背景技术
随着人们健康意识的提高,越来越多的人意识到吸烟的危害性, 所以比香 烟健康的电子烟受到人们的欢迎。
电子烟盒是用来放置电子烟的, 目前电子烟盒主要作用是向电子烟进行充 电及放置电子烟。即电子烟盒内的敖控制器控制由电子烟盒内的烟盒电池向插 入电子烟盒的电子烟的电池进行充电,或所述微控制器控制由外部电源对插入 电子烟盒的电子烟的电池进行充电。而用户对电子烟进行充电的频率与用户对 电子烟的使用状况有一定的联系,用户对电子烟的使用状况与用户的健康戚戚 相关。 因此, 如何在不影响用户正常使用现有电子烟的情况下, 通过了解用户 的抽烟习性, 以提供给用户较为合适的电子烟已成为亟待解决的问题。

本发明实施例所提供的电子烟盒中由于设置有用于生成触发信号的触发 模块和用于根据该触发信号从电子烟获取用户抽烟信息的微控制器,还设置有 将该用户抽烟信息发送至预置数据库的 GPS发送模块,使得厂家能够全球性及 全天候地收集用户抽烟信息,可以根据所收集到的各用户的抽烟习惯对电子烟 进行改进, 以让电子烟更符合用户使用习惯, 进一步提高用户体验, 使用更安 全及利于吸烟者健康。

具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种电子烟盒, 能够方便厂家收集用户抽烟信息。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清 楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是 全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造 性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图 1, 图 1为本发明所提供的电子烟盒的一种实施例整体结构示意 图。 如图 1所示, 本发明中电子烟盒的一个实施例包括:
盒体 101, 用于放置电子烟。 该盒体 101优选为长方体形或正方体形等, 具 体形状在本实施例中不作限定。 具体地, 所述盒体 101上设置有插槽 102, 其中 该插槽 102的形状与电子烟的形状相匹配, 用于放置电子烟。 当然, 实际运用 中盒体 101也可以设置其他用于放置电子烟的结构, 在此不作限制。
盒体 101上设置有用于生成触发信号的触发模块(图未示) 。 具体举例来 说, 该触发模块设置在所述盒体 101内或者所述盒体 101的外表面上, 具体用于 当检测到盒体 101的预置范围内出现电子烟时, 生成触发信号。 或者, 该触发 模块为设置在插槽 102内壁上的感应器,用于当检测到有电子烟插入该插槽 102 内时生成触发信号。 或者, 该触发模块为设置在插槽 102内壁上的弹性开关, 具体用于当电子烟插入该插槽 102并按压该弹性开关时生成触发信号。 当然, 上述仅为举例, 并不作限制。
如图 2所示,图 2为本发明所提供的电子烟盒的电路连接的一种实施例的结 构示意图。 盒体 101内部设置微控制器 201。 设置在所述盒体 101内的触发模块 202与所述微控制器 201连接。所述微控制器 201用于根据触发模块 202生成的触 发信号从位于距离盒体 101的预置范围内出现的电子烟获取用户抽烟信息。 其 中该用户抽烟信息为用户吸食电子烟的一些具体相关数据,例如用户每一口抽 烟的时长、 每一回抽烟的时长、 每一回抽烟中相邻两口抽烟之间的间隔时长、 每天抽烟的口数和每天抽烟的时间点等等这些数据中的至少一种。 当然, 以上 仅为对用于抽烟信息的举例说明, 并不作限制。
盒体 101内还设有 GPS发送模块 203。 所述 GPS发送模块 203与所述微控制 器 201相连接,并将所述微控制器 201所获取到的用户抽烟信息发送至预置数据 库。该预置数据库可以为厂家所建立的数据库, 用来收集各用户的抽电子烟的 具体信息。
本实施例中,电子烟盒中由于设置有用于生成触发信号的触发模块和用于 根据该触发信号从电子烟获取用户抽烟信息的微控制器,还设置有将该用户抽
烟信息发送至预置数据库的 GPS发送模块,使得厂家能够全球性及全天候地收 集用户抽烟信息, 可以根据所收集到的各用户的抽烟习惯对电子烟进行改进, 以让电子烟更符合用户使用习惯, 进一步提高用户体验,使用更安全及利于吸 烟者健康。
本实施例中,在所述盒体 101内部,还设置有与所述微控制器 201连接的烟 充电接口 103 (请参阅图 1 )。 具体地, 该电子烟电池充电接口 103位于插槽 102 的底部, 以使得电子烟放置在插槽 102内时能够与该电子烟电池充电接口 102 电连接, 进而让烟盒电池 204为电子烟进行充电。 当然, 实际运用中, 在没有 设置有插槽的电子烟盒的结构中,该电子烟电池充电接口也可以设置在其他位 置, 只要能够和放置在电子烟盒中的电子烟电连接即可。
优选地, 触发模块 202和电子烟盒的电子烟电池充电接口 103为同一部件, 具体用于当电子烟盒的电子烟电池充电接口 103与电子烟的电池电连接时生成 触发信号。 而微控制器 201用于根据该触发信号从与电子烟电池充电接口 103 电连接的电子烟获取存储在该电子烟内的用户抽烟信息。这样能够减少在电子 烟盒上另设触发模块的成本。
优选地,在所述插槽 102内,与所述微控制器 201还连接设置有杀菌装置(图 未示); 而且在所述盒体 101外表面设置有用于使得微控制器 201控制所述杀菌 装置通断的操作按钮(图未示)。 若用户希望对放置在电子烟盒内的电子烟进 行消毒时,按下位于所述盒体 101外表面的操作按钮; 微控制器 201即可根据用 户的操作启动该杀菌装置。 这样, 能够提升电子烟的卫生安全。 具体的, 所述 杀菌装置可以为紫外线杀菌灯。 当然, 上述描述仅为举例, 并不作限制。 进一 步地, 在所述插槽 103内还可以设置有反光片 (图未示) , 且所述紫外线杀菌 灯与所述反光片设置在同一直线上。这样, 以使得开启的紫外线杀菌灯通过反 光片对该电子烟进行消毒, 保障了用户使用的安全。
优选地, 在所述插槽 103内还设置有至少一个用于夹持所述电子烟的弹性 软块(图未示), 其中该弹性软块中设置有用于夹持所述电子烟的夹持孔。 通
过电子烟固定放置在该弹性软块的夹持孔内来使得电子烟固定在电子烟盒内。 进一步的,在所述夹持孔的内壁上至少设置有一个凸起状的抵持部, 所述抵持 部与所述电子烟相互抵持。这样,通过该抵持部使得放置在电子烟盒内的电子 烟不会发生晃动, 从而使得电子烟盒能够很稳定地放置电子烟。
优选地, 与所述微控制器 201还连接设置第一检测模块(图未示) 。 该第 一检测模块用于检测烟盒电池 204的电量。 所述电子烟盒的外表面上还设置有 多个发光元件 104 (请参阅图 1 ) 。 当然, 这些发光元件 104也可以是内嵌入到 电子烟盒的表面。各个发光元件 104均与所述微控制器 201连接设置, 用于标识 烟盒电池电量。 具体地, 所述微控制器 201用于根据所述第一检测模块检测到 的所述烟盒电池 204的电量生成第一控制信号, 并根据该第一控制信号控制相 应数量的所述发光元件发光, 以表示电子烟电池电量或烟盒电池电量的多少。
实际运用中, 第一检测模块可以一直处于工作中。 或者, 还可以是在在所 述盒体 101外表面设置有用于使得开启第一检测模块进行工作的操作按钮 (图 未示)。 若用户希望查看烟盒电池 204的电量时, 按下位于所述盒体 101外表面 的操作按钮;第一检测模块即可根据用户的操作检测所述烟盒电池 204的电量。
或者, 与所述微控制器 201还连接设置的不是第一检测模块而是第二检测 模块(图未示)。 该第二检测模块用于根据触发模块所产生的触发信号检测电 子烟电池电量。 而所述微控制器 201用于根据所述第二检测模块检测到的所述 电子烟电池电量生成第二控制信号,并根据该第二控制信号控制相应数量的发 光元件 104发光, 以表示电子烟电池电量的多少。
当然, 实际运用中, 也可以是电子烟盒内与所述微控制器 201均连接设置 有第一检测模块和第二检测模块。电子烟盒的表面上不同的两处均设有多个发 光元件, 分别用来表示烟盒电池的电量和电子烟电池电量。 在此不作限制。
上面对本发明实施例中的电子烟盒进行了描述,下面对本发明实施例中的 信息获取的方法进行描述。 请参阅图 3, 本发明中信息获取的方法的一个实施 例包括:
301、 电子烟盒受到触发生成触发信号;
本实施例中, 电子烟盒用于放置电子烟。 电子烟盒具体可以用于当检测到 该电子烟盒的预置范围内出现电子烟时, 受到触发生成触发信号。
优选地, 该电子烟盒还可以设置有电子烟电池充电接口, 用于对电子烟的 电池进行充电。 而当电子烟的电池和电子烟盒的电子烟电池充电接口电连接 时, 电子烟盒生成触发信号。 信号, 在此不作限制。
302、 电子烟盒根据所述触发信号获取用户抽烟信息;
电子烟在生成触发信号后,还根据该触发信号获取电子烟所存储的用户抽 烟信息。 实际运用中, 电子烟内可设有记录模块, 用于将用户平时的抽烟习惯 等信息记录下来。 例如, 该用户抽烟信息科包括用户每一口抽烟的时长、每一 回抽烟时长、每一回抽烟中相邻两口抽烟之间的间隔时长每天抽烟口数和每天 抽烟的时间点中的至少一种。 当然, 上述描述仅为举例, 并不作限制。
优选地,在电子烟盒包括有电子烟电池充电接口的情况中, 当电子烟的电 池和电子烟盒的电子烟电池充电接口电连接,使得电子烟盒生成触发信号并根 据该触发信号获取用户抽烟信息时,电子烟盒通过该电子烟电池充电接口从与 其电连接的电子烟中获取该电子烟所记录的用户抽烟信息。
303、电子烟盒将所述用户抽烟信息通过全球定位系统发送至预置数据库。 为了收集尽量多的用户抽烟信息,以方便厂家根据该用户抽烟信息对电子 烟进行改进, 因此, 电子烟盒在获取到用户抽烟信息后, 还需将该用户抽烟信 息发送至预置数据库。该预置数据库一般为厂家所建立的数据库, 以对各用户 的用户抽烟信息进行统计分析。
具体地, 电子烟盒可以在其内部设置有 GPS发送模块, 以将用户抽烟信息 通过无线方式发送至预置数据库。 其中, 所述 GPS发送模块及其与卫星之间的 通信均为现有技术, 在此不再赘述。
本说明书中各个实施例釆用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是 与其他实施例的不同之处, 各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。
对所公开的实施例的上述说明,使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使用本 发明。 对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易见 的, 本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本发明的精神或范围的情况下,在 其它实施例中实现。 因此, 本发明将不会被限制于本文所示的这些实施例, 而 是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。
Claims
1、 一种电子烟盒, 其特征在于, 包括:
盒体;
设置在所述盒体内部的微控制器;
在所述盒体上设置有用于生成触发信号的触发模块,所述触发模块与所述 微控制器相连;
所述微控制器用于根据所述触发信号从电子烟获取用户抽烟信息; 与所述微控制器连接的 GPS发送模块,用于将所述用户抽烟信息发送至预 置数据库。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟盒, 其特征在于,
在所述盒体内部,设置有与所述微控制器连接的烟盒电池, 以及用于对所 述电子烟的电池进行充电的电子烟电池充电接口; 子烟的电池电连接时生成触发信号。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟盒, 其特征在于,
在所述盒体内设置有用于放置所述电子烟的插槽,且所述插槽内设置有所 述电子烟电池充电接口;
在所述插槽内, 且与所述微控制器连接设置有杀菌装置;
在所述盒体外表面设置有用于使得微控制器控制所述杀菌装置通断的操 作按钮。
4、 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的电子烟盒, 其特征在于,
与所述微控制器连接设置有用于检测所述烟盒电池电量的第一检测模块, 以使所述微控制器根据所述第一检测模块检测到的所述烟盒电池电量生成第 一控制信号;
与所述微控制器连接设置有多个用于表示所述烟盒电池电量的发光元件, 以使所述微控制器通过所述第一控制信号控制所述发光元件的通断。
5、 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的电子烟盒, 其特征在于,
与所述微控制器连接设置有用于根据所述触发信号检测所述检测电子烟 电池电量的第二检测模块,以使所述微控制器根据所述第二检测模块检测到的 所述电子烟电池电量生成第二控制信号;
与所述微控制器连接设置有多个用于表示所述电子烟电池电量的发光元 件, 以使所述微控制器通过所述第二控制信号控制所述发光元件的通断。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的电子烟盒, 其特征在于,
所述用户抽烟信息包括所述用户每一口抽烟的时长、每一回抽烟时长、每 一回抽烟中相邻两口抽烟之间的间隔时长、每天抽烟口数和每天抽烟的时间点 中的至少一种。
7、 一种信息获取的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
电子烟盒受到触发生成触发信号;
所述电子烟盒根据所述触发信号获取用户抽烟信息;
所述电子烟盒将所述用户抽烟信息通过全球定位系统发送至预置数据库。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的信息获取的方法, 其特征在于,
电子烟包括电池, 所述电子烟盒包括电子烟电池充电接口;
当所述电子烟的电池和所述电子烟盒的电子烟电池充电接口电连接时,所 述电子烟盒生成触发信号。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的信息获取的方法, 其特征在于,
所述电子烟盒通过所述电子烟电池充电接口从所述电子烟中获取所述用 户抽烟信息。
10、 根据权利要求 7所述的信息获取的方法, 其特征在于,
所述用户抽烟信息包括所述用户每一口抽烟的时长、每一回抽烟时长、每 一回抽烟中相邻两口抽烟之间的间隔时长、每天抽烟口数和每天抽烟的时间点 中的至少一种。
