Abstract
Description
次に、本発明の車両接近通報音スピーカ装置の第1の実施例について、図1、2を参照して説明する。本実施例の車両接近通報音スピーカ装置1は、例えば、ハイブリッド車に搭載される車両接近通報音スピーカ装置に適用されるものである。また、図1は、車両接近通報音スピーカ装置1の一部を切り取って断面を示す斜視図である。図2は、図1に示された車両接近通報音スピーカ装置1の音放射側とは反対側を示す斜視図である。なお、本実施例1の車両接近通報音スピーカ装置1はハイブリッド車に限定されず、電気自動車等に搭載されてもよい。

- 音を発する振動板と、該振動板の外縁に接合されるエッジ部と、該エッジ部の外周を支持するフレームと、を備え、
前記振動板がポリイミドを含むフィルムから構成され、
前記エッジ部が、繊維から成る基材と、前記基材の両面にそれぞれ設けられるとともにゴムを含む防水層と、から成ることを特徴とする車両接近通報音スピーカ装置。 - 前記振動板が、50μm~175μmの厚みを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両接近通報音スピーカ装置。
- 前記振動板が、125μmの厚みの部分を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両接近通報音スピーカ装置。
- 前記基材が綿を含む材料で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両接近通報音スピーカ装置。
- 前記基材の両面に設けられた前記防水層が、それぞれ複数の層を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車両接近通報音スピーカ装置。
