Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production de matériaux de construction légers tels que du béton léger à l'aide de polyuréthannes à base d'huile naturelle en tant que charges dans la composition. Le béton léger est produit par introduction de polyuréthane à base d'huile naturelle en tant qu'agrégat léger vert. Le polyuréthane à base d'huile naturelle se compose d'un polyester polyol d'huile naturelle et de polyisocyanates formés par un procédé de polymérisation. Les agrégats de polyuréthane servent de charges et matériaux d'isolation. Le nouveau béton léger est de poids léger, présente une excellente résistance à la compression pour des éléments structuraux et non structuraux et des effets d'isolation thermique satisfaisants. Le béton léger à base naturelle possède une bonne résistance à la compression et également une meilleure aptitude au façonnage et une meilleure efficacité thermique en tant que fonctions structurales, en particulier pour le bâtiment.
