Abstract

The present description relates to a structural arrangement applied to packaging, in particular plastic, paper, cardboard, aluminum and glass packaging, especially for disposable packaging for ketchup, vinegar, oils, perfumes, soap, honey, butter, detergent, lotions, gel and toothpaste, or packaging for any other powder, liquid, cream, etc. product, that achieves highly advantageous practical, safe and functional results.  [3] In the market we have as a parameter packaging such as traditional sachets that pack vinegar, sauces, olive oil, various oils, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard etc. However, all these sachet-type packages are not practical for the user to open and access the product, especially at night or if they have any visual difficulties. One always wastes a lot of time finding the "possible" opening place and always completes the task with the teeth, knife, razor or scissors after being literally "smeared" with the product to be extracted from the sachet. However, by having contact with the mouth, the consumer runs the risk of breaking the tooth or some filling, as has happened with many consumers, thus being exposed to various types of bacteria.

[4] It is noteworthy that in the city of Cachoeira do Itapemirim-ES, is already in force the Municipal Law that requires bars, cafeterias and restaurants using scissors to open the sachet.

 [5] The bill was voted and approved by the Cachoeira de Itapemirim City Council, in the south of Espírito Santo.

 [6] Today on the market there are two objects to open the sachet. The first is an acrylic sachet punch and the other a box with blades to cut the sachet. However, such objects are not hygienic and accumulate debris, as they have access to the outside of the container and inside at the same time, thus introducing bacteria into the product, as well as the source of bacteria from the product that sticks to the object that punctures itself. or that cuts. In addition, the user will not always have the box with blades or the hole punch in the car, on the beach or in the field, as it is not practical to carry such artifacts in a pocket.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

 [7] Following various studies and research aimed at solving the above mentioned problems and drawbacks, the CONSTRUCTIVE PACKAGING ARRANGEMENT has been developed, which will leave the factory with several options to access the product without the need to run any risk of contamination. nor use of apparatus for opening the sachet or casing.

[8] The object of the present innovation is, as it turns out, the functionality and practicality of opening packages such as boxes, sundry containers, sachets, etc. The seal provided in the hole is visible not only because of its color, but also a small relief / protrusion or small semi-spherical reliefs that accurately identify the handle and this, when stretched will result in immediate removal of the seal and access to the inner product without any touch or contact of the consumer with an internal product that will be used cleanly, safely and hygienically.
