本发明涉及通信技术领域, 特别涉及一种发起通信的方法、 装置及移动终端。 背景技术
双卡双待是一种常见的手机技术,该技术的特点在于允许用户在一台手机中插入两张
SIM ( Subscriber Identity Module, 客户识别模块) 卡, 且两个卡号均具有呼叫和被叫的能 力。
在使用双卡双待手机的过程中, 如果用户需要在两张 SIM 卡都处于待机状态时进行 如打电话或发短信等通信活动, 则需要从两张 SIM 卡中, 手动选择当前进行通信使用的 SIM卡。
发明人发现至少存在以下问题:
如果用户在打电话或发短信时忘记选择 SIM 卡, 有可能过了一段时间才会发觉手机 并未执行呼叫或短信发送的操作, 则需要用户人工介入操作过程, 浪费大量时间, 降低了 通信效率。 发明内容

202、 在历史通信记录中查找与该目标电话号码相关联的通信记录;

该历史通信记录包括该移动终端的两个电话号码的通信记录,每条通信记录均包括通 信双方使用的电话号码、 通信时间。
在本公开中, 在历史通信记录中查找与该目标电话号码相关联的通信记录包括: 判断 该历史通信记录中是否包括目标电话号码, 如果是, 则存在与该目标电话号码相关联的通 信记录, 如果否, 不存在与该目标电话号码相关联的通信记录。
为了避免发生由于拨号后忘记选择本次使用的电话号码的情况,可以根据用户的通话 习惯, 如与某个联系人曾经用哪一个电话号码进行过通话等, 来主动为用户选择本次通话 所使用的号码, 因此, 需要根据历史通信记录中与该目标电话号码相关联的通信记录来确 定所选择的电话号码。 当然, 由于该移动终端可能并未与该目标电话号码进行过通话或其 他情形, 也可能出现历史通信记录中不存在与该目标电话号码相关联的通信记录的情况, 因此, 需要对该存在与否进行判断。
需要说明的是, 如果该历史通信记录为空, 移动终端无法根据历史通信记录确定本次 通信使用的电话号码, 则需要用户手动选择电话号码。
203、 显示该移动终端的多个电话号码, 并对第一电话号码进行倒计时, 该第一电话 号码为与该目标电话号码相关联的通信记录的最近一次通信记录中该移动终端所使用的 电话号码;
其中,该与该目标电话号码的最近一次通信记录为可以为该目标电话号码作为被叫方 时的最近一次通信记录或该目标电话号码作为主叫方时的最近一次通信记录。为了更准确 的为移动终端选择本次通信使用的电话号码,可以获取与该目标电话号码的最后一次通信 记录, 并将最后一次通信记录所使用的电话号码作为第一电话号码。
在本公开中,以不对该最后一次通信记录的主叫和被叫进行限制为例进行说明,当然, 在本公开提供的另一实施例中,还可以选择该目标电话号码作为主叫方时的最近一次通信 记录中该移动终端所使用的电话号码作为第一电话号码,也即是默认该目标电话号码的联 系人已经记录或知道该第一电话号码, 使得该目标电话号码的移动终端在接收到呼叫时, 能够直观的获知该第一电话号码的拨号方的身份, 也即是, 对方给移动终端的哪个电话号 码来电, 移动终端就选择哪个电话号码回应对方, 更加合理。
例如, 以打电话为例进行说明, 用户需要打电话给 A号码, 当前的历史通信记录中包 括以下通信记录: 通信记录 1, 主叫方为本机电话号码 1, 被叫方为 A号码, 通信时间为 2013-01-02-8:30; 通信记录 2, 主叫方为本机电话号码 2, 被叫方为 B号码, 通信时间为 2013-01-02-9:30; 通信记录 3, 主叫方为 A号码, 被叫方为本机电话号码 1, 通信时间为 2013-01-02-10:30; 通信记录 4, 主叫方为 B号码, 被叫方为本机电话号码 2, 通信时间为 2013-01-02-12:30。 移动终端获取该历史通信记录中与 A号码 (目标电话号码) 相关联的 通信记录: 通信记录 1和通信记录 3 ; 根据这两条通信记录中的通信时间, 可以获知, 与 A号码最近一次的通信记录为通信记录 3, 主叫方为 A号码, 被叫方为本机电话号码 1, 通信时间为 2013-01-02-10:30。 移动终端根据通信记录 3中移动终端使用的电话号码, 确 定本机电话号码 1为第一电话号码。
进一步地, 显示该移动终端的多个电话号码, 并对第一电话号码进行倒计时包括: 在 该移动终端显示屏幕的指定区域中, 分别显示多个显示区域, 每个显示区域对应一个电话 号码; 在该第一电话号码对应的显示区域中, 显示该倒计时过程, 如图 3所示。
基于上述打电话的例子,在图 3所示的显示界面中,移动终端可以包括两个电话号码: 本机电话号码 1和本机电话号码 2,且当前移动终端确定本机电话号码 1为第一电话号码, 显示界面同时显示两个电话号码, 并对第一电话号码 (即本机电话号码 1 ) 显示倒计时。 需要说明的是, 该倒计时的时长可以为技术人员在开发时设置, 还可以由用户在使用 过程中自行设置或调整, 本公开对此不作限定。
在本公开中, 是以对第一电话号码进行倒计时为例进行说明的, 该倒计时过程中, 为 用户提供了直接选择本次通信使用的电话号码的权利, 增加了通信的灵活性。

206、 当该倒计时结束时, 如果未检测到对该移动终端的多个电话号码中任一个号码 的选择操作, 该移动终端使用该第一电话号码发起通信, 结束;
当该倒计时结束时,如果未检测到对该移动终端的多个电话号码中任一个号码的选择 操作, 则说明用户没有手动选择本次通信使用的电话号码, 则由移动终端使用自主确定的 第一电话号码作为本次通信使用的电话号码, 进行通信。

该步骤 211包括以下两种情况: (1 ) 当该最后一次通信记录单独保存在指定文件中 时, 更新该指定文件中的通信记录为该本次通信对应的通信记录; (2) 当该最后一次通 信记录未单独保存在指定文件中, 而是从历史通信记录中获取的最近一次的通信记录时, 更新历史通信记录。
在上述实施例中, 仅以打电话为例对该通信过程进行说明, 而事实上, 在发送短信息 等操作中, 也可以应用该发起通信的方法, 其具体过程与该流程类似, 在此不再赘述。 另 夕卜, 该移动终端可以是指智能手机等具有通信功能的移动终端, 本公开在此不一一列举。
本公开提供的方法, 通过在发起通信时, 当用户忘记选择电话号码时, 可以由移动终 端根据历史通信记录, 自主选择本次通信使用的电话号码, 并使用该本次通信使用的电话 号码发起通信, 而不需要等待用户发觉移动终端并未执行呼叫操作, 再次人工介入操作过 程, 大大节省了用户时间, 提高了通信效率。
图 4是本公开提供的一种发起通信的装置的结构示意图。 参见图 4, 该装置包括: 接 收模块 401、 查找模块 402、第一发起通信模块 403和第二发起通信模块 404; 其中, 接收 模块 401用于接收向目标电话号码发起的通信指令; 接收模块 401与查找模块 402连接, 查找模块 402用于在历史通信记录中查找与该目标电话号码相关联的通信记录;查找模块 402与第一发起通信模块 403连接, 第一发起通信模块 403用于当存在与该目标电话号码 相关联的通信记录时, 根据与该目标电话号码相关联的通信记录, 从移动终端的多个电话 号码中确定本次通信使用的电话号码,并发起通信;查找模块 402与第二发起通信模块 404 连接, 第二发起通信模块 404用于当不存在与该目标电话号码相关联的通信记录时, 根据 最近一次通信记录, 从移动终端的多个电话号码中确定本次通信使用的电话号码, 并发起 通信。

图 8为本公开所涉及的移动终端的结构示意图,该移动终端可以用于实施上述实施例 中提供的发起通信的方法。 例如:
移动终端 800可以包括 RF (Radio Frequency, 射频) 电路 110、 包括有一个或一个以 上计算机可读存储介质的存储器 120、 输入单元 130、 显示单元 140、 传感器 150、 音频电 路 160、 WiFi(wireless fidelity, 无线保真)模块 170、 包括有一个或者一个以上处理核心的 处理器 180、 以及电源 190等部件。 本领域技术人员可以理解, 图 8中示出的移动终端结 构并不构成对移动终端的限定, 可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件, 或者组合某些部件, 或者不同的部件布置。 其中:

存储器 120可用于存储软件程序以及模块,处理器 180通过运行存储在存储器 120的 软件程序以及模块, 从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理。存储器 120可主要包括存储程 序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比 如声音播放功能、 图像播放功能等)等; 存储数据区可存储根据移动终端 800的使用所创 建的数据 (比如音频数据、 电话本等)等。 此外, 存储器 120可以包括高速随机存取存储 器, 还可以包括非易失性存储器, 例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、 闪存器件、 或其他易失性 固态存储器件。 相应地, 存储器 120还可以包括存储器控制器, 以提供处理器 180和输入 单元 130对存储器 120的访问。
输入单元 130可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息, 以及产生与用户设置以及功能控制 有关的键盘、 鼠标、 操作杆、 光学或者轨迹球信号输入。 例如, 输入单元 130可包括触敏 表面 131 以及其他输入设备 132。 触敏表面 131, 也称为触摸显示屏或者触控板, 可收集 用户在其上或附近的触摸操作(比如用户使用手指、 触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触敏 表面 131上或在触敏表面 131附近的操作),并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。 可选的, 触敏表面 131可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。 其中, 触摸检测装置 检测用户的触摸方位, 并检测触摸操作带来的信号, 将信号传送给触摸控制器; 触摸控制 器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信息, 并将它转换成触点坐标, 再送给处理器 180, 并能接 收处理器 180发来的命令并加以执行。 此外, 可以采用电阻式、 电容式、 红外线以及表面 声波等多种类型实现触敏表面 131。 除了触敏表面 131, 输入单元 130还可以包括其他输 入设备 132。 例如, 其他输入设备 132可以包括但不限于物理键盘、 功能键 (比如音量控 制按键、 开关按键等) 、 轨迹球、 鼠标、 操作杆等中的一种或多种。
显示单元 140可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及移动终端 800的 各种图形用户接口, 这些图形用户接口可以由图形、 文本、 图标、 视频和其任意组合来构 成。 显示单元 140可包括显示面板 141, 可选的, 可以采用 LCD(Liquid Crystal Display, 液晶显示器)、 OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)等形式来配置显示面板 141。进一步的, 触敏表面 131可覆盖显示面板 141, 当触敏表面 131检测到在其上或附近 的触摸操作后, 传送给处理器 180以确定触摸事件的类型, 随后处理器 180根据触摸事件 的类型在显示面板 141上提供相应的视觉输出。 虽然在图 8中, 触敏表面 131与显示面板 141是作为两个独立的部件来实现输入和输入功能, 但是在某些实施例中, 可以将触敏表 面 131与显示面板 141集成而实现输入和输出功能。

音频电路 160、扬声器 161, 传声器 162可提供用户与移动终端 800之间的音频接口。 音频电路 160可将接收到的音频数据转换后的电信号, 传输到扬声器 161, 由扬声器 161 转换为声音信号输出; 另一方面, 传声器 162将收集的声音信号转换为电信号, 由音频电 路 160接收后转换为音频数据, 再将音频数据输出处理器 180处理后, 经 RF电路 110以 发送给比如另一移动终端, 或者将音频数据输出至存储器 120以便进一步处理。 音频电路 160还可能包括耳塞插孔, 以提供外设耳机与移动终端 800的通信。
WiFi属于短距离无线传输技术, 移动终端 800通过 WiFi模块 170可以帮助用户收发 电子邮件、 浏览网页和访问流式媒体等, 它为用户提供了无线的宽带互联网访问。 虽然图 8示出了 WiFi模块 170, 但是可以理解的是, 其并不属于移动终端 800的必须构成, 完全 可以根据需要在不改变发明的本质的范围内而省略。
处理器 180是移动终端 800的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个手机的各个部 分, 通过运行或执行存储在存储器 120 内的软件程序和 /或模块, 以及调用存储在存储器 120内的数据, 执行移动终端 800的各种功能和处理数据, 从而对手机进行整体监控。 可 选的, 处理器 180可包括一个或多个处理核心; 优选的, 处理器 180可集成应用处理器和 调制解调处理器, 其中, 应用处理器主要处理操作系统、 用户界面和应用程序等, 调制解 调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是, 上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器 180中。
移动终端 800还包括给各个部件供电的电源 190 (比如电池) , 优选的, 电源可以通 过电源管理系统与处理器 180逻辑相连, 从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、 放电、 以 及功耗管理等功能。电源 190还可以包括一个或一个以上的直流或交流电源、再充电系统、 电源故障检测电路、 电源转换器或者逆变器、 电源状态指示器等任意组件。

15、根据权利要求 11或 12所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述选择操作包括: 对电话号 码的显示区域进行的点击操作; 或, 对电话号码的显示区域进行的滑屏操作。
16、 根据权利要求 11所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述与所述目标电话号码的最近一 次通信记录为:所述目标电话号码作为被叫方时的最近一次通信记录或所述目标电话号码 作为主叫方时的最近一次通信记录。
17、 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述最近一次通信记录保存在所述 历史通信记录中或保存在所述移动终端的指定文件中。
18、 根据权利要求 16所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括:
更新模块, 用于当本次通信结束时, 对所述最近一次通信记录进行更新。
19、一种移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端包括有存储器, 以及一个或者一个以 上的程序,其中一个或者一个以上程序存储于存储器中,且经配置以由一个或者一个以上 处理器执行述一个或者一个以上程序包含用于进行以下操作的指令:接收向目标电话号码 发起的通信指令;在历史通信记录中查找与所述目标电话号码相关联的通信记录; 当存在 与所述目标电话号码相关联的通信记录时, 根据与所述目标电话号码相关联的通信记录, 从移动终端的多个电话号码中确定本次通信使用的电话号码,并发起通信; 当不存在与所 述目标电话号码相关联的通信记录时,根据最近一次通信记录,从移动终端的多个电话号 码中确定本次通信使用的电话号码, 并发起通信。
