conditioner 300.

As described above, with the junction box 200 being slidably held on the frame 80, the junction box 200 is then moved to the power conditioner 300 side. This will be described with reference to FIG. 4B.

4B (a), when the junction box 200 is moved to the power conditioner 300 side, first, the distal end side of the inner cylinder 203 is inserted into the opening 301h of the storage case 301. When it is further moved, as shown in 4B (b), the distal end side of the inner cylinder 203 enters a predetermined position in the storage case 301, and the end surface 222a of the seal member 222 is in close contact with the side surface of the storage case 301.

After moving the junction box 200 to the position of FIG. 4B (b), the connection plates 261 and 263 (see FIG. 2) are screwed and fixed to the frame 80. Further, the upper and lower ribs 217 of the cylindrical insertion portion 210 and the upper and lower mounting members 317 of the opening 301 h of the power conditioner 300 are fixed. These fixings may be performed using any fixing tool, and may be a screw, a screw and nut, a snap fit, or the like. Thereby, the junction box 200 and the power conditioner 300 are connected and fixed to each other.

4B (b), the sealing member 222 is sandwiched between the side surface of the storage case 301 and the bottom surface of the groove 207 in a slightly compressed state, thereby obtaining a sealing action.

In the present embodiment, the outer cylinder 205 substantially covers the outer peripheral surface of the seal member 222 in the radial direction in this state. That is, the outer cylinder 205 is configured such that the tip of the outer cylinder 205 is in contact with or close to the side wall of the storage case 301 (refers to a gap of 2 mm or less, 1 mm or less, or 0.5 mm or less). According to such a configuration, even if rainwater or the like enters the apparatus, the seal member 222 itself is covered by the outer cylinder 205, so that rainwater or the like hardly reaches the seal member 222 in the first place. Therefore, it is possible to more reliably prevent moisture from entering the junction box 200 and the power conditioner 300 through the seal member 222.

Regarding electrical connection between the devices, predetermined wiring (power supply line, signal line, etc.) extending from the cylindrical insertion portion 210 of the junction box 200 is electrically connected to the predetermined device in the power conditioner 300. Do by connecting to.

After the electrical connection is completed, the lids 201 and 301 of the junction box 200 and / or the power conditioner 300 are screwed to seal the junction box 200 and / or the power conditioner 300.

In addition, if necessary, the electrical storage device can be manufactured by performing predetermined electrical connection and attaching an exterior cover (this will be described again with reference to other drawings in detail).

Note that the order of assembly described above is merely an example, and the order of each step may be changed as appropriate.

As described above, according to the configuration described in this section, the connection mechanism that connects the junction box 200 that is the first storage body of the power storage device 1 and the power conditioner 300 that is the second storage body, Since the cylindrical insertion portion 210 and the opening 301h into which the cylindrical insertion portion 210 is inserted are provided, the two storage bodies can be connected to each other via the cylindrical insertion portion 210 and the like, and are electrically connected through the wiring into the cylindrical insertion portion 210. It can be performed. Therefore, it is not necessary to pull out the wiring from the housing and make an electrical connection outside.

In addition, the cylindrical insertion part and the opening part may be arranged in reverse. For example, it is good also as a structure which provides an opening part in the junction box side, and provides a cylindrical insertion part in the power conditioner side. In addition, it is possible to appropriately change which of the junction box and the power conditioner is slidable. In another aspect, both may be slidable. Regarding the peripheral structure of the “opening”, in addition to the configuration in which the opening is simply formed in the flat plate-like member as in the above-described embodiment, for example, a receiving side cylindrical portion or the like surrounding the opening is formed. May be.

[Section B. (External cover)
Next, with reference to FIGS. 6A to 6E and FIG. 7, the exterior cover 600 of the power storage device 1 of this embodiment and the mounting structure thereof will be described.

The exterior cover 600 is a cover attached to the frame 80 and serves to cover and protect various devices inside the apparatus and to provide a design appearance of the apparatus. The specific shape of the exterior cover 600 and the number of parts to be configured can be appropriately changed. The example described below is only one embodiment of the present invention with reference to specific drawings.

6A, 6B, and 7, in this example, the exterior cover 600 includes a main body cover 610, side wall covers 620L and 620R, a top cover 631, and a rear cover 635. Hereinafter, the top cover 631 and the rear cover 635 may be collectively referred to as a back cover 630.

(B-1: Body cover)
As shown in FIG. 6A, the main body cover 610 has an upper surface portion 611 that covers the upper portion of the apparatus and a front portion 613 that covers the front of the apparatus. The main body cover 610 may be made of metal or resin, but in this example, it may be a single resin molded product. In addition, it is good also as a structure which combined them as a separate component from the components corresponded to the upper surface part 611, and the components corresponded to the front part 613. FIG.

The horizontal width of the main body cover 610 is larger than the horizontal width of the frame 80. Thereby, the internal junction box 200, the power conditioner 300, the two storage battery units 10 and the like are entirely covered.

The upper surface portion 611 is substantially plate-shaped, and may be formed horizontally or may be inclined. In this example, the inclined surface is such that the front side of the apparatus is lowered. An advantage of the inclined surface is that dust and rainwater hardly accumulate on the upper surface portion 611.

As shown in FIG. 6C, overhang portions 614 are formed at both ends of the connection portion where the upper surface portion 611 and the front surface portion 613 are connected (only one is shown in the figure but on both sides in the width direction of the body cover 610). Is formed. The overhang portion 614 plays a role of defining the attachment position of the side wall cover 620.

(B-2: Side wall cover)
Since the side wall covers 620L and 620R are basically formed symmetrically, the following description will be given without distinguishing between left and right (hereinafter also simply referred to as “side wall cover 620” without distinguishing left and right). The side wall cover 620 may also be made of metal or resin, but in this example, it may be a single resin molded product.

Side wall cover 620 is a substantially plate-like panel having a height similar to that of power storage device 1. Although the overall shape may be a simple planar shape, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6D, the first extending in the front-rear direction (the direction based on the power storage device) along the side surface of the device. A portion 620-1 and a second portion 620-2 bent so as to wrap around from the rear end portion toward the back side of the apparatus.

In the side cover 620, ribs 623a and 623b are formed along the sides on the upper side and the side on the front side of the apparatus. The ribs 623a and 623b are portions that engage with the inner sides of the upper surface portion 611 and the front surface portion 613 of the main body cover 610, respectively, during assembly.

Although not limited thereto, the side wall cover 620 is configured to be inside the upper surface portion 611 of the main body cover 610 in a state where it is combined with the main body cover 610, for example, as shown in FIG. 6B. (In other words, the entire side wall cover 620 is hidden by the main body cover 610 when viewed from above) is preferable in one embodiment. This is because rainwater or the like is unlikely to enter the apparatus from the joint between the parts.

(B-3: Back cover)
Next, the back cover will be described. As shown in FIG. 7, the back cover 630 is a cover that at least partially covers the back side of the power storage device 1. In the present embodiment, the back cover 630 includes a top cover 631 and a rear cover 635. The top cover 631 and the rear cover 635 may be made of metal or resin, but are made of metal in this example.

The rear cover 635 will be described first. In the present embodiment, the rear cover 635 has a shape that covers only a part of the back surface of the power storage device 1 (specifically, about half of the upper side of the device as an example). . Thereby, below the rear cover 635 is an opening 640 where no housing cover exists. But as another electrical storage apparatus of an aspect, what is provided with the additional panel (not shown) which plugs up this opening part 640 may be sufficient.

In the present embodiment, the rear cover 635 is formed to have a size that covers at least the jack box and the power conditioner. Although not particularly limited, the rear cover 635 is arranged vertically or substantially vertically. Of course, it may be arranged to be inclined at a predetermined angle.

A part of the rear cover 635 is formed with a heat radiating hole group T2 for releasing heat inside the apparatus. This will be described later with reference to other drawings.

The top cover 631 is a member formed smaller than the rear cover 635, and is disposed so as to close the opening between the edge of the rear cover 635 and the edge of the main body cover 610. Although not limited, the top cover 631 is arranged not inclined but inclined. A part of the top cover 631 is also formed with a heat radiating hole group T1 for releasing heat inside the apparatus, which will be described later with reference to other drawings.

Several features of the exterior cover will be described below.
(B-4. Range covered by exterior cover)
In the power storage device 1 of the present embodiment, the exterior cover (in particular, the main body cover 610 and the two side wall covers 620L and 620R) includes a frame main body portion 80A to which devices are attached, and a base provided under the frame. It is preferable that both the base portion 80B (see FIG. 3) is covered as a whole. According to such a configuration, for example, rainwater, dust, or the like is prevented from entering the inside of the power storage device 1 on the front side and side surface side, the power storage device 1 breaks down, corrosion of the tightening portion of the anchor bolt, and the like. Can be prevented over a long period of time.

More specifically, it is preferable that the base 80B (that is, the legs 89L and 89R) is entirely covered. In an example, the base portion is configured such that the distance between the lower ends of the body cover 610 and the side cover 620 and the lowermost surfaces of the legs 89L and 89R is 10 mm or less, preferably 5 mm or less, more preferably 3 mm or less. 80B may be entirely covered (see FIG. 6A).

The leg portions 89L and 89R of the base portion 80B are structural portions for fixing the entire apparatus using anchor bolts and nuts, and the structure is such that rainwater, dust, and the like are difficult to enter. This is advantageous in that corrosion of the fixed portion can be prevented.

(B-5. Mounting structure of side wall cover to frame)
The side wall cover 620 of the present embodiment is configured so that temporary fixing to the frame 80 can be performed without using screws or the like.

Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 6D and 6E, an engagement portion 670 that engages with a receiving portion (detailed below) formed on the frame 80 is formed inside the side wall cover 620. Here, as an example, three engaging portions 670-1 to 670-3 of a lower stage, a middle stage, and an upper stage are formed. Since the engaging portions 670-1 to 670-3 have the same shape, only one will be described below as an example.

In the present embodiment, an example in which three engaging portions 670-1 to 670-3 are provided will be described. However, as other forms, only one is formed, only two are formed, and 4 One or more formed may be used.

FIG. 8A is an enlarged perspective view showing the engaging portion 670. As shown in this figure, the engaging portion 670 has a rising portion 671 protruding from the wall surface of the side wall cover 620R, and an insertion piece 672 from the end of the rising portion 671 downward. . A plurality of reinforcing ribs 677 are formed above the rising portion 671.

The insertion piece 672 may have any shape as long as it can be inserted into the receiving portions 95 and 96 (FIG. 8B). In this example, the insertion piece 672 has a substantially plate shape. The plate thickness of the insertion piece 672 may be the same on the upper side and the lower side, but may be formed in a tapered shape in which the thickness gradually decreases as it goes downward. The insertion piece can also be expressed as an insertion claw, for example.

Further, the width of the insertion piece 672 is formed so as to be able to be inserted into receiving portions 95 and 96 (FIG. 8B) described later. The width of the insertion piece 672 may be the same on the upper side and the lower side, but in this example, the insertion piece 672 is formed in a tapered shape that gradually becomes narrower as it goes downward. Although not limited, the lower end corner portion of the insertion portion 672 may be chamfered to facilitate insertion of the insertion portion 672.

In the present embodiment, a recess 672a is formed in a part of the insertion piece 672 so as to be partially cut out from the lower end side. When forming the insertion piece 672 having such a shape, it is necessary to perform molding by moving the slide core along the extending direction of the insertion piece 672 as a mold. By forming the recess 672a and reducing the area of the insertion piece 672 as in the present embodiment, the contact area becomes smaller and the insertion piece 672 can be easily removed from the mold, and the molding is performed well. .

Subsequently, the structure portion that receives the engaging portion 670 will be described. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of receiving portions 95-1, 95-2, 95-3, and 96 are provided on the side surfaces of the frame columns 81L and 81R (only the column 81R is shown in the figure). -1 and 96-2 are formed.

The receiving portions 95-1, 95-2, and 95-3 are formed in the lower, middle, and upper stages so as to correspond to the lower, middle, and upper engaging portions 670-1 to 670-3 of the side wall cover 620. Yes. The receiving portions 95-1, 95-2, and 95-3 are for positioning the side wall cover 620 at the final mounting position of the product, and can also be referred to as “first group receiving portions”. .

On the other hand, the receiving portions 96-1 and 96-2 are provided at positions where the receiving portions 95-1 and 95-2 are shifted upward by a predetermined dimension while maintaining the mutual positional relationship. is there. Although the details will be described later, this is for positioning the exterior cover 600 at a position shifted upward from the final mounting position at the time of storage and transportation of the product. Part ".

Although the receiving part has been described above as having a branch number attached to the reference numerals 95 and 96 due to the difference in the role thereof, the receiving part may have the same shape. The description will be made simply as “receiving portion 95”, “receiving portion 95 (96)”, and the like.

As shown in FIG. 8B, each receiving portion 95 (96) has a pair of receiving pieces 97, 97 formed integrally with the support column 81 of the frame. The receiving piece 97 has a first portion 97a protruding from the side surface 81a of the support column 81 by cutting and raising a part of the member, and a second portion 97b bent from the first portion 97a.

Roughly speaking, the receiving piece 97 has a shape that is bent so as to be substantially L-shaped. The pair of receiving pieces 97 are arranged so as to face each other at a predetermined distance in the lateral direction. A space surrounded by the pair of receiving pieces 97 and the side surface 81a of the support column becomes a portion into which the insertion piece 672 of the engaging portion 670 described above enters.

Note that the second portion 97b of the receiving piece 97 may have a simple straight shape, for example, a simple structure in which the first portion 97a and the second portion 97b are substantially orthogonal to each other. However, in the present embodiment, the second portion 97b has the following shape. The relationship after engagement will be described with reference to FIG.

In other words, in the configuration of the present embodiment, the receiving piece 97 of the receiving portions 95 and 96 has an intermediate portion in which the second portion 97b, which is the tip side portion, is bent from the first portion 97a at a predetermined angle. A portion 97b-1 and a tip portion 97b-2 further bent therefrom are provided. The intermediate portion 97b-1 extends so as to gradually approach the side wall cover 620 side, and the front end portion 97b-2 extends in a direction (one example) parallel to the side wall cover 620.

When the receiving piece 97 has a simple L-shape, the dimension gap between the insertion piece 672 and the side wall cover 620 is reduced or molded in order to reduce the backlash in the left-right direction of the side wall cover 620 (see FIG. 8D). The dimensional accuracy and shape accuracy required for the product may be severe. On the other hand, according to the shape of the receiving piece 97 as in the present embodiment, when the insertion piece 672 is inserted into the receiving portion, the insertion piece 672 is between the pair of receiving pieces 97 and the position in the left-right direction is within a predetermined range. On the other hand (due to the guide action obtained by bringing both end portions in the width direction of the insertion piece 672 into contact with or approaching the inner surface of the inclined intermediate portion 97b-1 of each receiving piece 97), This is because the front end portion 97b-2 is in contact with or close to the inner surface of the side wall cover 620 and is regulated in position.

(B-6: Attaching the exterior cover)
The side wall cover 620 configured as described above receives three engaging portions 670-1 to 670-3 (see, for example, FIG. 6E) with respect to the column 81 of the frame 80, or receiving portions 95-1 to 95-3 or It can be attached by engaging with the receiving parts 96-1, 96-2 (for example, see FIG. 1).

In the present embodiment, the engaging portion is three places, the upper stage, the middle stage, and the lower stage, but it may be one place, two places, or four places or more as described above. However, in the case where the side wall cover 620 which is a relatively long member as in the present embodiment is attached, when the configuration is such that the upper portion, the middle portion, and the lower portion are engaged with each other, it occurs due to the convenience of molding. The side wall cover 620 can be satisfactorily attached to the frame 80 while correcting the deformation of the side wall cover.

In the present embodiment, the mounting position of the exterior cover 600 can be changed between before the installation of the product and in the final installation state. This will be described with reference to FIG.

(1) Cover Position Before Installation FIG. 9 schematically shows the frame 80 and the exterior cover 620. As shown in FIG. 9A, the exterior cover 620 is attached to a “second position” that is higher than the final attachment position (referred to as the first position) before the apparatus is installed. It is done.

The “second position” refers to a position where the base portion of the frame 80 is exposed, in other words, a position where the leg portions 89L and 89R and the space S1 between them are exposed. In this state, since the space S1 is exposed, the product can be transported by placing a transport pallet or a pallet jack or the like here. Further, since the leg portions 89L and 89R are exposed, it is possible to perform a tightening operation between the leg portions 89L and 89R and an anchor bolt (not shown).

In order to achieve the “first position”, the engaging portions 670-1 and 670-2 of the respective side wall covers 620 are engaged with the receiving portions 96-1 and 96-2 of the column 81 of the frame 80. That's fine. Thereby, each side wall cover 620 is attached to the second position that is higher than the final attachment position.

The main body cover 610 of the exterior cover 600 is not directly fixed to the frame 80, but is fixed to the side wall cover 620 to be higher than the final mounting position like the side wall cover 620. be able to. The main body cover 610 and the side wall cover 620 may be fixed by any method. As an example, as shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, screwing at one position (connecting portion F1) on the side surface of the apparatus. You may fix by.

(2) Cover position at the time of installation After the product is transported to a predetermined installation position, the worker performs the tightening work of the leg portions 89L and 89R and anchor bolts (not shown), and the wiring work is completed ( These operations may be performed with the exterior cover 600 removed from the frame 80), and the exterior cover 620 is attached to the "first position" that is the final attachment position.

In this case, the engaging portions 670-1, 670-2, 670-3 of the side wall cover 620 may be engaged with the receiving portions 95-1, 95-2, 95-3 of the column 81 of the frame 80. . Thereafter, the main body cover 610 is attached so as to be positioned with respect to the side wall covers 620L and 620R on both sides, and the side wall covers 620L and 620R and the main body cover 610 are fixed by screwing at the connection portion F1.

As described above, the exterior cover 600 is fixed at the final mounting position.

As described above, according to the configuration described in this section, the side wall cover can be attached only by engaging the engaging portion 670 formed on the side wall cover 620 with the receiving portion 95 of the frame 80, etc. It can be attached and detached very easily (screwing or the like may be performed separately for final fixing).

In the above example, the example in which the engaging portion is provided on the side wall cover and the receiving portion is provided on the support column has been described. However, these may be reversed.

[Section C. About heat dissipation mechanism
Next, the heat dissipation mechanism of the power storage device of this embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.

As shown in FIG. 10, in this embodiment, in order to release the heat generated in the power conditioner 300 when the product is used, heat radiating fins 380 are provided in a part of the storage case 301.

As the heat dissipating fins 380, the specific size, shape, structure, and the like can be variously changed as long as they are attached to the storage case 301 and can release the heat.

The radiating fin 380 in this example is attached to one of the surfaces constituting the storage case 301. Specifically, it may be attached to the maximum area surface of the storage case 301. Moreover, it is preferable in one form that it is attached to the whole surface (example of FIG. 10), but it is not necessarily limited to this. For example, the size of the radiating fin 380 may be 50% or more, 70% or more, or 90% or more in terms of an area ratio with respect to a surface to which the radiating fin 380 is attached.

Regarding the structure of the heat radiation fin 380 itself, a structure having a plurality of fins 381 may be used. In one example, the fins 381 are formed in parallel to each other. It is preferable from the viewpoint of efficient heat dissipation that the heat dissipating fins 380 are attached in such a posture that the fins 381 extend in the vertical direction.

Further, the heat radiating fin may be composed of (i) a plate-like base material and a plurality of fins formed thereon, or (ii) a plurality of uneven portions are formed on one plate material. Then, it may have a heat dissipation action. The material of the radiating fin is made of metal, for example. Further, the radiating fins may be attached to the outside of the storage case (made of metal in one example) of the inverter, or the radiating fins themselves are configured as one surface (or at least a part thereof) of the storage case. May be.

Regarding the position of the radiating fins 380 with respect to the entire apparatus, it is preferable that the radiating fins 380 be disposed relatively on the upper side in the apparatus. For example, it is also preferable to arrange it above the half of the overall height of the entire apparatus from the viewpoint of efficient heat dissipation.

Regarding the positional relationship in the front-rear direction of the apparatus, it is also preferable that the heat dissipating fins 380 be positioned on the back side as much as possible (for example, on the back side from the center in the front-rear direction of the apparatus). This is because, in the case of the configuration in which the radiating fins 380 are on the back side, the radiating holes (detailed below) of the exterior cover 600 are also located on the back side, and it is not necessary to provide the radiating holes at positions that are easily noticeable. It is because it is preferable at this point.

In addition to the viewpoint of design, this type of power storage device is often installed close to the outer wall of a building. Therefore, in this case, the possibility that rainwater or the like enters is higher on the front side than on the rear side. The fact that the heat radiating fins 380 are located closer to the back of the device (and consequently the heat radiating holes are also located closer to the back) is advantageous in that the entry of rainwater or the like from the heat radiating holes can be further reduced. .

Next, the relationship between the heat radiating fins 380 and other members of the apparatus (exterior cover 600, frame 80) will be described in detail. It is preferable that an opening or a heat radiating hole for releasing heat from the heat radiating fin 380 upward is formed in the member disposed above the heat radiating fin 380.

In this embodiment, an opening 82h is formed in the beam member 82 of the frame 80, and heat radiation hole groups T1 and T2 are formed in a part of the exterior cover 600. These are not necessarily all essential to the present invention, and are appropriately changed or omitted based on the performance of the power conditioner 300, the size of the heat dissipating fins 380, the upper limit temperature required for the product, and the like. be able to.

In this example, the opening 82h (see FIGS. 10 and 11) of the beam member 82 is formed in a region of the beam member 82 that is above the radiation fin 380. The shape of each opening 82h is not limited at all, and may be any shape such as a circle, an oval, a rectangle, a polygon, and a slit.

If the beam member 82 does not exist in the region above the heat dissipating fins 380, there is a possibility that such an opening 82h may not be provided. Instead, if some other member is present in the region above the heat dissipating fins 380 and that is capable of inhibiting heat dissipation, the member may be provided with an opening. preferable.

(Top cover and rear cover)
As shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the top cover 631 is formed with a heat radiation hole group T1. The heat dissipation hole group T1 is a part in which a plurality of openings 631h are formed over a certain range. The shape of each opening 631h may be any shape such as a circle, an oval, a rectangle, a polygon, and a slit. In this example, a plurality of slit-shaped openings 631h are arranged in the horizontal direction.

However, since the opening 631h is formed in the exterior cover 600, for example, the opening 631h should be formed to a size that does not allow a child's finger to enter (for example, a size that prevents insertion of a member having a diameter of 5 mm). Is also preferable.

As a specific example, the radiating hole group T1 may be formed in a range (see dimension L1) wider than the lateral width of the radiating fin 380, as shown in FIG. However, the heat radiating hole group T1 may be formed in the same extent as the lateral width of the radiating fin 380 or in a narrower range.

The heat radiation hole group T2 is formed in the rear cover 635. The heat dissipation hole group T2 is a part in which a plurality of openings 635h are formed over a certain range. As for the shape of each opening 635h, any shape such as a circle, an oval, a rectangle, a polygon, and a slit may be used as described above.

In this example, a plurality of slit-shaped opening portions 635h are formed in a staggered manner by shifting the positions in the vertical direction. Like the top cover 631, the slit-shaped openings 635h may be formed in two upper and lower stages so that they are not arranged in a staggered pattern but simply arranged in the horizontal direction. In the case of arrangement, there is an advantage that it is difficult to reduce the rigidity of the heat dissipation hole group T2.

The opening 635h is also preferably formed to a size that does not allow a child's finger to enter (for example, such a size that a member having a diameter of 5 mm cannot be inserted).

As shown in FIG. 12, the position and region where the heat radiation hole group T2 is formed may be formed in a range equal to or wider than the lateral width of the heat radiation fin 380 (see dimension L2). However, the heat radiation hole group T2 may be formed in a range narrower than the lateral width of the heat radiation fin 380.

Speaking of the relationship between the heat dissipation hole group T1 and the heat dissipation hole group T2, the relatively upper heat dissipation hole group T1 may be formed wider (L1> L2). Further, the total opening area of the heat dissipation hole group T1 may be formed larger than the total opening area of the heat dissipation hole group T2.

From the viewpoint of efficient heat radiation, the heat radiation hole group T2 is preferably at a position not lower than the height (see the broken line in FIG. 3) where the heat radiation fins 380 are disposed, and more preferably, the heat radiation hole T2. May be the same height as the area of the heat radiation fins 380 (in other words, the state where the heat radiation hole group T2 overlaps the area of the heat radiation fins 380).

As described above, according to the configuration described in this section, since the heat radiating fins 380 are provided in a part of the power conditioner 300 whose temperature can be increased during use, the power conditioner 380 is provided via the heat radiating fins 380. The heat generated in can be dissipated well and released.

In the above description, the configuration according to one embodiment of the present invention has been described with reference to the drawings. However, the present invention can be variously modified without departing from the spirit thereof, and may have the following configuration, for example.

FIG. 13A schematically shows an exterior cover that covers the device (as viewed from the back side). In the above-described embodiment, the exterior cover 600 including the main body cover 610, the left and right side wall covers 620, and the back cover 630 is illustrated, but the shape of the exterior cover, the number of components, and the like can be appropriately changed. is there.

The exterior cover A600 in FIG. 13A has a front surface A600-F, an upper surface A600-T, side walls A600-L, A600-R, and a back surface A600-RR. It is good also as a comprised exterior cover. Alternatively, the rear A600-RR and other parts may be separate components.

Referring to this figure, supplementing the explanation regarding the heat dissipation hole groups T1 and T2, the heat dissipation hole groups T1 and T2 may be formed in one back cover A630. The back cover A630 illustrated here has a flat shape, but as shown in FIG. 13B, there is only one member, but the surfaces facing different directions (for example, the top cover of the above embodiment and The heat radiation hole groups T1 and T2 may be formed in the back cover A630 ′ including a plurality of surfaces corresponding to the rear cover.

FIG. 14 shows another example of the exterior cover A600. As in the example of this figure, the shape of the exterior cover A600 may be a shape that covers the entire apparatus, and the opening A640 may be formed in a part of the back cover A630. Although there is only one opening A640 here, it is needless to say that a plurality of openings may be provided.

15 and 16, another aspect of the “receiving part” and another aspect of the “engaging part” will be described. The receiving portion A95 shown in FIG. 15 is configured by attaching a receiving member A97 to the side surface of the support column 81. The receiving member A97 is formed, for example, such that a part of the sheet metal member becomes a convex portion, and the flat portions on both sides of the convex portion are fixed to the side surfaces of the column. Fixing can be performed by screwing or welding.

FIG. 16 shows an example in which the engaging portion A670 is configured by a plurality of ribs A677. A part of the rib A677 serves as an insertion portion A677a to be inserted into the receiving portion. By forming a plurality of such ribs A677 in the lateral direction, the engaging portion A670 is configured.

This application includes the following inventions:
In addition, the code | symbol in a parenthesis is attached | subjected for reference and is not the intention which limits this invention at all.
1. A: a frame (80) for holding at least a chargeable / dischargeable battery unit (10);
B: an exterior cover (600: 610, 620L, 620R) covering the frame (80);

c2: receiving portions (95, 96) formed on the other of the exterior cover and the frame and engaged with the engaging portions;
A power storage device (1).

According to such a configuration, since the exterior cover can be attached to the frame by the engaging action of the “engaging portion” and the “receiving portion”, the attachment / detachment is very easy. In addition to fixing by such engagement, the cover may be fixed by, for example, screwing. In this case, for example, as compared with the case where the main fixing is performed only by screwing, the number of screw fixing points for the main fixing is small. As an example of the engagement between the “engaging portion” and the “receiving portion”, the engaging portion (for example, a claw) is moved in the vertical direction so that it enters the receiving portion and engages. It may be a thing. The “engagement portion formed on one of the exterior cover and the frame” means that the engagement portion is provided on the exterior cover or the like via a predetermined member in addition to the case where the engagement portion is directly provided on the exterior cover or the like. The case where it is attached (attached) is also included. Even if it is such a structure, it is because the effect by one form of this invention is show | played similarly.
