Definitions
- the present invention relates to a hydraulic drive device, and more particularly to a hydraulic drive device suitable for driving a traveling hydraulic motor mounted on a work vehicle used as a construction machine.
- JP 2002-227998 A Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-30304 JP 2008-101636 A
- the present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a hydraulic drive device capable of suppressing the generation of peak pressure inside a motor case without impairing the cooling effect of the hydraulic motor at a high oil temperature.
- a hydraulic drive device includes a hydraulic motor that operates by circulating oil from a hydraulic pump through a high-pressure oil passage and a low-pressure oil passage, the high-pressure oil passage, A low-pressure selection valve that operates according to a differential pressure in the low-pressure oil passage and discharges the oil in the low-pressure oil passage to the inside of the motor case, and a tank oil passage that connects the inside of the motor case to an oil tank.
- the hydraulic drive device is characterized in that a choke throttle is provided in the low pressure selection valve or an oil passage downstream of the low pressure selection valve.
- the high pressure oil passage supplies oil discharged from the hydraulic pump to the hydraulic motor
- the low pressure oil passage discharges oil discharged from the hydraulic motor. Is connected to the hydraulic pump so as to return to the hydraulic pump, and constitutes a closed circuit for circulating and supplying oil between the hydraulic motor and the hydraulic pump together with the high-pressure oil passage.
- the present invention is characterized in that, in the hydraulic drive device described above, the choke throttle is a cylindrical clearance flow that satisfies the following formula. 0 ⁇ (d ⁇ 4) / L ⁇ 1.6 Where d is choke inner diameter, L is choke length
- a choke throttle that is easily affected by the viscosity of the oil and whose oil flow rate decreases under low oil temperature conditions, while the oil flow rate increases as the oil temperature increases, Since it is interposed in the oil passage downstream of the selection valve or the low-pressure selection valve, the amount of oil discharged from the low-pressure oil passage to the motor case is reduced by the choke throttle when the oil temperature is low. Thus, the peak pressure generated inside the motor case can be reduced. Moreover, since the flow rate of oil increases under conditions where the temperature of the oil is high, a sufficient amount of oil to be flushed can be secured, and the cooling effect of the hydraulic motor is not impaired.

- first main oil passage 13A In the sake of convenience, when distinguishing between the pair of main oil passages 13A and 13B, the one connected to the discharge port located above the hydraulic pump 11 in FIG. 1 is referred to as a “first main oil passage 13A”.
- the one connected to the discharge port located below the hydraulic pump 11 is referred to as a “second main oil passage 13 ⁇ / b> B”.
