本申请要求于2014年10月29日提交中国专利局、申请号为201410596661.5、发明名称为“一种冰箱”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及冰箱技术领域,尤其涉及一种冰箱。
随着人们生活水平的提高,高档冰箱越来越受到消费者的青睐,而自动制冰机是高档冰箱的重要标志之一,一般说来,国内外知名品牌的高档冰箱上都有自动制冰机。
参照图1,以一种法式电冰箱为例,自动制冰机包括制冰室01、制冰室门02和分配器(图中未示出),以及设置在制冰室01内壁上的制冰机03和储冰盒04,制冰机03制作好的冰块通过出冰道进入储冰盒04,储冰盒04中的冰块由分配器排出冰箱外,供用户使用。
由于制冰机03和储冰盒04上下安装在了制冰室01的内壁上,制冰机03周围的空间有限,造成清洁和维修的不便。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供一种冰箱,可解决现有技术中冰箱的制冰机不方便安装、维修及清洁的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的实施例采用如下技术方案:
一种冰箱,包括冰箱门,所述冰箱门的内壁上设有制冰室,所述制冰室的开口处设有制冰室门,所述制冰室门内侧安装有制冰机,当所述制冰室门关闭时,所述制冰室门可将所述制冰室的开口封闭,且所述制冰机位于所述制冰室内。
本发明实施例提供的冰箱,制冰机设置于制冰室门上,当制冰室门关闭时,制冰机可正常工作,当制冰机进行安装和维修时,由于现有技术中制冰机下面设有储冰盒,左侧、右侧和上侧有制冰室壁的遮挡,操作空间较小,而本发明实施例所述的制冰机安装于制
冰室门上,安装和维修时,将制冰室门打开,此时,制冰机周围基本没有什么遮挡,可操作空间较大,因此,将制冰机设置于制冰室门上,不仅便于制冰机的安装和维修,而且方便用户对制冰机进行清洁。

本发明实施例提供的冰箱,制冰机4设置于制冰室门3上,当制冰室门3关闭时,制冰机4可正常工作,当制冰机进行安装和维修时,由于现有技术中制冰机4下面设有储冰盒,左侧、右侧和上侧有制冰室壁的遮挡,可操作空间较小,而本发明实施例所述的制冰机4安装于制冰室门3上,安装和维修时,将制冰室门3打开,此时,制冰机4周围基本没有什么遮挡,可操作空间较大,因此,将制冰机4设置于制冰室门3上,不仅便于制冰机4的安装和维修,而且方便用户对制冰机4进行清洁。
为方便储存制冰机4制作好的冰块,制冰室2内设有储冰盒5,当制冰室门3关闭时,制冰机4位于储冰盒5的上方,此外,制冰机4内还设有制冰格(图中未示出),需要制冰时,将制冰室门3关闭,在制冰机4的制冰格内冲入适量的水,冰块制作好后即存在制冰格中,此时,制冰机4可以翻转和拧转制冰格,使得制作好的冰块可顺利落入储冰盒5中储存。
参照图3和图4,为将制冰机4固定于制冰室门3上,设置有制冰机支架6,制冰机4固定于制冰机支架6上,然后制冰机支架6与制冰室门3通过连接螺钉连接,制冰室门3靠近制冰室2的表面上设有螺纹孔31,制冰机支架6靠近制冰室门3的表面上设有过孔61,为方便连接螺钉固定螺纹孔31和过孔61,制冰机支架6上设有连接耳,过孔61开设在连接耳上,连接螺钉穿过过孔61与螺纹孔31配合连接时,需要螺丝刀将连接螺钉拧紧,由于连接耳是从制冰机支架6上突出来的,因此可以为操作螺丝刀提供一定的空间,方便将连接螺钉拧紧,从而将制冰机支架6和制冰机4固定于制冰室门3上。
为避免制冰机4在重力的作用下不稳定,制冰室门3靠近制冰室2的表面上设有定位凸起32,制冰机支架6上设有定位凹槽62,
定位凸起32配合设置于定位凹槽62内,定位凸起和定位凹槽可以分别位于螺纹孔和过孔的下方,此时,连接耳需要设置在制冰机支架的上面,因此,在制冰机支架与制冰室门上边框之间需要为连接耳预留一定的空间,相当于将制冰机支架下移,相应地,储冰盒也要下移,因此,制冰室需要做的更大,从而会使得冰箱门1的结构强度降低,因此,如图3和图4所示,优选定位凸起32和定位凹槽62分别位于螺纹孔31和过孔61的上方,此时,连接耳在制冰机支架6的下面,制冰室门3关闭时,连接耳可以与储冰盒5靠近制冰室门3的部分重叠,避免了连接耳占用不必要的空间,在定位凸起32和定位凹槽62配合后,定位凸起32主要在垂直方向上起到支撑制冰机4和制冰机支架6的作用,保证制冰机4的稳定性。
为保证制冰机4的平衡稳定,定位凹槽62和过孔61分别为两个,两个定位凹槽62与两个过孔61分布于制冰机支架6靠近制冰室门的表面的四角处,相应地,两个定位凸起32与两个螺纹孔31分布于制冰室门3上的对应位置,将制冰机支架6与制冰室门3固定住,进一步保证了制冰机支架6的连接稳定性,从而保证了制冰机4的连接稳定性。
为防止制冰机4内冰块过重造成制冰机4的不稳定,制冰室门3靠近制冰室2的表面上还设有支撑凸起33,以及设置于制冰机支架6上的机架檐63,将机架檐63配合搭设于支撑凸起33上,为较好地固定制冰机4,机架檐63设置在与制冰机4中的制冰格相对应的位置,在制冰机4工作时,制冰格内有冰块时重量较大,此时,支撑凸起33可以在制冰格相对应的位置为制冰机4提供一个支撑力,从而保持制冰机4在工作中的稳定性。
为方便制冰机4的连接导线与冰箱的主控板连接,制冰室门3上设有相互连通的电线孔34和铰接孔35,制冰机4的连接导线可依次穿过电线孔34和铰接孔35,通过冰箱门1从冰箱门1的门铰孔穿出,然后穿入冰箱箱体与冰箱的主控板连接。
此外,制冰机4的供水源通常是自来水,供水管一端与水源连
接,另一端从冰箱箱体穿过,通过冰箱门1的门铰孔,穿入冰箱门1后与制冰室的注水管相连,制冰室门关闭时,打开水阀门,流入供水管的水可通过制冰室的注水管注入制冰格,这种电路与水路的设置方式可以避免导线和水管外露,提高了自动制冰机的安全性和美观度。
参照图2和图5,为方便冰块取出,冰箱门1的外壁上设有分配器7,分配器7与储冰盒5通过出冰道连通,储冰盒5内的冰块可通过分配器7排出,由此,不需打开冰箱门1即可取出制作好的冰块,避免频繁开启冰箱门1导致不必要的冷量流失。
冰箱门1包括冷藏室门11和冷冻室门12,由于冷冻室在冰箱下方,制冰机若设于冷冻室门上,会影响用户的操作使用,因此,制冰机优选设置于冷藏室门11的内壁上。
