本发明实施例提供的一种获取文件的方法适用于任一移动终端, 例如, 手机, 平 板电脑等。 参照图 1所示, 具体步骤如下:
101、 移动终端监测到更新的扩展存储介质。
其中, 更新的扩展存储介质里包括至少一个文件。
扩展存储介质可以包括安全数码存储卡 (Secure Digital Memory Card, SD) 或 快闪存储器 tflash卡。
这里以移动终端为手机为例, 以扩展存储介质为 SD卡为例进行说明, SD卡中包 含至少一个文件, 例如音乐文件、 图片文件、 视频文件、 第三方软件文件以及系统文 件等, 其中, 手机检测到有更新的 SD卡至少包含两种情况: (1 ) 手机更换另外的 SD 卡; (2 ) 手机中原有的 SD卡拔出后再重新插回。
102、 当接收到指令时, 移动终端根据所述指令获取已存储的文件信息; 移动终端接收到的指令至少包括生成铃声或桌面。 以手机为例, 比如当手机接收 到另一台手机的电话呼叫时, 手机会接收到生成铃声的指令, 或者, 手机在开机后, 手机会接收到显示桌面的指令。
当接收到上述指令后, 移动终端会根据所述指令获取已存储的文件信息;
103、 移动终端根据已存储的文件信息到所述更新的扩展存储介质里获取与第一 文件匹配的文件作为与所述指令对应的文件。
比如, 当手机接收到的指令包括生成铃声时, 所述指令对应的文件包括铃声对应 的音乐文件; 或者当手机端接收到的指令包括显示桌面时, 所述指令对应的文件包括 桌面对应的图片文件; 其中音乐文件可以用作铃声以用来提醒用户接电话、 短信或者 是用来提醒用户起床等, 图片文件可以用作桌面显示等。 当然, 指令不限定如此, 还 可以包括显示联系人信息中的关联图片等等。 另外, 指令对应的文件不限定于音乐文 件和图片文件, 还可以包括视频文件等等。
所述第一文件选自更新前的扩展存储介质里的一文件; 比如, 在更新 SD卡前, 用户选择更新前的 SD 卡里的一音乐文件或者图片文件设置为自定义的铃声或桌面, 则所述被选作自定义的铃声或桌面的所述音乐文件或者图片文件即为所述第一文件。
本领域技术人员可以理解第一文件也是与指令所对应的, 只不过是在更新扩展存 储介质之前。 比如, 第一文件 "黑色柳丁", 选自更新前的 SD卡中的一个音乐文件, 在更新 SD卡前, 也是与铃声对应的。

现有技术中, 如果移动终端更新扩展存储介质 (包括同一扩展存储介质拔出再次 插入, 或者更换为另外的扩展存储介质) 前, 所述扩展存储介质里的一文件被用户自 定义设置为第一文件, 比如一个音乐文件被设置为铃声, 那么移动终端更新扩展存储 介质后, 终端不会到更新后的扩展存储介质分区去获取与第一文件匹配的文件, 只能 采用系统默认的文件。
本发明实施例提供的获取文件的方法和设备, 在检测到更新的扩展存储介质之 后, 当移动终端接收到指令时, 移动终端根据所述指令获取已存储的文件信息, 则移 动终端可以根据已存储的文件信息到更新的扩展存储介质里获取与第一文件匹配的 文件作为与所述指令对应的文件, 所述第一文件选自更新前的扩展存储介质里的一文 件; 由于可以到更新的扩展存储介质里获取与第一文件匹配的文件作为与所述指令对 应的文件, 从而在移动终端更换扩展存储介质的情况下, 可以将用户根据更新前的扩 展存储介质上的文件所作的自定义的设置重新恢复成为可能, 从而提升了用户的操作 体验感。
参照图 2所示, 本发明实施例提供了另一种获取文件的方法, 参照图 2所示具体 步骤如下:
201、 移动终端接收用户的指令, 将更新前的扩展存储介质里的一文件设置为第 一文件。
具体的, 这里移动终端以手机为例, 扩展存储介质以 SD卡为例, 当手机接收到 用户的设置指令后, 将当前手机 SD卡 (以下也称为第一 SD卡) 中的一个音乐文件, 比如 "爱在西元前", 设置为铃声, 那么 "爱在西元前"这个音乐文件即为第一文件。
202、 移动终端存储该第一文件的文件信息。

接下来, 手机根据预设的规则, 算出每个音乐文件与 "爱在西元前" 的匹配度, 将匹配度在预定阈值以上的音乐文件作为铃声对应的音乐文件, 或者将匹配度最高的 音乐文件作为铃声对应的音乐文件。 预设的规则可以根据需要设定, 只要能找到相似 度较高的音乐文件即可。 比如, 可以比较每个对应属性信息, 符合的属性信息越多, 匹配度越高; 如果 SD卡上有 "简单爱", 因为 "简单爱" 与 "爱在西元前"都是中 文 (语言), r&b (风格), 收录于范特西 (同一专辑), 都是周杰伦演唱 (艺术家), 都是 5. 0MB左右, 因此每个属性都符合, 匹配度很高, 可以作为铃声对应的音乐文件。 那么, 手机响起的铃声就会是 "简单爱" 的音乐, 而不会是系统默认的铃声音乐。 还 比如, 还可以给属性设置权重, 权重越高的属性信息, 表明用户对其更看重。 比如, 如果预设的风格和艺术家的权重高, 比如, 各占 35%, 语言、 专辑、 数据大小的比重 较小, 比如各占 10%, 那么属于同一风格和艺术家的音乐文件, 相对于具有相同语言、 属于同一专辑和数据大小差不多的音乐文件, 前者就会获得就会获得较高的匹配度。 预设的规则在此不做限定。
手机可以预设一个阈值, 当匹配度超过阈值的音乐文件就可以作为铃声对应的音 乐文件。 如果匹配度超过阈值的音乐文件多于一个, 可以自动选取匹配度最高的, 也 可以由用户选择。 当然手机也可以不预设一个阈值, 手机自动选取匹配度最高的音乐 文件, 本发明不做限定。
虽然本发明实施例, 是用语言、 风格、 专辑、 艺术家以及数据大小来做属性信息 例子, 但是并不对其做限定, 可以加入其他属性信息来。 并且在实际应用中, 也可以 只有较少的属性信息, 都不做限定。
本发明实施例提供的获取文件的方法, 还可以适用于获取图片文件作为桌面的场 景, 相关的过程与上述获取音乐文件作为铃声类似, 此处不再赘述。
进一步地, 当移动终端将获取到的满足预定条件的文件作为与所述指令对应的文 件之后, 所述方法还可以包括: 移动终端存储更新后的文件信息。 这样可以用于下一 次更新扩展存储介质之后, 恢复这次的自定义设置。
进一步地, 如果移动终端没有获取到满足预定条件的文件作为与所述指令对应的 文件, 所述方法还可以包括: 将系统默认的相应文件作为与所述指令对应的文件。 比 如, 系统默认的音乐文件或图片作为铃声或桌面。
本发明实施例提供的获取文件的方法, 通过根据移动终端预先存储的文件信息, 到更新的扩展存储介质中查找是否存在与第一文件匹配的文件, 当所述更新的扩展存 储介质里具有与所述第一文件匹配的文件时, 将获取到的与所述第一文件匹配的文件 作为所述第一文件; 当所述更新的扩展存储介质里没有与所述第一文件匹配的文件 时, 将获取到的满足预定条件的文件作为所述第一文件, 从而在移动终端更换扩展存 储介质的情况下, 可以将用户根据更换前的扩展存储介质上的文件所作自定义的设置 重新恢复成为可能, 从而提升了用户的操作体验感。
本发明实施例提供一种移动终端 3, 参照图 3所示, 包括:
检测单元 31, 用于监测更新的扩展存储介质, 该更新的扩展存储介质里包括至少 一个文件;
获取单元 32, 用于当接收到指令时, 根据所述指令获取已存储的文件信息; 配置单元 33, 配置单元, 用于根据已存储的文件信息到所述更新的扩展存储介质 里获取与所述第一文件匹配的文件作为与所述指令对应的文件, 所述第一文件选自更 新前的扩展存储介质里的一文件;
其中, 所述文件信息用于引导移动终端到扩展存储介质分区去获取与所述第一文 件匹配的文件作为与所述指令对应的文件。
本发明实施例提供的移动终端, 通过检测到更新到扩展存储介质, 根据接收到的 获取第一文件的指令与通过已存储的文件信息选取用户所需文件, 再由更新的扩展存 储介质里获取与第一文件匹配的文件, 解决了用户的移动终端在更换扩展存储介质的 情况下, 根据用户已存储的文件信息匹配得到原有文件或匹配得到与原有文件相似的 文件, 使得在设置上满足用户使用习惯, 从而提升了用户的操作体验感。
可选的, 配置单元 33 具体用于当所述更新的扩展存储介质里具有与所述第一文 件匹配的文件时, 将获取到的与所述第一文件匹配的文件作为与所述指令对应的文 件。
可选的, 配置单元 33, 具体用于当所述更新的扩展存储介质里没有与所述第一文 件匹配的文件时, 将获取到的满足预定条件的文件作为所述与所述指令对应的文件 进一步, 移动终端 3, 参照图 4所示, 还包括:
设置单元 34,用于在所述终端监测到更新的扩展存储介质之前,接收用户的指令, 将更新前的扩展存储介质里的一文件设置为所述第一文件;
存储单元 35, 用于存储所述第一文件的文件信息, 所述文件信息用于引导移动终 端到扩展存储介质分区获取与所述第一文件匹配的文件。
可选的, 已存储的文件信息包括: 第一文件的文件路径和文件名。
可选的, 已存储的文件信息还包括: 资源标识符, 该资源标识符与该第一文件的 文件路径和文件名关联。
进一步, 移动终端 3, 参照图 5所示, 包括:
获取子单元 331, 用于获取更新的扩展存储介质里的至少一个文件的属性信息; 匹配子单元 332, 用于根据预设的规则, 获取所述至少一个文件与所述第一文件 的匹配度;
配置子单元 333, 用于将所述至少一个文件中所述第一文件匹配度在预设阈值以 上的文件作为第一文件, 或者将所述至少一个文件中与所述第一文件匹配度最高的文 件作为第一文件。
进一步的, 当移动终端接收到的指令包括生成铃声时, 所述指令对应的文件包括 铃声对应的音乐文件; 则所述获取子单元具体用于获取所述更新的扩展存储介质里所 述至少一个文件中的音乐文件的语言、 风格、 专辑、 艺术家以及数据大小中的至少一 种;
或者,
当移动终端接收到的指令包括显示桌面时, 所述指令对应的文件包括桌面对应的 图片文件; 则所述获取子单元具体用于获取所述更新的扩展存储介质里所述至少一个 文件中的图片文件的风格、 主题以及数据大小中的至少一种。
本发明实施例提供的移动终端, 通过根据移动终端预先存储的文件信息, 到更新 的扩展存储介质中查找是否存在与第一文件匹配的文件, 当所述更新的扩展存储介质 里具有与所述第一文件匹配的文件时, 将获取到的与所述第一文件匹配的文件作为所 述第一文件; 当所述更新的扩展存储介质里没有与所述第一文件匹配的文件时, 将获 取到的满足预定条件的文件作为所述第一文件, 从而在移动终端更换扩展存储介质的 情况下, 可以将用户根据更换前的扩展存储介质上的文件所作自定义的设置重新恢复 成为可能, 从而提升了用户的操作体验感。
本发明的实施例提供一种移动终端 4, 参照图 6所示, 该移动终端 4包括: 至少 一个处理器 41、 存储器 42、 通信接口 43和总线 44, 该至少一个处理器 41、 存储器 42和通信接口 43通过总线 44连接并完成相互间的通信。 该总线 44可以是工业标准体系结构 (Industry Standard Architecture , 简称 为 ISA) 总线、 外部设备互连 (Peripheral Component , 简称为 PCI ) 总线或扩展工 业标准体系结构 (Extended Industry Standard Architecture , 简称为 EISA) 总线 等。 该总线 44可以分为地址总线、 数据总线、 控制总线等。 为便于表示, 图 6中仅 用一条粗线表示, 但并不表示仅有一根总线或一种类型的总线。 其中:
存储器 42用于存储可执行程序代码, 该程序代码包括计算机操作指令。 存储器 42可能包含高速 RAM存储器,也可能还包括非易失性存储器(non-volati le memory ) , 例如至少一个磁盘存储器。
处理器 41可能是一个中央处理器 ( Central Processing Unit , 简称为 CPU) , 或 者是特定集成电路 (Appl ication Specific Integrated Circuit , 简称为 ASIC) , 或 者是被配置成实施本发明实施例的一个或多个集成电路。
通信接口 43, 主要用于实现本实施例中的装置之间的通信。
其中, 处理器 41可以调用存储器 42存储的代码, 执行以下动作: 监测到更新的 扩展存储介质, 该更新的扩展存储介质里包括至少一个文件;
当接收到指令时, 根据所述指令获取已存储的文件信息;
根据已存储的文件信息到所述更新的扩展存储介质里获取与第一文件匹配的文 件作为与所述指令对应的文件, 所述第一文件选自更新前的扩展存储介质里的一文 件;
其中, 所述文件信息用于引导移动终端到扩展存储介质分区去获取与所述第一文 件匹配的文件作为与所述指令对应的文件。
可选的, 当所述更新的扩展存储介质里具有与所述第一文件匹配的文件时, 将获 取到的与所述第一文件匹配的文件作为所述与所述指令对应的文件。
可选的, 当所述更新的扩展存储介质里没有与所述第一文件匹配的文件时, 将获 取到的满足预定条件的文件作为所述与所述指令对应的文件。
可选的, 在所述移动终端监测到更新的扩展存储介质之前,
接收用户的指令, 将更新前的扩展存储介质里的一文件设置为所述第一文件; 存储所述第一文件的文件信息, 所述文件信息用于引导移动终端到扩展存储介质 分区获取与所述第一文件匹配的文件。
可选的, 所述已存储的文件信息包括: 第一文件的文件路径和文件名。
可选的, 所述已存储的文件信息还包括: 资源标识符, 所述资源标识符与所述第 一文件的文件路径和文件名关联。
可选的, 所述当所述更新的扩展存储介质里没有与所述第一文件匹配的文件时, 将获取到的满足预定条件的文件作为所述与所述指令对应的文件包括:
获取所述更新的扩展存储介质里的所述至少一个文件的属性信息;
根据预设的规则, 获取所述至少一个文件与所述第一文件的匹配度;
将所述至少一个文件中与所述第一文件匹配度在预设阈值以上的文件作为与所 述指令对应的文件, 或者将所述至少一个文件中与所述第一文件匹配度最高的文件作 为与所述指令对应的文件。
可选的, 当移动终端接收到的指令包括生成铃声时, 所述指令对应的文件包括铃 声对应的音乐文件; 则获取所述更新的扩展存储介质里的所述至少一个文件的属性信 息包括: 获取所述更新的扩展存储介质里所述至少一个文件中的音乐文件的语言、 风 格、 专辑、 艺术家以及数据大小中的至少一种;
或者,
当移动终端接收到的指令包括显示桌面时, 所述指令对应的文件包括桌面对应的 图片文件; 则获取所述更新的扩展存储介质里的所述至少一个文件的属性信息包括: 获取所述更新的扩展存储介质里所述至少一个文件中的图片文件的风格、 主题以及数 据大小中的至少一种。

通过以上的实施方式的描述, 所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本发明可以 用硬件实现, 或固件实现, 或它们的组合方式来实现。 当使用软件实现时, 可以将上 述功能存储在计算机可读介质中或作为计算机可读介质上的一个或多个指令或代码 进行传输。 计算机可读介质包括计算机存储介质和通信介质, 其中通信介质包括便于 从一个地方向另一个地方传送计算机程序的任何介质。 存储介质可以是计算机能够存 取的任何可用介质。 以此为例但不限于: 计算机可读介质可以包括 RAM、 ROM, EEPR0M、 CD-ROM或其他光盘存储、磁盘存储介质或者其他磁存储设备、或者能够用于携带或存 储具有指令或数据结构形式的期望的程序代码并能够由计算机存取的任何其他介质。 此外。 任何连接可以适当的成为计算机可读介质。 例如, 如果软件是使用同轴电缆、 光纤光缆、 双绞线、 数字用户线 (DSL) 或者诸如红外线、 无线电和微波之类的无线 技术从网站、 服务器或者其他远程源传输的, 那么同轴电缆、 光纤光缆、 双绞线、 DSL 或者诸如红外线、 无线和微波之类的无线技术包括在所属介质的定影中。 如本发明所 使用的, 盘 (Disk) 和碟 (disc ) 包括压缩光碟 (CD)、 激光碟、 光碟、 数字通用光 碟 (DVD)、 软盘和蓝光光碟, 其中盘通常磁性的复制数据, 而碟则用激光来光学的复 制数据。 上面的组合也应当包括在计算机可读介质的保护范围之内。

权利要求
1、 一种获取文件的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
移动终端监测到更新的扩展存储介质, 所述更新的扩展存储介质里包括至少一个 文件;
当接收到指令时, 移动终端根据所述指令获取已存储的文件信息;
移动终端根据已存储的文件信息到所述更新的扩展存储介质里获取与第一文件 匹配的文件作为与所述指令对应的文件, 所述第一文件选自更新前的扩展存储介质里 的一文件;
其中, 所述文件信息用于引导移动终端到扩展存储介质分区去获取与所述第一文 件匹配的文件作为与所述指令对应的文件。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括:
当所述更新的扩展存储介质里具有与所述第一文件匹配的文件时, 将获取到的与 所述第一文件匹配的文件作为所述与所述指令对应的文件。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括:
当所述更新的扩展存储介质里没有与所述第一文件匹配的文件时, 将获取到的满 足预定条件的文件作为所述与所述指令对应的文件。
4、 根据权利要求 1-3任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述终端监测到更新 的扩展存储介质之前, 所述方法还包括:
接收用户的指令, 将更新前的扩展存储介质里的一文件设置为所述第一文件; 存储所述第一文件的文件信息, 所述文件信息用于引导移动终端到扩展存储介质 分区获取与所述第一文件匹配的文件。
5、 根据权利要求 1-4任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述已存储的文件信息 包括: 第一文件的文件路径和文件名。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述已存储的文件信息还包括: 资源标识符, 所述资源标识符与所述第一文件的文件路径和文件名关联。
7、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述当所述更新的扩展存储介质 里没有与所述第一文件匹配的文件时, 将获取到的满足预定条件的文件作为所述与所 述指令对应的文件包括:
获取所述更新的扩展存储介质里的所述至少一个文件的属性信息;
根据预设的规则, 获取所述至少一个文件与所述第一文件的匹配度; 将所述至少一个文件中与所述第一文件匹配度在预设阈值以上的文件作为与所 述指令对应的文件, 或者将所述至少一个文件中与所述第一文件匹配度最高的文件作 为与所述指令对应的文件。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于,
当移动终端接收到的指令包括生成铃声时, 所述指令对应的文件包括铃声对应的 音乐文件; 则获取所述更新的扩展存储介质里的所述至少一个文件的属性信息包括: 获取所述更新的扩展存储介质里所述至少一个文件中的音乐文件的语言、风格、专辑、 艺术家以及数据大小中的至少一种;
或者,
当移动终端接收到的指令包括显示桌面时, 所述指令对应的文件包括桌面对应的 图片文件; 则获取所述更新的扩展存储介质里的所述至少一个文件的属性信息包括: 获取所述更新的扩展存储介质里所述至少一个文件中的图片文件的风格、 主题以及数 据大小中的至少一种。
9、 一种移动终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
检测单元, 用于监测更新的扩展存储介质, 所述更新的扩展存储介质里包括至少 一个文件;
获取单元, 用于当接收到指令时, 根据所述指令获取已存储的文件信息; 配置单元, 用于根据已存储的文件信息到所述更新的扩展存储介质里获取与所述 第一文件匹配的文件作为与所述指令对应的文件, 所述第一文件选自更新前的扩展存 储介质里的一文件;
其中, 所述文件信息用于引导移动终端到扩展存储介质分区去获取与所述第一文 件匹配的文件作为与所述指令对应的文件。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的设备, 其特征在于,
所述配置单元, 具体用于当所述更新的扩展存储介质里具有与所述第一文件匹配 的文件时, 将获取到的与所述第一文件匹配的文件作为与所述指令对应的文件。
11、 根据权利要求 9所述的设备, 其特征在于,
所述配置单元, 具体用于当所述更新的扩展存储介质里没有与所述第一文件匹配 的文件时, 将获取到的满足预定条件的文件作为所述与所述指令对应的文件。
12、 根据权利要求 9-11任一项所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端还包括: 设置单元, 用于在所述终端监测到更新的扩展存储介质之前, 接收用户的指令, 将更新前的扩展存储介质里的一文件设置为所述第一文件;
存储单元, 用于存储所述第一文件的文件信息, 所述文件信息用于引导移动终端 到扩展存储介质分区获取与所述第一文件匹配的文件。
13、 根据权利要求 9-12任一所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述已存储的文件信息 包括: 第一文件的文件路径和文件名。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述已存储的文件信息还包括: 资源标识符, 所述资源标识符与所述第一文件的文件路径和文件名关联。
15、 根据权利要求 11所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述配置单元包括:
获取子单元, 用于获取所述更新的扩展存储介质里的所述至少一个文件的属性信 息;
匹配子单元, 用于根据预设的规则, 获取所述至少一个文件与所述第一文件的匹 配度;
配置子单元, 用于将所述至少一个文件中所述第一文件匹配度在预设阈值以上的 文件作为第一文件, 或者将所述至少一个文件中与所述第一文件匹配度最高的文件作 为第一文件。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的设备, 其特征在于,
当移动终端接收到的指令包括生成铃声时, 所述指令对应的文件包括铃声对应的 音乐文件; 则所述获取子单元具体用于获取所述更新的扩展存储介质里所述至少一个 文件中的音乐文件的语言、 风格、 专辑、 艺术家以及数据大小中的至少一种;
或者,
当移动终端接收到的指令包括显示桌面时, 所述指令对应的文件包括桌面对应的 图片文件; 则所述获取子单元具体用于获取所述更新的扩展存储介质里所述至少一个 文件中的图片文件的风格、 主题以及数据大小中的至少一种。
