Abstract

L'invention concerne une orthèse, en particulier une orthèse releveur de pied, comportant une semelle (12), deux éléments d'appui (14) de type éléments de liaison situés opposés l'un à l'autre, qui s'étendent dans la direction verticale et se fondent en une zone d'appui (17) qui entoure au moins en partie le bas d'une jambe et exclue une zone tibiale, L'invention se caractérise en ce qu'une attache (19) s'étend au moins en direction d'une face supérieure de l'avant-pied au niveau de la semelle (12) dans la zone de l'avant-pied et forme un premier point d'application (31) pour relier au moins une lanière de traction (25), en ce qu'un deuxième et un troisième point d'application (32, 33) se situent au niveau de chacune des parties d'appui (16) dirigées vers le tibia, lesdits points d'appui servant à relier ladite au moins une lanière de traction (25) et une lanière manchon (26). Un système de fermeture (27) actionnable d'une main seule main présente au moins un premier et un deuxième point de fixation (28, 29) pour l'au moins une lanière de traction (25) et la lanière manchon (26), et est fixé détachable au deuxième ou au troisième point d'application (29, 30). Dans une position de fermeture (14) du système de fermeture (27), une tension de traction est appliquée entre le premier, le deuxième et le troisième point d'application (31, 32, 33), dans chaque cas dans l'au moins une lanière de traction (25).
