为了解决相关技术中声紋识别技术在移动支付领域缺少高效可靠的控 制实施方法的问题, 本发明实施例提供了一种身份识别方法及装置, 以下 结合附图以及实施例, 对本发明进行进一步详细说明。 应当理解, 此处所 描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明, 并不限定本发明。
本实施例提供了一种身份识别方法, 该方法可以在智能网业务中实现, 图 1是根据本发明实施例的身份识别方法流程图, 如图 1所示, 该方法包 括以下步骤 (步骤 S102-步骤 S106 ):
步骤 S102, 智能网业务在用户注册过程中, 获取用户声紋 A。
在该步骤中, 本实施例提供了一种优选实施方式, 即智能网业务在用 户的注册过程中, 获取用户声紋 A包括: 用户注册过程中, 接入智能网业 务; 智能网业务基于交互式语音应答系统 IVR操作, 获取用户声紋 A; 智 能网业务通过加密、 压缩操作, 将声紋 A的数据保存入库。
步骤 S104, 智能网业务在用户预进行业务交易时, 获取用户声紋 B。 在该步骤中, 本实施例提供了一种优选实施方式, 即智能网业务在用 户预进行业务交易时, 获取用户声紋 B 包括: 智能网业务接收到身份验证 请求后, 外呼用户; 智能网业务基于 IVR操作, 获取用户声紋 B。
步骤 S106,智能网业务通过对比声紋 A和声紋 B,进行用户身份识别。 在该步骤中, 优选地, 对比声紋 A和声紋 B可以通过以下步骤实现: 通过降噪、 加密、 声紋提取、 声紋匹配操作, 对比声紋 A和声紋 B。 当然 声紋对比手段并不仅限于此, 只要能够准确合理的实现声紋对比即可。
在此之后, 通过身份认证的用户进行业务交易; 未通过身份认证的用 户被拒绝进行业务交易。
在本实施例中, 智能网业务通过业务交换点 SSP提供接入智能网功能 集,根据用户的被叫号码出发智能网业务;智能网业务通过业务控制点 SCP 实现呼叫控制处理; 其中, SCP上加载的业务逻辑为实现声紋获取和声紋 识别的 IVR增值业务应用。

在本实施例中, 智能网业务基于 IVR操作, 获取用户声紋包括: 智能 网业务基于 IVR操作, 请求用户根据操作语音提示, 朗读或者回答随机问 题, 据此获取用户声紋。 鉴于上述描述, 基于宽带智能网 IVR应用优势, 实现了本发明的技术 方案本次发明。 本发明的目的在于提供一种宽带智能网业务控制移动终端 进行声紋身份识别。
实施例一
为解决目前移动网络中交易安全缺陷, 本发明实施例提供一种在宽带 智能网中通过 IVR流程, 完成终端到运营商到服务端的声紋釆集和身份识 别控制, 以终端的业务应用和宽带业务 IVR操作为例说明。 终端的业务可 以是支付应用或者银行应用等。
图 2是根据本发明实施例一的宽带智能网声紋识别流程图, 如图 2所 示, 该流程包括但不限于以下实现步骤:
步骤 S202, 用户终端通过支付应用软件进行注册。
步骤 S204, 注册过程中软件提示用户或是自动拨打固定号码, 接入智 能网业务, 进行 IVR操作。
步骤 S206, IVR操作请求用户根据操作语音提示, 读一段话或是回答 随机问题, 获取用户声紋 A。
步骤 S208, 通过加密、 压缩等方法将声紋数据保存入库。
步骤 S210, 用户在移动网络中交易时, 终端支付应用软件向智能网业 务发送身份验证请求。
步骤 S212, 智能网业务外呼用户终端, 用户接通后根据 IVR提示, 再 次进行朗读或回答随机问题, 获取当前声紋 B。
步骤 S214, 智能网业务用过对比声紋 A和声紋 B进行身份识别。 步骤 S216, 智能网将身份认证是否通过的信息, 返回到终端应用, 通 过身份认证的用户可以继续交易, 否则终端应用拒绝交易。
实施例二
图 3是根据本发明实施例二的宽带智能网声紋识别流程图, 如图 3所 示, 该流程包括但不限于以下实现步骤:
步骤 S302, 用户通过银行终端应用软件进行注册。
步骤 S304, 注册过程中软件提示用户或是自动拨打固定号码, 接入智 能网业务, 进行 IVR操作。
步骤 S306, IVR操作请求用户根据操作语音提示, 读一段话或是回答 随机问题, 获取用户声紋 A。
步骤 S308, 通过加密、 压缩等方法将声紋数据保存入库。
步骤 S310, 用户在银行终端应用软件中发生权限改动或是业务开通等 操作, 银行终端应用软件发送身份认证请求到宽带智能网身份认证业务。
步骤 S312, 智能网业务外呼用户终端, 用户接通后根据 IVR提示, 再 次进行朗读或回答随机问题, 获取当前声紋 B。
步骤 S314, 智能网业务用过对比声紋 A和声紋 B进行身份识别。 步骤 S316, 智能网将身份认证是否通过的信息, 返回到终端应用, 通 过身份认证的用户可以继续交易, 否则终端应用拒绝交易。
实施例三
图 4是根据本发明实施例三的宽带智能网声紋识别流程图, 如图 4所 示, 该流程包括但不限于以下实现步骤:
步骤 S402, 用户通过银行终端应用软件进行注册。
步骤 S404, 注册过程中软件提示用户或是自动拨打固定号码, 接入智 能网业务, 进行 IVR操作。
步骤 S406, IVR操作请求用户根据操作语音提示, 读一段话或是回答 随机问题, 获取用户声紋 A。
步骤 S408, 通过加密、 压缩等方法将声紋数据保存入库。
步骤 S410, 用户在银行提供的自助语音服务中发生权限改动或是业务 开通等操作, 银行自主语音服务转接到宽带智能网身份认证业务, 或是已 经集成该业务。
步骤 S412, 用户根据 IVR语音提示, 在电话中读一段话或是回答随机 问题, 获取用户声紋 B。
步骤 S414, 智能网业务用过对比声紋 A和声紋 B进行身份识别。
步骤 S416, 智能网将身份认证是否通过的信息, 返回到银行自主语音 服务系统, 通过身份认证的用户可以继续操作, 否则终端应用拒绝操作。
随着电信技术的迅猛发展, 目前宽带网络及其宽带智能网在各个运营 商系统中普及部署。 同样, 基于宽带智能网也部署了大量的增值业务。 建 立在宽带智能网上的 IVR应用, 利用自身安全性高, 交互过程友好的优势, 为 VIP用户提供优秀的身份识别环境。
对应于上述实施例介绍的身份识别方法, 本实施例提供了一种身份识 别装置, 该装置可以设置在智能网业务中, 用以实现上述实施例。 图 5是 根据本发明实施例的身份识别装置结构框图, 如图 5 所示, 该装置包括: 第一获取模块 10、 第二获取模块 20和身份识别模块 30。 下面对该结构进 行详细介绍。
第一获取模块 10, 配置为在用户注册过程中, 获取用户声紋 A。
第二获取模块 20, 配置为在用户预进行业务交易时, 获取用户声紋 B。 身份识别模块 30, 配置为通过对比所述声紋 A和所述声紋 B, 进行用 户身份识别。
本实施例釆用基于宽带智能网进行声紋身份识别的业务, 解决了相关 技术中声紋识别技术在移动支付领域缺少高效可靠的控制实施方法的问 题。 可以有效通过电话实现终端到服务端的控制和数据釆集, 将运营商智 能业务与终端交易 APP软件相结合, 避免钓鱼网站和病毒非法获取用户信 息, 为在移动互联网上实现高额交易提供可靠的身份认证环境。 同时结合 声紋识别, 提供可靠性、 唯一性更高的身份认证。 用户根据电话提示, 进 行声紋录入、 身份认证等操作, 交互过程友好、 安全。
上述第一获取模块 10包括: 接入单元, 配置为在用户注册过程中, 接 入该用户; 第一获取单元, 配置为基于交互式语音应答系统 IVR操作, 获 取用户声紋 A; 保存单元, 配置为通过加密、 压缩操作, 将所述声紋 A的 数据保存入库。
优选地, 上述身份识别模块包括: 对比单元, 配置为通过降噪、 加密、 声紋提取、 声紋匹配操作, 对比所述声紋 A和所述声紋 B。 当然声紋对比 手段并不仅限于此, 只要能够准确合理的实现声紋对比即可。
优选地, 上述第一获取单元包括: 第一获取子单元, 配置为基于所述 IVR操作, 请求用户根据操作语音提示, 朗读或者回答随机问题, 据此获 取用户声紋 A;
上述第二获取模块 20包括: 外呼单元, 配置为在接收到身份验证请求 后, 外呼所述用户; 第二获取单元, 配置为基于所述 IVR操作, 获取用户 声紋 B。
优选地, 上述第二获取单元包括: 第二获取子单元, 配置为基于所述 IVR操作, 请求用户根据操作语音提示, 朗读或者回答随机问题, 据此获 取用户声紋 B。
下面介绍一种实现本发明技术方案的声紋识别系统, 为实现上述发明 内容, 如图 6所示的声紋识别系统的网元模块示意图, 本系统包括但不限 于以下网元模块:
用户: 业务使用者即业务服务对象。
终端应用: 用户使用的手机、 pad等移动通讯设备上参与移动网络交易 的应用软件。
智能网业务: 通过业务交换点(SSP, Servcie Switch Point ): 提供接入 智能网功能集,根据用户被叫号码触发智能网业务;通过业务控制点(SCP, Service Control Point )实现呼叫控制处理, 其上加载的业务逻辑为实现声紋 获取和声紋识别的 IVR增值业务应用。
媒体服务器(MS, Media Server ): 接收业务请求, 提供放音、 录音、 双音多频 (DTMF, Dual Tone Multi Frequency )等操作, 并把相应操作结 果上报给智能网业务。
声紋识别模块: 负责处理包括降噪、 加密、 声紋提取、 声紋匹配等声 紋相关算法处理。
其他 IVR业务: 包括但不限于银行自主语音服务系统等, IVR服务交 互业务。
下面基于上述系统, 对声紋获取流程进行介绍。 图 7是根据本发明实 施例的声紋获取流程示意图, 如图 7所示, 该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤 S1101 : 用户通过终端拨打宽带业务接入码。
步骤 S1102: 宽带网络 SSP触发相应宽带业务(声紋识别业务)。
步骤 S1103:业务进行业务逻辑功能处理, 处理进行 IVR操作。
步骤 S1104: 获取 IVR操作相关数据(例如放音场景, 控制参数等)。 步骤 S1105: IVR操作模块指示 MS进行 IV 操作 (放音、录音、 DTMF 等)。
步骤 S1106: 获取用户录音, IVR操作结束。
步骤 S1107: IV 结果处理模块回送 IVR操作结果 (录音结果)到 IVR 操作请求业务, 若成功则执行 S1108, 若失败则执行 S1110。
步骤 S1108: 释放宽带业务呼叫。
步骤 S1109: 业务继续 IVR操作后续处理, 存储录音到声紋识别模块, 并关联到该用户。
步骤 S1110: 智能网业务结束。
下面基于上述系统, 对声紋识别流程进行介绍。 图 8是根据本发明实 施例的声紋识别流程示意图, 如图 8所示, 该流程包括如下步骤: 步骤 S1201 : 用户通过终端发起身份认证请求。
步骤 S1202: 终端将请求通过 SSP, 以消息接入的方式, 连接到智能网 业务, 并携带该用户号码。
步骤 S1203: 智能网业务通过 SSP外呼该用户,返回结果(是否呼通), 互通执行 S1204, 否则执行 S1216。
步骤 S1204:用户接通业务,业务进行业务逻辑功能处理,处理进行 IV 操作。
步骤 S1205: 获取 IV 操作相关数据 (例如放音场景, 控制参数等)。 步骤 S1206: IV 操作模块指示 MS进行 IV 操作 (放音、录音、 DTMF 等)。
步骤 S1207: 获取用户录音, IVR操作结束。
步骤 S1208: IV 结果处理模块回送 IVR操作结果 (录音结果)到 IVR 操作请求业务, 若成功则执行 S1209, 若失败则执行 S1216。
步骤 S1209: 释放宽带业务呼叫。
步骤 S1210: 业务继续 IVR操作后续处理, 存储录音到声紋识别模块。 步骤 S1211 :声紋识别模提取之前与该用户关联的声紋,返回提取结果, 若成功则执行 S1212, 若失败则执行 S1214。
步骤 S1212: 声紋识别模块进行声紋识别, 返回识别结果到智能业务。 步骤 S1213: 智能业务返回认证结果到用户终端, 执行 S1216。
步骤 S1214: 返回关联声紋获取失败到智能网业务。
步骤 S1215: 智能网业务发送提示用户录入声紋的消息到用户终端。 步骤 S1216: 智能网业务结束。
综上所述, 利用本发明实施例的上述方法和系统, 可充分发挥宽带智 能网优势, 借助媒体服务器来实现 IVR控制用户进行声紋身份认证, 一方 面有效业务 IVR操作简单可用性强, 提升业务服务质量, 更好满足客户需 求。 另一方面, 加强认证过程的可靠性和身份识别的准确度。 第三, 提高 用户终端应用安全性, 加强用户应用在用户群中的可信度。 第四, 可以加 快业务开发, 为运营商提供一个消费接口。
本发明实施例还记载了一种存储介质, 所述存储介质中存储有计算机 程序, 所述计算机程序配置为执行前述各实施例的身份识别方法。
从以上的描述中可知, 本发明实施例釆用基于宽带智能网进行声紋身 份识别的业务, 解决了相关技术中声紋识别技术在移动支付领域缺少高效 可靠的控制实施方法的问题。 可以有效通过电话实现终端到服务端的控制 和数据釆集, 将运营商智能业务与终端交易 APP软件相结合, 避免钓鱼网 站和病毒非法获取用户信息, 为在移动互联网上实现高额交易提供可靠的 身份认证环境。 同时结合声紋识别, 提供可靠性、 唯一性更高的身份认证。 用户根据电话提示, 进行声紋录入、 身份认证等操作, 交互过程友好、 安 全。

1、 一种身份识别方法, 应用于智能网业务, 包括:
在用户注册过程中, 获取用户声紋 A;
在所述用户预进行业务交易时, 获取用户声紋 B;
通过对比所述声紋 A和所述声紋 B, 进行所述用户的身份识别。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在用户注册过程中, 获取用户声 紋 A包括:
在用户注册过程中, 接入所述用户;
基于交互式语音应答系统 IVR操作, 获取用户声紋 A;
通过加密、 压缩操作, 将所述声紋 A的数据保存入库。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在用户预进行业务交易时, 获取 用户声紋 B包括:
接收到身份验证请求后, 外呼所述用户;
基于所述 IVR操作, 获取用户声紋 B。

8、 一种身份识别装置, 所述装置应用于智能网业务, 包括:
第一获取模块, 配置为在用户注册过程中, 获取用户声紋 A;
第二获取模块, 配置为在用户预进行业务交易时, 获取用户声紋 B; 身份识别模块, 配置为通过对比所述声紋 A和所述声紋 B, 进行用户 身份识别。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的装置, 其中, 所述第一获取模块包括: 接入单元, 配置为在用户注册过程中, 接入所述用户;
