Abstract

La présente invention concerne une ligne de transfert d'assemblage d'un cric pour un véhicule. La ligne de transfert d'assemblage d'un cric for the véhicule, selon la présente invention, couple par articulation une paire d'unités d'articulation en insérant des axes d'articulation dans la paire d'unités d'articulation placées respectivement aux extrémités d'un bras supérieur et d'un bras inférieur, et comporte: un corps placé dans la direction longitudinale sur sa surface intérieure basse et doté d'un bâti porteur comprenant une unité de découpe formée en son centre; une pluralité de montages de fixation placés symétriquement les uns aux autres de part et d'autre de l'unité de découpe de façon à être espacés d'un certain intervalle sur une partie supérieure du bâti porteur; une unité de glissière couplée horizontalement et de façon mobile à au moins un vérin montant et descendant placé de manière à être espacé d'un certain intervalle suivant la direction longitudinale sur la surface intérieure du corps; un montage mobile couplé de façon coulissante à l'unité de glissière; un moyen d'insertion d'axes d'articulation placé à une certaine position dans la direction longitudinale du corps de façon à insérer les axes d'articulation dans la paire d'unités d'articulation; un moyen de matage placé au niveau du corps de manière à être espacé d'un certain intervalle par rapport au moyen d'insertion d'axes d'articulation et à réaliser le matage des axes d'articulation insérés dans les unités d'articulation; et un moyen de rivetage qui est placé sur le corps de manière à être espacé d'un certain intervalle par rapport au moyen de matage et à riveter une extrémité de chaque axe d'articulation.
