Definitions
- the present invention relates to a deployable disposable diaper for low-weight children weighing 3000 grams or less.
- the diaper has an abdominal side portion, a crotch portion, and a back side portion arranged in the vertical direction, and has a substantially hourglass-shaped planar shape. And by fastening each fastening tape respectively provided at both lateral ends of the back side to the target tape on the abdomen, a waist opening and a pair of leg openings are formed and worn Mounted on the subject.
- the fetal-like bending posture is also called a positioning posture, and is a posture in which the back is rounded in a C shape as shown in FIG. 1A, and appropriate safety measures such as laying on a circular seat (not shown) are applied. It is said that it is a prone posture. Then, the posture is changed as appropriate, for example, on the back, but most of the time is the prone posture. Further, depending on the low-weight infant 101, there is a case in which the concept of minimum handling that it is desirable not to touch the body from the viewpoint of not applying extra stress may be applied.
- the unfolded disposable diaper 1 ′ is also used for such low weight infants.
- FIG. 1B shows a view taken along the line BB in FIG. 1A.
- the low-weight infant 101 is attracted so that both legs are attached to the abdomen while the legs of the low-weight child 101 are opened in an M shape. It is in the state that was. Therefore, the fastening tape 11 ′ locked to the target tape 15 ′ on the abdominal side 1 a ′ is pushed up from the leg opening HL ′ side to the waist opening HB ′ side by the knees and thighs. Further, since a lot of time is spent in this positioning posture, the pushing force F continues to act for a long time. Therefore, as shown in the schematic side view of FIG.
- the tape 11 ′ is gradually turned from the leg opening HL ′ side to the waist opening HB side (see the dot pattern in FIG. 1C). Eventually it will come off. When it comes off, the fastening tape 11 'must be stopped again, but at that time, the low-weight infant 101 must be touched, which is against minimum handling.
- the side view is a C-shaped prone posture, but in this posture, the back is rounded as shown in FIG. 1A, so that the back and the back side of the diaper 1 ′ A gap G is generated between 1b ′ and 1b ′. Then, the diaper 1 ′ has to be put on again so that the gap G becomes small. As a result, the low-weight infant 101 has to be touched as described above, which is contrary to the minimum handling.
- the present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and the object thereof is related to a deployable disposable diaper for low-weight infants of 3000 grams or less, and the fastening tape locked to the abdomen.
- the purpose is to bring the dorsal side of the diaper into close contact with the back while curling and detaching from the abdominal side.
- the main invention for achieving the above object is: An abdominal side portion arranged laterally on the ventral side of a low-weight child weighing 3000 grams or less, a crotch portion arranged between the crotches of the low-weight child, and a lateral side on the back side of the low-weight child A back side portion arranged along the vertical direction perpendicular to the horizontal direction, By locking each end to the abdomen side via a fastening portion of a fastening tape provided at each end in the lateral direction on the back side, one waistline opening and A deployable disposable diaper in which a pair of leg openings is formed, A leg-hole elastic member provided along the longitudinal direction at each position on both sides in the lateral direction in the crotch part, for contracting the leg-hole opening along the vertical direction;
- the back side portion is provided extending on both sides in the lateral direction, and has a waistline elastic sheet for contracting the waistline opening in the lateral direction, In the unfolded state of the diaper, each end in the lateral direction
- FIG. 1A is a schematic side view of a low-weight infant 101 in a positioning posture
- FIG. 1B is a view taken along the line BB in FIG. 1A for explaining the push-up force F acting on the fastening tape 11 ′
- FIG. 1C is a schematic side view showing a state in which the fastening tape 11 ′ has been turned up by the pushing force F.
- It is a schematic plan view of the unfolded state of the disposable diaper 1 of this embodiment.
- 3A, FIG. 3B, and FIG. 3C are an AA sectional view, a BB sectional view, and a CC sectional view in FIG. 2, respectively.
- It is a schematic perspective view of the disposable diaper 1 of a mounting state.
- FIG. 1 It is explanatory drawing of another device given with respect to the disposable diaper 1 of this embodiment, Comprising: It is a schematic plan view of the unfolding state of the diaper 1.
- FIG. It is explanatory drawing when the latching position of the fastening tapes 11 and 11 latched by the target tape 15 is a position which pinches
- An abdominal side portion arranged laterally on the ventral side of a low-weight child weighing 3000 grams or less, a crotch portion arranged between the crotches of the low-weight child, and a lateral side on the back side of the low-weight child
- a back side portion arranged along the vertical direction perpendicular to the horizontal direction, By locking each end to the abdomen side via a fastening portion of a fastening tape provided at each end in the lateral direction on the back side, one waistline opening and
- a deployable disposable diaper in which a pair of leg openings is formed, A leg-hole elastic member provided along the longitudinal direction at each position on both sides in the lateral direction in the crotch part, for contracting the leg-hole opening along the vertical direction;
- the back side portion is provided extending on both sides in the lateral direction, and has a waistline elastic sheet for contracting the waistline opening in the lateral direction, In the unfolded state of the diaper,
- each lateral end of the waistline elastic sheet is the same position as the position of the longitudinal back side end of the nearest legline elastic member in the lateral direction, Alternatively, it is located outside in the lateral direction. Therefore, the end portions of the waistline elastic sheet are not easily affected by the force generated in the leg-hole elastic member, so that the end portions of the waistline elastic sheet receive the force to contract itself and the tensile force in the lateral direction.
- a fastening tape As a result, a lateral shearing force is applied to the fastening portion of the fastening tape, so that the fastening portion can be locked to the abdomen with a high locking force. As a result, the fastening tape is turned up.
- the waistline elastic sheet is arranged across the longitudinal center position in the fastening portion of the fastening tape in the longitudinal direction, the force to be shrunk is applied to the fastening tape in a substantially uniform distribution with little longitudinal deviation. This also effectively contributes to the suppression of the above-mentioned turning and disengagement. Further, since the waistline elastic sheet is in the form of a sheet, it is possible to apply a tensile force to the fastening tape with a substantially uniform distribution with less vertical deviation compared to the case where a thread-like elastic member is used. Also contributes effectively to the suppression of the above turning and detachment.
- a gap that can be generated between the C-shaped back of a low-weight child in a positioning posture and the back side of the diaper is reduced based on the force of the waistline elastic sheet to contract. Therefore, the back side part of a diaper can be stuck to the back of a low weight child.
- the end portion of the waistline elastic sheet is preferably connected to the nearest fastening tape at an outer end portion in the lateral direction among the end portions.
- the waistline elastic sheet is connected to the fastening tape at the lateral outer end of the end. Therefore, it is possible to quickly and surely act on the fastening tape the force for contracting the end portion.
- Such a deployable disposable diaper The direction perpendicular to both the vertical direction and the horizontal direction is along the thickness direction of the unfolded diaper, An absorbent body extending along the longitudinal direction across the abdominal side, the crotch part, and the back side, and a leak-proof sheet that covers the absorbent body from the non-skin side in the thickness direction.
- the waistline elastic sheet overlaps both the absorber and the leak-proof sheet, and each end in the lateral direction of the waistline elastic sheet includes the absorber. And it is desirable to be located in the same position as the position of the edge in the horizontal direction of both of the leakproof sheets or outside in the horizontal direction.
- the lateral end of the waistline elastic sheet is at the same position as the lateral edges of the absorbent body and the leak-proof sheet, or laterally beyond that. Located outside the direction. Therefore, when the fastening tape is pulled in the lateral direction so as to attach the diaper, the end portion can be freely extended without receiving a large resistance from the absorber and the leak-proof sheet. And thereby, the force which is going to shrink
- the absorber has a dorsal low-rigidity portion that is less rigid than the surrounding portion, corresponding to the position of the dorsal portion,
- the dorsal low-rigidity portion preferably overlaps with the waistline elastic sheet when viewed from the thickness direction.
- the back side low-rigidity portion overlaps with the waistline elastic sheet. Therefore, when the fastening tape is pulled in the lateral direction when the diaper is worn, at least the back-side low-rigidity portion of the absorbent body quickly shrinks in the lateral direction, and the back-side low-rigidity portion does not become a large resistance. .
- the waistline elastic sheet can be stretched with a small pulling force. As a result, it is possible to easily generate a force for contracting the waistline elastic sheet.
- the back side low-rigidity part easily shrinks in the lateral direction.
- the said back side low-rigidity part shrinks rapidly with the force which the waistline elastic sheet tends to shrink. Therefore, the gap that may be generated between the C-shaped back of the low-weight child in the positioning posture and the back side portion of the diaper is quickly reduced based on the contraction of the back side low-rigidity portion.
- the ventral side portion has a target region for locking the locking portion of the fastening tape at each end of the back side portion, respectively.
- the absorbent body has a ventral low-rigidity part having a lower rigidity than the surrounding part corresponding to the position of the ventral part, The ventral low-rigidity portion desirably overlaps the target region when viewed from the thickness direction.
- the locking position of the locking portion of each fastening tape locked to the target area is such that the abdomen low rigidity portion is sandwiched from both sides in the lateral direction.
- the ventral low-rigidity portion easily expands based on the force of the waistline elastic sheet to shrink.
- the locking portion moves slightly in the lateral direction along with the expansion operation, so that the locking portion can be familiar with the target region and can be firmly engaged, and thereby, the locking portion and the target region can be engaged with each other.
- the locking can be made stronger.
- the shape of the locking portion of the fastening tape is a shape having a side at an inner position in the lateral direction
- the leg elastic member is a belt-like elastic sheet having a pair of long sides along the vertical direction and a pair of short sides along the horizontal direction, Among the pair of short sides, the waistline elastic sheet is formed in a quadrangular region partitioned with the short side located on the back side and the side in the lateral direction of the locking portion of the fastening tape as the opposite sides. It is desirable that a part of is located.
- a part of the waistline elastic sheet is located in the rectangular area.
- the rectangular region is a transmission path through which force can be transmitted from the leg-hole elastic member to the fastening portion of the fastening tape. Therefore, even when a force that pulls down the locking portion toward the leg opening portion is transmitted from the leg-hole elastic member, the force is relieved by a part of the waistline elastic sheet and the locking portion. Accordingly, it is possible to effectively prevent the fastening tape from coming off due to the force.
- the waistline elastic sheet has an effective portion that shrinks the waistline opening in the lateral direction, and an ineffective portion that does not shrink the waistline opening in the lateral direction, It is desirable that the invalid portion is located at each end portion in the lateral direction of the waistline elastic sheet and located between the fastening tape and the effective portion.
- the ineffective portion is located between the fastening tape and the effective portion. Therefore, when the fastening tape is pulled in the lateral direction, the ineffective portion is relatively easily extended. And the force which is going to shrink
- the second tape is placed on the surface of the first tape on the non-locking portion side.
- the locking portion of the tape is overlapped and locked, the locking portion of the second tape protrudes from the first tape to both sides in the longitudinal direction so that the first tape and the tape
- the second tape is preferably set.
- the locking force (N / 10 mm) between the male material of the first tape and the abdominal side is determined by the relationship between the surface on the non-locking portion side of the first tape and the locking portion of the second tape. It is larger than the stopping force (N / 10 mm). Therefore, when the second tape is picked and the tape is peeled off from the first tape, it can be effectively prevented that the first tape is peeled off from the abdominal side together, and thus stable. Only the second tape can be peeled off from the first tape on the first tape. As a result, the second tape can be easily peeled off from the first tape, which contributes effectively to the minimum handling.
- the locking portion of the second tape is locked to the surface on the non-locking portion side of the first tape.
- the locking portion of the second tape is The shape is such that it protrudes from both sides in the longitudinal direction from the first tape.
- the protruding portion is locked with the abdominal side, and here, the locking force (N / 10 mm) for locking with the abdominal side is the surface on the non-locking portion side of the first tape. It is larger than the locking force (N / 10 mm) for locking. Therefore, the locking force of the locking part of the second tape can be increased by the amount of protrusion.

Therefore, the fastening tape 11 is locked to the target tape 15 when the locking protrusion of the male material 11 m is caught on the non-skin side surface of the target tape 15.
- a well-known hook and loop fastener can be applied as the male material 11m.
- a hooking protrusion or a T-shaped protrusion can be used as appropriate.
- the basic configuration of the diaper 1 has been described.
- the above-described problem a problem of preventing the fastening tape 11 from being turned over and coming off and bringing the back side portion 1b into close contact with the back.
- FIG. 5 is an explanatory diagram of the device, and is a schematic plan view in the same unfolded state as FIG.
- the first device relates to the elastic member 31 that imparts stretchability to the waistline opening HB. That is, although not described above, in this example, in order to give stretchability to the waist opening HB, the back side portion 1b has a rectangular belt-like elastic sheet 31 (hereinafter also referred to as the waist elastic sheet 31).
- the waist elastic sheet 31 hereinafter also referred to as the waist elastic sheet 31.
- the elastic sheet 31 extends on both sides in the lateral direction, and the sheet 31 extends in the lateral direction and is adjacent to the skin side and the non-skin side in the thickness direction of the sheet 31. It is fixed to each member 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 by adhesion or welding. Therefore, if the stretched state is relaxed to a natural state, a portion fixed to the elastic sheet 31 mainly in the back side portion 1b is contracted in the lateral direction to form a plurality of wrinkles. Therefore, the elastic sheet 31 can be quickly stretched in the lateral direction until the heel is fully stretched, and the waistline opening HB is in a state of being provided with stretchability.
- the members 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 adjacent to the non-skin side and the skin side in the thickness direction to be fixed to the elastic sheet 31 are different according to the respective positions in the horizontal and vertical directions.
- the leak-proof sheet 4 is present at the position on the center side in the lateral direction on the non-skin side in the thickness direction
- the leak-proof sheet 4 is fixed at the same position.
- the elastic sheet 31 is fixed to the exterior sheet 5.
- the absorber 3 is present at the position of the center side in the lateral direction and the center side in the longitudinal direction on the skin side in the thickness direction. 3 is fixed. However, it is fixed to the top sheet 2 at a position where the absorber 3 is not present, and is further fixed to a three-dimensional gather sheet 6 at each lateral end position where the top sheet 2 is not present.
- the elastic sheet 31 in the unfolded state of the diaper 1 as shown in FIG. 5, the elastic sheet 31 extends to both sides in the lateral direction at least to the vicinity of the respective fastening tapes 11, 11.
- the end portions 31e1 and 31e1 in the lateral direction of the elastic sheet 31 are respectively in the same position in the lateral direction as the positions of the end portions 21e2 and 21e2 in the longitudinal direction of the nearest leg-hole elastic members 21 and 21, or It is located outside in the lateral direction. Therefore, the end portions 31e1 and 31e1 are not easily affected by the force generated in the leg-hole elastic member 21, so that the end portions 31e1 and 31e1 of the waistline elastic sheet 31 try to contract themselves.
- the force to be applied can be quickly applied to the nearest fastening tape 11, 11 as a tensile force in the lateral direction. And by this, by applying a shearing force in the lateral direction to the male material 11m of the fastening tape 11, the male material 11m can be locked to the target tape 15 of the ventral portion 1a with a high locking force. As a result, the fastening tape 11 can be effectively prevented from being turned over or detached.
- the “deployed state” as used herein means that, as shown in FIG. 5, the fastening of the fastening tapes 11 and 11 to the target tape 15 is released, and the abdomen side portion 1a, the crotch portion 1m, and the back side portion 1b.
- the waistline elastic sheet 31 is disposed across the longitudinal center position C11m of the male material 11m of the fastening tape 11 in the longitudinal direction.
- the line segment LNC11m connecting the vertical center position C11m of the male material 11m of one fastening tape 11 and the central position C11m of the male material 11m of the other fastening tape 11 is all in the lateral direction of the elastic sheet 31.
- the elastic sheet 31 is included in the position. Therefore, the elastic sheet 31 can transmit the force to be contracted to the respective fastening tapes 11 and 11 in a substantially uniform distribution with little vertical deviation, which is also the suppression of the above-described turning and detachment. It contributes effectively.
- the waistline elastic sheet 31 is an elastic film containing an appropriate elastomer resin, the sheet 31 itself has elasticity. Therefore, it is possible to apply a tensile force to the fastening tape 11 with a substantially uniform distribution with less vertical deviation compared to the case where a plurality of thread rubbers or flat rubbers are used. Contributes effectively to suppression.
- the elastic sheet 31 also includes a gap G that can be generated in the positioning posture shown in FIG. 1B, that is, a gap G that can be generated between the C-shaped back of the low-weight infant 101 and the back side 1 b of the diaper 1. It is reduced based on the force of contraction. Therefore, the back side 1b of the diaper 1 can be brought into close contact with the back of the low-weight infant 101.
- the first device is an essential device in the diaper 1 of the present invention.
- the device described below is not essential, but if it has been made, the above-described problems can be solved more effectively. Therefore, the following device is also made
- the end portions 31e1 and 31e1 of the waistline elastic sheet 31 are separated from the absorbent body 3 and the leak-proof sheet 4 when the fastening tapes 11 and 11 are pulled to both sides in the lateral direction to attach the diaper 1. It can stretch freely without receiving great resistance. As a result, the force to be contracted generated in the end portion 31e1 can be quickly applied to the fastening tape 11 as a lateral pulling force after the fastening tape 11 is locked to the target tape 15. This also contributes effectively to the suppression of the above-mentioned turning and disengagement.
- the absorber 3 corresponds to the position of the back side portion 1b, and has a low rigidity portion 3nb (corresponding to a back side low rigidity portion) having a lower rigidity than the surrounding portion.
- the component in the absorbent core 3c such as pulp fiber or SAP is not present at the center position in the lateral direction at the longitudinal back end of the absorbent core 3c.
- a space 3cnb is formed, whereby the absorber 3 is formed with the low-rigidity portion 3nb.
- the low rigidity portion 3nb overlaps the waistline elastic sheet 31 when viewed from the thickness direction.
- the waistline elastic sheet 31 can be stretched with a relatively small pulling force, and as a result, a force to contract the waistline elastic sheet 31 can be easily generated.
- the portion 3cnb of the absorbent core 3c corresponding to the low-rigidity portion 3nb is not limited to the above-described space. That is, if the basis weight (g / m 2 ) is smaller than that of the surrounding portion, the above-mentioned effects can be achieved accordingly, so that even if the constituent material of the absorbent core 3c is present in the portion 3cnb somewhat. good.
- the absorbent body 3 corresponds to the position of the abdominal part 1a, and has a low rigidity part 3na having a lower rigidity than the surrounding part (corresponding to the abdominal side low rigidity part).
- a space 3cna having a substantially trapezoidal shape in a plan view in which the upper base and the lower base are along the horizontal direction is formed at the center position in the horizontal direction at the end of the absorbent core 3c in the vertical direction.
- the low rigidity portion 3na is formed in the absorber 3.
- the low-rigidity portion 3na overlaps the target tape 15 when viewed from the thickness direction.
- the locking positions of the male members 11m and 11m of the fastening tapes 11 and 11 locked to the target tape 15 cause the low-rigidity portion 3na to move in the lateral direction.
- the low-rigidity portion 3na easily expands based on the force of the waistline elastic sheet 31 to contract.
- the male material 11m slightly moves in the lateral direction along with the expansion operation, so that the male material 11m can be familiar with the target tape 15 and firmly bite into the male material 11m and the target tape 15. Can be made stronger.
- the planar shape of the male material 11m of the fastening tape 11 is a substantially square shape, so that the side 11 ms along the vertical direction is formed at the inner position in the horizontal direction.
- the leg-hole elastic member 21 is a belt-like elastic sheet 21 provided along the vertical direction, the outer shape thereof is a pair of long sides 21s2 and 21s2 along the vertical direction and a pair along the horizontal direction. Short sides 21s1, 21s1. Then, a rectangular region A11m21 (dots in FIG.
- the waistline elastic sheet 31 includes an effective portion 31a that shrinks the waistline opening HB in the lateral direction, and invalid portions 31n and 31n that do not shrink the waistline opening HB in the lateral direction. ,have.
- the invalid portions 31n and 31n are positioned at the lateral ends 31e1 and 31e1 of the waistline elastic sheet 31, and the invalid portions 31n and 31n are respectively the nearest fastening tape 11 and the effective portion 31a. Located between.
- Each invalid portion 31n, 31n is substantially in a natural length in a natural state where no external force acts. Therefore, when the fastening tape 11 is pulled in the lateral direction, the ineffective portion 31n extends relatively easily and quickly.
- the fastening tape 11 of the back side flap 1bsf located on the left side in FIG. 8 is referred to as “left tape 11-1 (corresponding to the first tape)”.
- the fastening tape 11 of the back side flap 1bsf located on the right side is referred to as “right side tape 11-2 (corresponding to the second tape)”.
- the male material 11m on the skin side of the left tape 11-1 is locked to the target tape 15 on the abdominal side 1a, while the male material 11m on the skin side of the right tape 11-2 is The left tape 11-1 is overlapped and locked on the non-skin side surface 11-1s.
- the non-skin side surface 11-1s (corresponding to the surface on the non-locking portion side) of the left tape 11-1 is used as the female material to be locked with the male material 11m of the right tape 11-2. use. Therefore, in this example, the non-skin side surface 11-1s of the left tape 11-1 is formed of a nonwoven fabric having a relatively large basis weight of, for example, 50 (g / m 2 ) or more.
- the locking force between the male material 11m 2 and the non-skin side surface 11-1s of the left tape 11-1 is 0.1 (N / 10 mm) or more. Therefore, the male material 11m of the right tape 11-2 can be locked to the non-skin side surface 11-1s of the left tape 11-1 with a locking force of a size necessary for locking, thereby enabling the fastening.
- a tape overlap configuration is realized.
- the locking force between the male material 11m of the left tape 11-1 and the target tape 15 (N / 10 mm) and the locking force between the male material 11m of the right tape 11-2 and the target tape 15 (N / 10 mm) are preferably larger than the locking force (N / 10 mm) between the non-skin side surface 11-1s of the left tape 11-1 and the male material 11m of the right tape 11-2.
- the male material 11m of the right tape 11-2 when the male material 11m of the right tape 11-2 is overlapped and locked, the male material 11m of the right tape 11-2 is positioned at the position P11- on the root side of the right tape 11-2 in the lateral direction. 2n, it protrudes from the left tape 11-1 to both sides in the vertical direction.
- the left tape 11-1 in the form of overlapping fastening tapes can be easily peeled off from the right tape 11-2, but the locking state of the right tape 11-2 as a whole is further improved. Can be strong. Details are as follows. First, as described above, in this example, the locking force (N / 10 mm) between the male material 11m of the left tape 11-1 and the target tape 15 is set to the non-skin side surface 11-1s of the left tape 11-1. It is larger than the locking force (N / 10 mm) of the right tape 11-2 with the male material 11m.
- the male material 11m of the right tape 11-2 is positioned from the left tape 11-1 at the position P11-2n on the base side of the right tape 11-2 in the lateral direction. It protrudes on both sides in the vertical direction.
- the protruding portion is locked with the target tape 15 on the ventral portion 1a.
- the locking force (N / 10 mm) for locking with the target tape 15 is the left tape 11-1.
- the locking force (N / 10 mm) for locking with the non-skin side surface 11-1s is larger. Therefore, the locking force of the male material 11m of the right tape 11-2 can be increased by the amount of protrusion.
- FIG. 9 is a schematic side view showing the state of the measurement.
- a part is cut out from the fastening tape 11 of the diaper 1, thereby generating a rectangular sample 11 s (hereinafter referred to as a fastening tape sample 11 s) in which the tape base material 11 a and the male material 11 m have the same shape.
- a part of the target tape 15 of the diaper 1 is also cut out to generate a sample 15s of the target tape 15 (hereinafter referred to as a target tape sample 15s).
- the target tape sample 15s is more than the fastening tape sample 11s.
- the size is larger in both the vertical direction and the horizontal direction.
- the male material 11m of the fastening tape sample 11s is locked to the non-skin side surface of the target tape sample 15s, thereby generating the measurement sample 11s15s.
- the lateral directions of the target tape sample 15s are aligned while being aligned so that the fastening tape sample 11s does not protrude from the non-skin side surface of the target tape sample 15s.
- the fastening tape sample 11s is placed on the non-skin side, and then the weight of the 700 g roller (not shown) is applied to both samples 11s and 15s, while the roller 5 is pulled in the lateral direction 5 mm / min. Roll at the speed value of. Thereby, both the samples 11s and 15s are brought into a predetermined locked state.
- the tensile testing machine has a pair of heads 81u and 81d that can be separated in the vertical direction.
- one head 81u is a movable head 81u that can move up and down in the vertical direction
- the other head 81d is a fixed head 81d that is immovably provided below the movable head 81u.
- the fixed head 81d has a flat inclined surface 81ds on the upper surface, and the same surface 81ds is inclined by 135 ° from the vertical direction.
- the measurement sample 11s15s is fixed to the inclined surface 81ds.
- the target tape sample 15s is brought into surface contact with the inclined surface 81ds so that the fastening tape sample 11s is positioned above the target tape sample 15s.
- the samples 11s and 15s are arranged so that the horizontal direction thereof is parallel to the inclined direction of the inclined surface 81ds.
- the lower end edge 11sde in the oblique direction of the fastening tape sample 11s is provided with one end portion of a holding auxiliary sheet 83 formed in a size protruding from the lower end edge 11sde in the vertical direction (the direction penetrating the paper surface in FIG. 9).
- the other end portion of the holding auxiliary sheet 83 is fixed and held by the holding portion 81uc of the moving head 81u.
- the moving head 81u is moved upward at a constant moving speed value of 300 (mm / min). This moves the head 81u away from the fixed head 81d. Then, the fastening tape sample 11s is sequentially peeled off from the target tape sample 15s. Among the load values measured at that time, the fastening tape sample 11s is applied from the moving head 81u to the fastening tape sample 11s via the auxiliary gripping sheet 83.
- the load value P135 when the angle ⁇ between the direction of the peeling force Fh and the inclination direction of the inclined surface 81ds becomes 135 ° is recorded.
- the locking force in the case of the fastening tape overlapping form that is, the locking force (N / 10 mm) between the non-skin side surface 11-1s of the left tape 11-1 and the male material 11m of the right tape 11-2. Since it is clear that the measurement can be performed in the same manner as described above, the description thereof is omitted.
- the diaper 1 of the present embodiment has been described as being specialized for a low-weight child weighing 3000 grams or less.
- the diaper 1 effectively solves the above-described problems associated with the positioning posture and the minimum handling.
- the diaper 1 of the present embodiment is considered to be more effective when the positioning posture is more likely and minimum handling is more required. And such a case is a case where weight is lower. Therefore, the diaper 1 of the present embodiment is desirably used for low birth weight infants of less than 2500 grams to 1500 grams or more, and more desirably used for extremely low birth weight infants of less than 1500 grams to 1000 grams or more. And even more desirably it is used for very low birth weight infants of less than 1000 grams.
- the product length L1 is the maximum dimension L1 in the vertical direction in the expanded state described above. Further, the circumferential length LHB of the waist opening HB is measured with the fastening tapes 11-1 and 11-2 in the locked state of the fastening tape overlapping form. Details are as follows. First, as shown in FIG. 8, the male material 11m of the left tape 11-1 is locked to the target tape 15 of the ventral portion 1a, and then the male material 11m of the right tape 11-2 is attached to the non-left tape 11-1. At this time, the right side tape 11-2 is aligned while aligning the longitudinal center positions C11-1, C11-2 of the tapes 11-1, 11-2 with each other.
