Abstract

Two technology devices which situated at two different locations which are connected via internet access such as WIFI or fibre optic connection which allow both devices to perform real time synchronizing signature signing regardless of distances. Eventually, the original documents of one of the device will be signed with original signatory. Invented devices will able to solve the issues of distances and save times of signing original documents. Devices can be use globally as long as with internet access.

Technical Field

This invention is relates to two devices which situated at two different locations which are connected thru internet access such as WIFI or fibre optic connection which allow both devices to perform real time signature signing regardless of distances. Eventually, the original documents of one of the devices will be signed with original signatory.

Background

The objective of this device is to help the professional, consultants and business or whoever persons need the solution of signing original documents due to the issues of distances and travelling time and costs. It will be able to help people to solve the issues of distances of signing

original documents. Devices created can be use globally as long with internet access.

Statement of Invention To overcome the distances of signing original documents, the present invention proposes two devices which are connected thru internet access whereby first devices(A) which is able to be inserted with original documents and scan read the contents of the documents and transmits the information data to the second devices(B). The second device(B) will be able to scan read the document contents and information from first device(A), it will also able to allow signing on the interactive screen to perform signature signing on the respective desired documents. In a real time basis, first devices (A) will perform the signing of original documents with original signatory. The first devices (A) will possess a mechanism such as robotic arms or tool with pen inks to perform the signing of original signatory. Advantages

The real time basis of being able to sign the original documents with the consent from the signee will make sure the authenticity and genuine of original signature for document. It will be able to save the travelling times and costs for the people especially the professionals, businessmen, corporate management's people and executives. In order that the invention may be more readily understood and put into practical effect, a preferred example of the invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:

FIG 1: Illustrates First Device (A) a preferred example of an original signature signing device which will be developed in accordance with the invention;

FIG 2: illustrates Second Device (B) the device which able to scan read the original document from first device (A) and allows signer to sign with stylus pen or tool and perform real time original signature signing together with first device (A). A software app will be develop which able to have real time face recognition, to capture the Identity Card details, to records the signing date & time and allow signer to perform signing.

Referring to figure 1, it is first device A that can be seens as a size slightly bigger than a A4 papers.This device allow the original document to be inserted and able to scan read the whole documents and transfer it to the second device(B). Referring to figure 2, it shows Second device (B) which is able to scan read the documents transferred from first device A. The signer will able to sign on the surface of the interactive screen with a stylus pen or tool thru a designed software or software application. It also comprises of USB port to save signed documents & Identity Card reader device which will record the signer details to ensure authenticity and genuine identity of the signer.

Signer will able to see the movements of the documents inserted at first device A which is like a video recording movements from camera. Once the original documents inserted to first device A, the persons who operates the devices have to allow the signer to complete the signature and original signatory is performed using first device A until process is completed then only the original documents can be remove in order to protect the signer for the authencity and signing the actual original document without any fraud. Else, with any error occurred, the whole process will be reset and users have to start over the signing process again.

Claims

1.. Original Signature Signing Devices means comprising two technology devices which are connected thru internet access.

2. First Device (A) will comprises of signing ink to perform signatory with mechanical robotic arms and being able to scan read and transmit the data and information of the original document to the second device(B). Also, it is also possess a real time face recognition camera video to capture the face of the signer and screen to display the title of documents, name and national identity card number of the signer and also the date, time & location performing the signing of the documents. Ink level of the signing tool will be display also for users to replace the ink part or refill the ink.

3. First Device (A) will perform real time original signature signing on the original documents inserted using the customized designed mechanical robotic arms with pen ink head pin synchronizing the signature signed by signer from Second Device (B).

4. Second Device (B) will comprise of a stylus pen which enable the signer to perform signature signing on the interactive screen. It is also able to scan read the information and content of the original documents from first device (A). Also, it is also possess real time face recognition

camera video to capture the face of the signer and national identity card reader which to ensure the authenticity of the signer and avoid fraud signature.

5. Second device (B) software application will be developed which could be download to any tablets. With the software application, signer can perform real time signing on the original documents at first device (A) with original signatory. The software will capture the title of documents, name and national identity card number of the signer and also the date, time & location performing the signing of the documents.

6. Both first and second devices will be able to save the signed documents into the thumb drive via the connected USB port.
