Abstract
Description
すなわち、第3クラッチを非係合として駆動輪への動力伝達を遮断している間にも、無段変速機構のレシオの変更が可能となるので、次回駆動輪への動力伝達を再開するときのレシオが登坂走行時や減速回生時の低速側レシオであっても、駆動輪への動力伝達を遮断する前の無段変速機構のレシオをそのときの走行に最適なレシオに設定できる。したがって、車両のドライバビリティに影響を与えることなく、減速エネルギの回生などを行うことが可能となる。
なお、上記の括弧内の符号は、後述する実施形態における構成要素の符号を本発明の一例として示したものである。

図1は、本発明の第1実施形態にかかるハイブリッド駆動装置の構成を示すスケルトン図である。また、図2は、ハイブリッド駆動装置が備える遊星歯車機構の各要素の速度関係を示す共線図(速度線図)である。図1に示すハイブリッド駆動装置1は、燃料の燃焼で動力を発生するエンジン10と、電動モータ及びジェネレータとして機能する第1モータジェネレータ(MOT1)20-1及び第2モータジェネレータ(MOT2)20-2と、サンギヤSとリングギヤRとキャリアCの三要素を有するシングルピニオン型の遊星歯車機構(プラネタリギヤ)30と、駆動プーリ41と従動プーリ43との間に架け渡されたベルト48を有するベルト式の無段変速機構40とを備えて構成されている。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。なお、第2実施形態の説明及び対応する図面においては、第1実施形態と同一又は相当する構成部分には同一の符号を付し、以下ではその部分の詳細な説明は省略する。また、以下で説明する事項以外の事項については、第1実施形態と同じである。
次に、本発明の第3実施形態について説明する。図6は、本発明の第3実施形態にかかるハイブリッド駆動装置の構成を示すスケルトン図である。同図に示す第3実施形態のハイブリッド駆動装置1-3では、図1に示す第1実施形態のハイブリッド駆動装置1において無段変速機構40の従動プーリ43に繋がる出力軸(第2回転軸)44上に設けていた第3クラッチC3に代えて、無段変速機構40の駆動プーリ41に繋がる入力軸(第1回転軸)42上に設けた他の第3クラッチC3´を備えている。その他の構成は、第1実施形態のハイブリッド駆動装置1と同じである。
Claims (4)
- 燃料の燃焼で動力を発生するエンジンと、
電動モータ及びジェネレータとして機能する第1モータジェネレータ及び第2モータジェネレータと、
サンギヤとリングギヤとキャリアの三要素を有する遊星歯車機構と、
前記遊星歯車機構に連結された第1回転軸と駆動輪側に繋がる第2回転軸のいずれか一方から入力した回転を変速して他方へ出力する変速機構と、を備え、
前記遊星歯車機構は、前記サンギヤに前記第1モータジェネレータの回転軸が連結され、前記リングギヤに前記第2モータジェネレータの回転軸及び前記エンジンの出力軸が連結され、前記キャリアに前記変速機構の前記第1回転軸が連結されており、
前記エンジンの出力軸と前記遊星歯車機構の前記リングギヤとの間で係合・非係合を切替可能な第1クラッチと、
前記遊星歯車機構の前記キャリアと前記リングギヤとの間で係合・非係合を切替可能な第2クラッチと、を備える
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 燃料の燃焼で動力を発生するエンジンと、
電動モータ及びジェネレータとして機能する第1モータジェネレータ及び第2モータジェネレータと、
サンギヤとリングギヤとキャリアの三要素を有する遊星歯車機構と、
前記遊星歯車機構に連結された第1回転軸と駆動輪側に繋がる第2回転軸のいずれか一方から入力した回転を変速して他方へ出力する変速機構と、を備え、
前記遊星歯車機構は、前記サンギヤに前記第1モータジェネレータの回転軸が連結され、前記リングギヤに前記第2モータジェネレータの回転軸及び前記エンジンの出力軸が連結され、前記キャリアに前記変速機構の前記第1回転軸が連結されており、
前記エンジンの出力軸と前記遊星歯車機構の前記リングギヤとの間で係合・非係合を切替可能な第1クラッチと、
前記遊星歯車機構の前記キャリアと前記サンギヤとの間で係合・非係合を切替可能な第2クラッチと、を備える
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記変速機構は、前記第1回転軸上又は前記第2回転軸上で係合・非係合を切替可能な第3クラッチを更に備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記変速機構は、前記第1回転軸に繋がる駆動プーリと、前記第2回転軸に繋がる従動プーリと、前記駆動プーリと前記従動プーリとの間に架け渡されたベルトとを有するベルト式の無段変速機構であって、
前記第3クラッチは、前記変速機構の前記第2回転軸上に設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
